Dr Clarke has, on several visits now with our two dogs - a puppy and older dog, been extremely thorough - listened to all our concerns and performed complete exams, calming all our fears and worries. The staff take their time to explain all that is being done and are very caring with our furbabies.

Dr. Clark and his entire staff are nothing short of amazing. I have a purebred collie that I rescued from a long life chained up and neglected. She had heartworms, whipworms, a UTI, and bladder leakage. The turnaround in her health since she has been under his treatment for two months is nothing short of miraculous. He took a dog close to death and made her a happy, healthy, beautiful member of my family. He has been my regular vet for my other dog for several years also. He is knowledgeable and not overly pushy with treatment but so thorough about explaining what needs to be done and helping you figure out how to budget treatment out. Oh and by the way, their facility is super clean and nice. Also I know for a fact that his prices for services and medications are very reasonable even when compared with online prices. I don’t have the words to thank you Dr Clark for your dedication and compassion. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Dr. Clark is amazing! He saved my rescue collie from almost certain death. She had been chained up for years and had heartworms, whipworms, a UTI, bladder leakage, and arthritis. Now she is healthy and happy. It's only been a few months but the change has been miraculous. She won't be totally disease free for a while but she has a good appetite now and is strong and beautiful again. His prices for services and meds are reasonable. His facility is clean and pretty. His staff is a joy. He has been the vet for my other dog for several years. He knows my furry loves by name and genuinely cares about them.

The lady that answered was very rude in answering the basic questions I had & remarked there wasn't any open appointments today. I didn't ask about today, I was asking about tomorrow but she said they didn't have anything available or offer to tell me when they would.. She seemed like my request to have my dog put to sleep was inhumane. He's been a member of our family for 14yrs so this was not a decision that was made hastily. But we will not use their services at this time or anytime due to the rudeness & tone of this clinic.

The staff here are very caring and give it to you straight. My vet let me know exactly what he thought was going on with my dog and what he didn't know, he took the time to consult with other vets to figure it out. Ultimately I only had a few more weeks with my friend. When the time came, I went with a house call vet. I would have stayed with this place if they had that option.

Took my cat who's been extremely lethargic/barely moving, barely eating or drinking, eyes watering for a few days. Doc told me nothing was wrong with him after he became frustrated while examining him. Today his right eye is barely open/ watering slightly milky fluid worse than before and he's still not moving or eating much. They told me to come back if he got worse/didn't improve. Why would I pay to come back after they didn't take the time to help or believe me the first time around? First went into exam room, the table and scale were filthy with hair and what appeared to be a dried brownish reddish substance. Claimed my cat, who is arthritic, (told them this but they didn't take note or seem care/handle him more gently) and who was declawed by his previous owner, was difficult to work with because he was squirming, meowing and growled a little. My cat never attempted to hurt anyone, couldn't do much damage anyway. Seems like normal scared sick cat behavior when being squeezed and poked, but they seemed totally frustrated and at a loss for how to handle him. I felt they did not attempt to carefully and patiently work with/test etc my cat. I am very disappointed, and now even more worried than before. I have an appointment tomorrow at another clinic, hopefully they can help. I will not be returning to RAH.

I was amazed at how well the "no fear" policy works! He went to the young girls like he has known them forever. I will certainly be bringing Charlie back next year. Would highly recommend. Some reviews say they are expensive, but I did some googling and for teeth extractions...she has to pay for lab work, x-rays, materials and her staff. When all is said and done. I feel her prices are in line with other top rated vets. I would highly recommend.

I am new to town, so I rely recommendations from people I know. My friend recommended Ringgold Animal Hospital to me. I've had two experiences there. The first was just a routine puppy shots and the second was our puppy has become super itchy, the doctor and staff did an evaluation on him, ruled out this and that and are doing cultures now to see if there's anything there. Both times I've been, they've given me samples as not to make me purchase stuff all the time. Besides getting A+ care for our puppy they're also trying to help keep the cost down too. I truly appreciate that!

She treats each of my pets as if they were her own and takes the time to make sure I have a plan and understand the plan when situations arise with my fur babies. My dogs have gone to Applebrook for everything except shots which we do at a local vaccination clinic because it is cheaper. I called to get an appointment for my dog who was having muscle spasms. The receptionist offered me no appointment time unless it was an emergency. I emailed the vet to let her know that I was offered no appointment. She wrote me back that the receptionist claimed to have offered me an appointment the next day. I told her that was not true or I would have booked and I would be taking my business elsewhere. The vet then emailed me again saying she just realized that she had overheard and that I was offered an appointment. This was not the first time a receptionist did not communicate good customer service. I am a 30 year old woman, and a teacher. I have no reason to lie and will not patronize a place where they are in the practice of accusing clients of lying to cover their poor reception skills.

