Such a wonderfully nice staff and vet. They are expensive. I paid $180 for what was a $14 visit at my last vet. During this $180 visit, I was told that my cat may build an antibiotic immunity and die (literally. not something you tell a worried cat mom). They wanted me to call back with updates. They even followed up the next morning asking for an update. I called back a few days later when he wasn't getting better and was told to immediately bring him back in. During this next $25 visit, they told me that on his last visit he was given two shots. One that would make him feel instantly better, but wear off after a few days, and another that would run its antibiotic course for about 10 days. It was $25 for him to tell me something that should have been made clear on my initial visit. I wasted $25 and an hour and a half of my time. They could have told me this over the phone. They could have told me this on my prior visit. They told me to PANIC if he got worse. I don't mind paying to make my kitty feel better, but I don't think it was right to pay for a follow-up for something that shouldn't have been followed up on for at least another week. He should have told me to call back if it didn't change in the 10 days of antibiotics running its course. Read Less
