I visited here for the first time and the staff and Dr.Jenkins were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They broke down everything I was getting charged for BEFORE THEY DID ANYTHING (a lot of vets just do whatever they think is right for my dog without explaning) and answered all my questions. Great experience. We took our new rescue African Grey to Dr Jenkins for a base line check up. Dr. Jenkins took extra ordinary time and effort to put Pepper at ease and minimized his stress. After a little time, she was able get pepper to step up and allow Dr Jenkins to examine him devoid of stress. Great Vet! Read Less

We usually come to this vet because their hours are more flexible than our normal vet, but they do a great job every time. My dog loves daycare at this location. The staff is very good about communicating with me on how my dog's day was spent. He gets to play all day, and I know he is safe here. I know he's getting a lot of exercise because he puts himself to bed around 8 every day care night! If you're looking for a daycare at a convenient location from the islands, this one is worth the money!Read Less

Thank you all so very much for taking care of my baby Cabo! I am moving all my pets there !! The care I received was beyond exceptional! I recently called a Vets office( which shall remain nameless) for my baby after she had been there a few days ago severely sick! They would not take an emergency at 3:00 in the afternoon!!!!!!! I listened to my heart and called Whitemarsh animal care and took her over . She had to get a steroid shot for a reaction. Dr Jenkins ( who I can't say enough good things about) was Amazing! She found in an X-ray something in her stomach! Next a barium study and surgery to remove the pee pads! Not only did she ease my mind but she drove Cabo HERSELF to the 24 hour care clinic . She performed surgery and I am so very grateful to have my baby home! Everyone is Wonderful there! If you live on the island you need to take your pets there! I decided to try this new vet office on Whitemarsh Island because my dog would not use his back legs and I needed to see a vet immediately. My current vet said she only saw animals by appointment and couldn't see my dog for 4 days. The staff at whitemarsh animal care were great. They took my dog in right away and the vet even drove to another location to get the shots and meds needed to treat him. I have since transferred all 5 of my animals to this vet. She is very knowledgeable and understands pet owners on a budget. I would recommend this place to everyone! Read Less
