The staff are attentive, greet Napoleon every time he comes in for his appointment, and charge fairly for services. If you're looking for a clean and family oriented vet to take your pet to then look no further. Went her for some laser therapy, acupuncture and blood work for my "older" kitty. My kitty is 17 and requires very delicate care due to her health issues. The doctor and all the staff were AMAZING!! I drove from 35 miles away after work just to come here based of other reviews and that they did BOTH holistic and western medicine. I'm so glad I found them! They took such good care of my sweet baby, I'm glad I made the trip! After the 35 mile trip home, my kitty wouldn't stop purring because she felt so good from the laser therapy and acupuncture.

I cannot say enough good things about this practice! Last night we came across a stray dog in very bad condition. His was skin was crawling with fleas, he has an ear infection, he doesn't seem to hear well, he is terribly thin, he has cataracts and his tail was bleeding. We sheltered him for the night and took him in to the office this morning. They were so good to him! Not just one staff member, ALL of them! They kept him for the day to clean up and treat, when we picked him up they answered all our questions and gave us good information before taking him home. No animal deserves the neglect this poor boy has been through, but the I feel like we are not alone in caring for him. Dr. Padgett and staff, thank you so much for all you your help!!!

Best place ever to take your little one. Super clean. The staff is super friendly, by the second visit they know you and know your pet names. Dr. Harris is the best. He will take care of your baby and answer all your questions. Last time after he check up our little six months old maltichon for a follow-up for ear infection. Our puppy started playing with him none stop. We were asking for advices and he sat on the floor petting him and playing with him, something that our puppy don't do with anybody, he even want to stay with him. Dr. Zaidspinner has been my dogs regular doctor. She is amazing with my dogs. She is very patient, attentive, and caring. I couldn't imagine having anyone else touch my dogs. I cannot say enough about how fantastic this facility and the staff is here. We had recently relocated to the area with our 14 year old schnauzer. We needed to get her some medical care because she was having problems with her hind legs. Amber and Kerstin were amazing in setting up our appointment and giving us info on what to expect for our first visit. Dr. DeGuzman and her assistant, Sharon were wonderful during our initial visit and examination. Dr. DeGuzman gave us tips on what we could do at home to try and make our pet more comfortable. They really took their time and listened and explained everything well. I like that they understand people's reality. It's not all about making money for them. I believe they sincerely want to do what's best for the animals and they really try to work with the owners on options based on their affordability. Unfortunately, for our dog her age and sickness overcame her and we had to have her euthanized. Even then, the front office staff was ready and prepared for us when we arrived for this difficult appointment. They gave us plenty of private time beforehand. Dr. Harris performed the euthanasia and he was just as compassionate and sympathetic as he could be. He took great care that our baby departed with the dignity and care that she deserved. I'm not sure if we will get another pet at this point, but if we do I will definitely go here for their medical care. I've had dogs for the last 30 years and I can tell you that I've NEVER had a vet clinic as excellent as this one. I highly recommend them.

I've been going to GAH since 1996, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Aside from the fact that they offer traditional and alternative modalities, they listen to your concerns, and answer every question, in order to make you feel like your pet is important to them. In 1999, I was able to see my Doberman, not just survive wobblers, but conquer it and return to agility. In 2002, with their help, my Doberman pup survived distemper and had a terrific agility career, and went on to be featured in a K9 Nose Work DVD. She remained fit throughout her (14 yr) life due to chiropratic adjustments with Dr Connolly, massage with Andrea Haupt, and acupuncture with Dr DeGuzman. For raw food feeders, you not only find support for your choice, but quality raw food is available to purchase at the clinic for a great price. From the techs to the doctors, I feel that my dogs are in caring hands.

I get it if they had a huge waiting room of people with cats but there was no one there on the cat side. Could have waive the $30 as a courtesy for a new patient.
Felt very disappointed and swindled by this encounter with them. By the way, banfield just down the street charges $40 an examination for walk ins.

I am super picky about my pets' care providers. I used to drive over 45 minutes to go to another vet office. When I felt like the care there began to become subpar, I shopped around hard and tried two other area vet offices before coming here. That was probably 6-8 years ago and I have no plans of going elsewhere as long as these people stay true to their clients (and by that, I mean the animals, not the owners). I am so glad to have them for my furbabies.

The vet tech was also very sweet, and so was the vet. No one looked down at me because I had a 4 week old puppy. When I told them he was from a large litter and was being pushed away, everyone told me I did a good thing to give him the best.

