Went in to get information on what was offered and prices, the vet was absolutely rude! Never answered a single question of mine, and had NO intention on getting new business! Not only would I NEVER step foot there again for my 5 awesome cats, but I will NOT refer my cat family friends to come here. I have also informed some of the Cat Care Clinic client's who feel horrible for referring me to them, they are taking their business else where as well! Went in this business to get information on what services they provided and their pricing. The vet was so RUDE! She wouldn't answer any of my questions, and did nothing but roll her eyes. I'm still not sure what advantage she thought was coming out of her piss poor customer service. I will take my cats elsewhere, I have also informed some of my cat family friends to not go there. Ironically I was referred to them buy a client of there's, who refuses to go back there again! The vet is completely IGNORANT! Should have no business dealing with people and the real world. I brought my cat Cocoa in after he injured himself on a large portion of his side and it got infected. She took such great care of him, and took the time to instruct me on home care for the weeks it would take for him to heal. I have now been seeing Dr. Liller for over 2 years after a horrible experience with a vet in Richmond Hill. I will never take my two cats anywhere else except to Dr. Liller!! She is the best! I found out about this clinic through a friend of mine that goes to Dr. Liller. I was initially a little deterred to go there as it is a bit of a drive for me but now I will go no where else unless it is an emergency after hours. This clinic is very affordable, clean, and friendly. Dr. Liller does not rush through her appointments and does not try to push unnecessary medications or testing. I have never met a veterinarian that genuinely cares about their patients as much as she does. I will always be a customer of hers!!Read Less

Dr. Liller is the best vet I have ever come across. I have five cats and she has taken amazing care with each of them. I wouldn't trust anyone else with their health. I had a cat, that was abandoned by it's previous owner, show up at my door with a cut on him. I called the pet clinic for an appointment to take care of the issue. They were great in accommodating me the same day. They also offered to limited grooming while my cat stayed over night at no cost. The Cat Clinic is very cat friendly. Read Less

We have two cats, and while the Cat Care Clinic is a little bit out of our way, it's completely worth it.  Everyone here really cares about the animals, and I love their "office cats" - especially Snickers, a huge and very friendly guy who's missing one leg.  We had our little cat, a recent acquisition, neutered here recently, and they were great - kept us informed about how he was after we dropped him off, and the vet called on the weekend to check up on him after we'd taken him home, just to make sure he was still doing well.