I live over 1 hour anyway and pass several vets to go to this establishment. They are reasonably priced with EXCEPTIONAL service.3. My pets are poor boarders in kennels (one is a rescue who is sure she has been dropped off for good) they like this place, they stay there not me.4. The follow up and through is great. They offer medication or products by mail. The prices of which are very average to online pricing. ( I would suggest the bussiness model would support a small premium for convenience).5. My only gripe is no emergency coverage, how dare they want nights, holidays and weekends off! Not to mention the local emergency vetrinarian service is considerably over priced comparatively

I recently moved to this area and was worried about changing vets. My 2 dogs have been to each vet at the clinic, in the last 1 and a half years, and have recieved great care. When they needed special medication the technichians went over how to administer it until i understood what to do. The check out process and appontment I made that same day with grooming were handeled with smiling faces and though I paid my bill IN FULL when i left. I did hear someone at the counter when I was checking out that was making payment arangements and they seemed to be very understanding and helpful with her. I have also never left my dogs before to be boarded and the staff there was amazing they came home happy and smelling wonderful. I am very upset to see a few of the emails that were posted and decided to let people know that as a new client i have never seen this or experienced this. I know most people do not take the time to write somthing when they are happy with service only when they are upset, so this is why I am taking the time to say I THINK THAT THEY ARE WONDERFUL.

Dr. Clarke's treatment of our family of 7 cats has been all we could ask - a knowledgeable vet who truly has a passion for treating the four-legged members of our family. But above that, his expertise and dedication have been instrumental to the diagnosis and care of special health conditions of two of our kitties. When one of our kitties began ""going outside the box,"" he didn't dismiss it as a ""behavior problem."" He was able to diagnose her with hyperthyroidism in spite of her relatively young age, allowing us to get her promptly treated, before her health declined to the desperate state that most hyperthyroid kitties suffer prior to diagnosis. In addition, for another one of our kitties that had been treated by another vet for a long while with steroids to control mouth inflammation, Dr, Clarke insisted on investigating other options, and was able to eliminate the need for long-term steroids. In every case, Dr. Clarke has been a caring and dedicated vet for our family.

All the staff and Doctor are so kind and caring. Dr Clarke has, on several visits now with our two dogs - a puppy and older dog, been extremely thorough - listened to all our concerns and performed complete exams, calming all our fears and worries. The staff take their time to explain all that is being done and are very caring with our furbabies.

The staff members truly care about your pet’s wellbeing, and they make recommendations based on what is best for your pet (even if that means they refer you to another facility for more advanced care - meaning they don’t make money off the treatment your dog needs).

Dr. Clark and his entire staff are nothing short of amazing. I have a purebred collie that I rescued from a long life chained up and neglected. She had heartworms, whipworms, a UTI, and bladder leakage. The turnaround in her health since she has been under his treatment for two months is nothing short of miraculous. He took a dog close to death and made her a happy, healthy, beautiful member of my family. He has been my regular vet for my other dog for several years also. He is knowledgeable and not overly pushy with treatment but so thorough about explaining what needs to be done and helping you figure out how to budget treatment out. Oh and by the way, their facility is super clean and nice. Also I know for a fact that his prices for services and medications are very reasonable even when compared with online prices. I don’t have the words to thank you Dr Clark for your dedication and compassion. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Dr. Clark is amazing! He saved my rescue collie from almost certain death. She had been chained up for years and had heartworms, whipworms, a UTI, bladder leakage, and arthritis. Now she is healthy and happy. It's only been a few months but the change has been miraculous. She won't be totally disease free for a while but she has a good appetite now and is strong and beautiful again. His prices for services and meds are reasonable. His facility is clean and pretty. His staff is a joy. He has been the vet for my other dog for several years. He knows my furry loves by name and genuinely cares about them.

I just called to ask about euthanization for my 14yr old dog..which is obviously very sick. The lady that answered was very rude in answering the basic questions I had & remarked there wasn't any open appointments today. I didn't ask about today, I was asking about tomorrow but she said they didn't have anything available or offer to tell me when they would.. She seemed like my request to have my dog put to sleep was inhumane. He's been a member of our family for 14yrs so this was not a decision that was made hastily. But we will not use their services at this time or anytime due to the rudeness & tone of this clinic.

The staff here are very caring and give it to you straight. My vet let me know exactly what he thought was going on with my dog and what he didn't know, he took the time to consult with other vets to figure it out. Ultimately I only had a few more weeks with my friend. When the time came, I went with a house call vet. I would have stayed with this place if they had that option.