Just wanted to leave a note saying how happy I am to have been referred to this practice. The professionalism is outstanding. The entire team cares about each of their patients.I have met with Dr. Enriqueta (Luli) de Guzman, VMD a couple of times and truly value her holistic approach to handling my senior golden retriever.I also met with Dr. Kathryn Padgett in regards to emergency treatment on my senior as well. After much advise I scheduled the surgery and turns out, a procedure that is not as invasive as the original surgery, was an option for him. And we went with that.Even after that, when I had to make an emergency trip to FL and took my dog with me, I asked for them to send his records down to FL so he could have his post-op at my family's vet. Took them NO TIME AT ALL to help me with that.They are a well oiled machine and I gladly travel 45min one way to see them. Thank you all so much for your love and dedication to your patients and their families. So happy I found you.

I can't say enough good things about them! I live in Atlanta,GA but drive all the way to Snellville to take my 15 year old poodle there. I was recommended by a co-worker to try and see their holistic vet. My dog has arthritis and I was worried if I kept giving him the NSAIDS prescribed my local vet he would develop side effects such as renal failure or bleeding. They gave me some herbal supplements and he now does a laser treatment to help with his arthritis. At first I seemed skeptical but it is amazing how well he responded after just one treatment. Now I take him on a routine basis. The staff there is amazing as well. They go above and beyond to make sure they take care of you and your pet and recognize us every time we walk in the door. Couldn't ask for a better service or care!

After being turned away from Gwinnett Co. Animal Control and price gouged by Eastside Animal hosp., Gwinnett Animal Hospital was willing to put down a severely injured cat for us at a discounted rate as I do not currently have an income. After I explained the situation, the very pleasant receptionist spoke with the doctor and they agreed to help. Unfortunately, the cat passed away within minutes of our conversation. It is a shame that this cat had to suffer as long as he did at the hands of Animal Control and Eastside Animal hosp. Gwinnett Animal Hosp. has always done a great job with my own cats and I would recommend them with the highest of praise. They are kind and compassionate and put the animals needs first.

My family has been taking our pets to this veterinary office for years. We have had a cat, three dogs, and a ferret, and all of our animals have been treated well. Unfortunately, we have had to put down our ferret and cat, and Gwinnett Animal Hospital was very respectful of our family and helped through the grieving process by doing little things like mailing a condolences card and offering the option to take a clay imprint of the animal's paw. Dr. Harris is one of my favorites for our dogs because he makes them more comfortable by getting down on their level, sitting on the floor, petting them, and talking to them. He is very knowledgeable about canine health, and he offers treatments/suggestions that won't break the bank. Overall, this office is a good choice if you are trying to find a trustworthy vet.

Our dog was diagnosed with allergies by our previous vet, but I was not happy with their treatment. I spent over an hour with Dr. Zaidspiner and she explained allergies, their testing, and treatment. She gave me options and offered a range of treatment options including dosages for multiple over the counter meds, so I could treat our dog at home. She was informative, thorough and gave me complete control of treatment. Ultimately, I learned that the food the previous vet prescribed was one of the main allergens for our dog! I would highly recommend Dr. Zaidspiner for every-day treatments and check-ups as well as hard to diagnose conditions.

This is the best, most knowledgeable, caring and experienced group of vets I have ever encountered. We've taking our pets here for about 10 years after having tried 3 other vet practices in the area and are always pleased with the thoughtful and insightful care our pets receive here. Every one of the doctors will explain whatever you should know about your pets' conditions and needs, will answer your questions and will listen to what you say about your pet. They will phone you personally with results and follow up to see how your pet is doing between visits. They have diagnosed and successfully treated or improved our pets' lives for years, and also incorporate valuable holistic methods in their treatment and recommendations. Veterinary costs are never cheap, but this practice will work with you in that area. There is very little turnover in vets, so your pet will get a continuum of care and you can request a specific vet if you want. You just can't top this veterinary practice.

I was actually there in the office to drop my cat and dog for weekend boarding when the angry poster was there (it HAD to be her) SCREAMING (couldn't help but hear her!) about her defective foster dog that noone would adopt and that she was considering taking back to the pound! I personally saw both the doctor and one of the staff (don't know her name) offer her rescue information which she refused to even look at (I remember her saying that she wasn't willing to make a bunch of phone calls to rescue groups!). As for the snow/ice storm, I was thrilled that they cared for my pets for an additional 3 days AT NO CHARGE until I thawed out enough to get there on Thursday- when I asked how they were able to get in to care for the boarders, I found out that 2 staff members live close enough to walk, and did so! Since your profile says you live in Snellville, why was 40 minutes not enough for you to get to the clinic- even on bad roads- Snellville is not that big! Oh, a shout out to Dr. Zaidspiner- I've been bringing my fur-babies to her for almost 12 years now- she and the rest of the GAH gang are great!!

