Crossroad Animal Hospital is a well-established, full-service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care.
We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. The facility includes a well-stocked pharmacy, in-hospital surgery suite, in-house x-ray capabilities, and a closely supervised hospitalization area.
At Crossroad Animal Hospital we strive to offer not only sound advice, but also optimal veterinary care, thus allowing you the enjoyment of your companion for a maximum number of years. Our job is not only to treat your pet when he or she isn't feeling well, but also to help you learn how to keep your best friend happy and healthy.

I rarely bother to post on yelp but feel absolutely compelled to express my gratitude to Crossroad Animal Hospital! The staff is outstanding! From the receptionist to the veterinarian, they were caring and comforting professionals. I had a mama dog in need of immediate attention and they worked her into their schedule right away. We found an abandoned dog who was in very back shape. We called for an appointment on a Saturday and the hospital closed at noon. The receptionist said they were booked but bring her in and they will see her. We knew she had to see a doctor ASAP so we were very grateful. We arrived and the entire staff was so thoughtful and concerned. Dr. Stewart Goldberg and her team could not have been kinder. They showed caring professionalism. Everything was thoroughly explained to us so that we could make our decision on how to treat her. I highly recommend putting your beloved pet in their care. We were blessed to have chosen Crossroad Animal Hospital for our emergency.

I brought in a cat that showed up on my doorstep... Clearly hurt or sick, struggling for breathe. The staff was unbelievably compassionate towards the cat, and comforting towards me... I was balling like a baby, even though he didn't belong to me. They were flexible with me regarding financial compensation for their services. They clearly truly care about animals, were grateful to me as a Good Samaritan, but I was so very grateful to them for their help. I will DEFINITELY use Crossroad Animal Hospital in the future.

I have been a client of Crossroad Animal Hospital for 35 years and have never had an unpleasant experience there. They have been compassionate, professional vets, providing the best of care for all of my pets through the years. They have two employees that have been with them since I began taking my pets to them and that speaks for itself about how the staff is treated. Dr. Bevere always takes time to reassure the pets during visits and was very supportive and understanding when my pets were seriously ill. I give them the highest recommendation!

My cat died. I went there around closing, it seemed like they just wanted my money and didn't care about the cat at all. He DIED a hour after leaving. He was sick but they just looked at him with no consideration, and gave medication. The doctor seemed like he would make a full recovery. When I called the next day, they had no sympathy and talked like it was my fault. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANIMALS JUST GETTING PAID. I would NEVER recommend this place if you love your animals, if the Dr was at all knowlegdeable, he should have said the medication was to much for a little kitten and should have know that it was to much to shock the kitten. With all my traveling I've done, this is by far the WORST place. PROTECT YOUR LOVED ONES.

I used to work there and was treated horribly. The "professionals" you speak of act highly unprofessional toward their staff. Dr. Compton is definitely in it for the money and does not have genuine concern for the animals. He is willing to cut off puppy tails in a second if it means he'll have some extra cash to take home and is thrilled that our suffering economy "can't effect [his] business too much". Dr. Fandrich does care about the animals, but is extremely rude and stuck-up and trash talks people practically in front of their faces! They do NOT treat their employees fairly. Employees do what the vets say because they are scared of getting yelled at.

The receptionist said they were booked but bring her in and they will see her. We knew she had to see a doctor ASAP so we were very grateful. I have been a client of Crossroad Animal Hospital for 35 years and have never had an unpleasant experience there. They have been compassionate, professional vets, providing the best of care for all of my pets through the years. They have two employees that have been with them since I began taking my pets to them and that speaks for itself about how the staff is treated. Dr. Bevere always takes time to reassure the pets during visits and was very supportive and understanding when my pets were seriously ill. I give them the highest recommendation!

My cat died. I went there around closing, it seemed like they just wanted my money and didn't care about the cat at all. He DIED a hour after leaving. He was sick but they just looked at him with no consideration, and gave medication. The doctor seemed like he would make a full recovery. When I called the next day, they had no sympathy and talked like it was my fault. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANIMALS JUST GETTING PAID. I used to work there and was treated horribly. The "professionals" you speak of act highly unprofessional toward their staff. Dr. Compton is definitely in it for the money and does not have genuine concern for the animals. He is willing to cut off puppy tails in a second if it means he'll have some extra cash to take home and is thrilled that our suffering economy "can't effect [his] business too much".