Took my cat who's been extremely lethargic/barely moving, barely eating or drinking, eyes watering for a few days. Doc told me nothing was wrong with him after he became frustrated while examining him. Today his right eye is barely open/ watering slightly milky fluid worse than before and he's still not moving or eating much. They told me to come back if he got worse/didn't improve. Why would I pay to come back after they didn't take the time to help or believe me the first time around? First went into exam room, the table and scale were filthy with hair and what appeared to be a dried brownish reddish substance. Claimed my cat, who is arthritic, (told them this but they didn't take note or seem care/handle him more gently) and who was declawed by his previous owner, was difficult to work with because he was squirming, meowing and growled a little. My cat never attempted to hurt anyone, couldn't do much damage anyway. Seems like normal scared sick cat behavior when being squeezed and poked, but they seemed totally frustrated and at a loss for how to handle him. I felt they did not attempt to carefully and patiently work with/test etc my cat. I am very disappointed, and now even more worried than before. I have an appointment tomorrow at another clinic, hopefully they can help. I will not be returning to RAH.

My dog Charlie had bad teeth. Dr. Primm cleaned and extracted several bad teeth and he is doing great! He is the kind of dog who likes no one but me. I was amazed at how well the "no fear" policy works! He went to the young girls like he has known them forever. I will certainly be bringing Charlie back next year. Would highly recommend. Some reviews say they are expensive, but I did some googling and for teeth extractions...she has to pay for lab work, x-rays, materials and her staff. When all is said and done. I feel her prices are in line with other top rated vets. I would highly recommend.

It was a very difficult decision but they answered all of our questions and cared for her as if she were a member of their family. Minnie was loved by all, even in her final moments. I would highly recommend them. They walk you through every aspect of your visit - sick or healthy. They want the best for your pet.

I am new to town, so I rely recommendations from people I know. My friend recommended Ringgold Animal Hospital to me. I've had two experiences there. The first was just a routine puppy shots and the second was our puppy has become super itchy, the doctor and staff did an evaluation on him, ruled out this and that and are doing cultures now to see if there's anything there. Both times I've been, they've given me samples as not to make me purchase stuff all the time. Besides getting A+ care for our puppy they're also trying to help keep the cost down too. I truly appreciate that!

Dr. Primm and her staff are outstanding! She treats each of my pets as if they were her own and takes the time to make sure I have a plan and understand the plan when situations arise with my fur babies. I appreciate that she has never rushed our appointments and she makes my pets feel comfortable during their visit. My dogs have gone to Applebrook for everything except shots which we do at a local vaccination clinic because it is cheaper. I called to get an appointment for my dog who was having muscle spasms. The receptionist offered me no appointment time unless it was an emergency. I emailed the vet to let her know that I was offered no appointment. She wrote me back that the receptionist claimed to have offered me an appointment the next day. I told her that was not true or I would have booked and I would be taking my business elsewhere. The vet then emailed me again saying she just realized that she had overheard and that I was offered an appointment. This was not the first time a receptionist did not communicate good customer service. I am a 30 year old woman, and a teacher. I have no reason to lie and will not patronize a place where they are in the practice of accusing clients of lying to cover their poor reception skills.

I live over 1 hour anyway and pass several vets to go to this establishment. They are reasonably priced with EXCEPTIONAL service.3. My pets are poor boarders in kennels (one is a rescue who is sure she has been dropped off for good) they like this place, they stay there not me.4. The follow up and through is great. They offer medication or products by mail. The prices of which are very average to online pricing. ( I would suggest the bussiness model would support a small premium for convenience).5. My only gripe is no emergency coverage, how dare they want nights, holidays and weekends off! Not to mention the local emergency vetrinarian service is considerably over priced comparatively

I recently moved to this area and was worried about changing vets. My 2 dogs have been to each vet at the clinic, in the last 1 and a half years, and have recieved great care. When they needed special medication the technichians went over how to administer it until i understood what to do. The check out process and appontment I made that same day with grooming were handeled with smiling faces and though I paid my bill IN FULL when i left. I did hear someone at the counter when I was checking out that was making payment arangements and they seemed to be very understanding and helpful with her. I have also never left my dogs before to be boarded and the staff there was amazing they came home happy and smelling wonderful. I am very upset to see a few of the emails that were posted and decided to let people know that as a new client i have never seen this or experienced this. I know most people do not take the time to write somthing when they are happy with service only when they are upset, so this is why I am taking the time to say I THINK THAT THEY ARE WONDERFUL.

Dr. Clarke's treatment of our family of 7 cats has been all we could ask - a knowledgeable vet who truly has a passion for treating the four-legged members of our family. But above that, his expertise and dedication have been instrumental to the diagnosis and care of special health conditions of two of our kitties. When one of our kitties began ""going outside the box,"" he didn't dismiss it as a ""behavior problem."" He was able to diagnose her with hyperthyroidism in spite of her relatively young age, allowing us to get her promptly treated, before her health declined to the desperate state that most hyperthyroid kitties suffer prior to diagnosis. In addition, for another one of our kitties that had been treated by another vet for a long while with steroids to control mouth inflammation, Dr, Clarke insisted on investigating other options, and was able to eliminate the need for long-term steroids. In every case, Dr. Clarke has been a caring and dedicated vet for our family.