They may even threaten to sue you, if you speak up! It is truly as in the Irish expression, beyond-the-beyonds with these people. It must have all begun last fall, when I found I was being pursued to cover a billing error?no explanation. Then the phone calls began. It took months for the realization to dawn--they believe I spotted a large expense was not included in the invoice at the long-ago checkout, and I deliberately concealed it in order to cheat them! I did not. So I resolved to find another vet, but hadn?t. Then my foster dog had a sudden problem. I had the misfortune to encounter a vet there I never met before. She blamed me for not being able to find the rescue dog a home, launched into a tirade about what was wrong with me, spouted trite pop psychology, and made petty gestures of temper. There was certainly no screaming on my part! This is a hyperbole. The vet?s approach was very depressing and unhelpful to me. Other helpful staff gave me one point of contact to help find a home for the dog, whom I did contact, but who never replied. It is not true I was offered the famous ?27 page? list of rescue groups, though it is true, it was featured in the vet?s jeremiad against me. I was exhausted, and needed to board the dog for the weekend. I was then accused of trying to force them to find the dog a home for me! Again, completely untrue. I began to wonder if they always impute the worst motives. Why? And to just me, or others? I had come feeling discouraged, and I left deeply discouraged. I had a dream of rescuing other urgent cases from animal control, but no more. You might want to seek another place. Oh, the others are just fine, the staff is more than helpful, although you might find the reckoning leaves you light in the wallet. However, what if you run into this temperamental vet on a bad day? You?ll just have to weigh the risks.

My pack is on raw food, which helped eliminate some issues the pack was having, but the eldest was experiencing arthritic conditions. He is a retired working dog, trained for patrol, and can be very intimidating to employees at vet offices. The staff just treated him like a big old sweet puppy and he fell in love them instantly.This office is simply amazing. Dr. Churchill discovered his entire spine has fused, and he has arthritis in one hip. The spine meant no chiro could be done, but the laser acupuncture has already improved his health a lot.My rottie pup (a rescue) was very nervous about vet visits since I got him. I brought him here on an urgent care visit (he saw Dr. Diehl) and they really worked hard to make him love the office. They offered that I can bring him any time for a "happy visit" so we can get him really loving the docs. He came back to see Dr. Churchill about possible hip dysplasia and there was already a marked improvement. He loves everyone here :)In a separate event, where we thought a pack member had ingested some ammonium chloride/copper sulfate, Dr. Harris went the extra mile and helped me figure out with poison control what the best method was to handle it and what to watch for. If you're looking for a raw friendly or holistic vet, this is the place to be. Incredible staff, incredible doctors, and chiro/acupuncture is affordable and tremendously helpful.I'll be bringing the rest of the pack in as they need it. I have to question the previous entry as I know most of the staff at Gwinnett Animal Hospital and have for many, many years. They are always VERY accomodating to their clients and thier only interest is high-quality medicine for their patients. I also know that although Dr. Connolly has reduced his hours, he is not ready to retire. He still has a strong presence there and probably always will. I would guess that for the previous situation to have occurred, there's more to the story!

I had been a client of this practice for over 25 years and received a phone call today asking me to seek vet care elsewhere. The office manager stated that I was perceived as unhappy with the practice and ""always"" had an issue when I was in the office. I set high standards of care for my animals which Dr. Connolly and Dr. Harris have always exceeded. Until the last 4 months, I have had 7 animals in this practice. I lost my lab of 15 years 2 weeks ago. Excellent timing on their part. Dr. Connolly is moving into retirement. Sad for this practice as he is no longer in charge.

I am VERY picky about where I take my dog. I always take her to a holistic vet and decided to try Gwinnett Animal Hopsital after being disatisfied with my previous vet. This visit was wonderful. She was patient and explained all of our silly questions. Didn't pressure us into a pricey ""senior blood work"" for my 10 yr old dog. She explained all costs ahead of time. I couldn't be happier with our new vet. Dr. Zaidspiner practices conventional medicine but there are other drs on staff that do chiropractic, homeopathy, etc. Highly recommended.

The staff are attentive, greet Napoleon every time he comes in for his appointment, and charge fairly for services. Went her for some laser therapy, acupuncture and blood work for my "older" kitty. My kitty is 17 and requires very delicate care due to her health issues. The doctor and all the staff were AMAZING!! I drove from 35 miles away after work just to come here based of other reviews and that they did BOTH holistic and western medicine. I'm so glad I found them! They took such good care of my sweet baby, I'm glad I made the trip! After the 35 mile trip home, my kitty wouldn't stop purring because she felt so good from the laser therapy and acupuncture.

I cannot say enough good things about this practice! Last night we came across a stray dog in very bad condition. His was skin was crawling with fleas, he has an ear infection, he doesn't seem to hear well, he is terribly thin, he has cataracts and his tail was bleeding. We sheltered him for the night and took him in to the office this morning. They were so good to him! Not just one staff member, ALL of them! They kept him for the day to clean up and treat, when we picked him up they answered all our questions and gave us good information before taking him home. No animal deserves the neglect this poor boy has been through, but the I feel like we are not alone in caring for him. Dr. Padgett and staff, thank you so much for all you your help!!!

He will take care of your baby and answer all your questions. Last time after he check up our little six months old maltichon for a follow-up for ear infection. Our puppy started playing with him none stop. We were asking for advices and he sat on the floor petting him and playing with him, something that our puppy don't do with anybody, he even want to stay with him. I cannot say enough about how fantastic this facility and the staff is here. We had recently relocated to the area with our 14 year old schnauzer. We needed to get her some medical care because she was having problems with her hind legs. Amber and Kerstin were amazing in setting up our appointment and giving us info on what to expect for our first visit. Dr. DeGuzman and her assistant, Sharon were wonderful during our initial visit and examination. Dr. DeGuzman gave us tips on what we could do at home to try and make our pet more comfortable. They really took their time and listened and explained everything well. I like that they understand people's reality. It's not all about making money for them. I believe they sincerely want to do what's best for the animals and they really try to work with the owners on options based on their affordability. Unfortunately, for our dog her age and sickness overcame her and we had to have her euthanized. Even then, the front office staff was ready and prepared for us when we arrived for this difficult appointment. They gave us plenty of private time beforehand. Dr. Harris performed the euthanasia and he was just as compassionate and sympathetic as he could be. He took great care that our baby departed with the dignity and care that she deserved. I'm not sure if we will get another pet at this point, but if we do I will definitely go here for their medical care. I've had dogs for the last 30 years and I can tell you that I've NEVER had a vet clinic as excellent as this one. I highly recommend them.

I've been going to GAH since 1996, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Aside from the fact that they offer traditional and alternative modalities, they listen to your concerns, and answer every question, in order to make you feel like your pet is important to them. In 1999, I was able to see my Doberman, not just survive wobblers, but conquer it and return to agility. In 2002, with their help, my Doberman pup survived distemper and had a terrific agility career, and went on to be featured in a K9 Nose Work DVD. She remained fit throughout her (14 yr) life due to chiropratic adjustments with Dr Connolly, massage with Andrea Haupt, and acupuncture with Dr DeGuzman. For raw food feeders, you not only find support for your choice, but quality raw food is available to purchase at the clinic for a great price. From the techs to the doctors, I feel that my dogs are in caring hands.

Came in as a walk in, tried to charge me $95 for an exam said because I came in as an emergency visit, I live 4 minutes from there and thought since they close in an hour could be seen. I get it if they had a huge waiting room of people with cats but there was no one there on the cat side. Could have waive the $30 as a courtesy for a new patient.
Felt very disappointed and swindled by this encounter with them. By the way, banfield just down the street charges $40 an examination for walk ins.

I am super picky about my pets' care providers. I used to drive over 45 minutes to go to another vet office. When I felt like the care there began to become subpar, I shopped around hard and tried two other area vet offices before coming here. That was probably 6-8 years ago and I have no plans of going elsewhere as long as these people stay true to their clients (and by that, I mean the animals, not the owners). I am so glad to have them for my furbabies.

Everyone here is super nice and they loved my little 3 legged puppy. I was able to get an appointment the same day, and they didn't make me wait long. The receptionist's were very sweet. The vet tech was also very sweet, and so was the vet. No one looked down at me because I had a 4 week old puppy. When I told them he was from a large litter and was being pushed away, everyone told me I did a good thing to give him the best.

This vet is wonderful. My dogs see Dr. Harris, and he is great. One of my dogs has allergies, and he provided several different treatment options while being considerate of the costs. I like how he gets down on the floor with my dogs. This vet is definitely puts the animals ahead of business.

Just wanted to leave a note saying how happy I am to have been referred to this practice. The professionalism is outstanding. The entire team cares about each of their patients.I have met with Dr. Enriqueta (Luli) de Guzman, VMD a couple of times and truly value her holistic approach to handling my senior golden retriever.I also met with Dr. Kathryn Padgett in regards to emergency treatment on my senior as well. After much advise I scheduled the surgery and turns out, a procedure that is not as invasive as the original surgery, was an option for him. And we went with that.Even after that, when I had to make an emergency trip to FL and took my dog with me, I asked for them to send his records down to FL so he could have his post-op at my family's vet. Took them NO TIME AT ALL to help me with that.They are a well oiled machine and I gladly travel 45min one way to see them. Thank you all so much for your love and dedication to your patients and their families. So happy I found you.

I can't say enough good things about them! I live in Atlanta,GA but drive all the way to Snellville to take my 15 year old poodle there. I was recommended by a co-worker to try and see their holistic vet. My dog has arthritis and I was worried if I kept giving him the NSAIDS prescribed my local vet he would develop side effects such as renal failure or bleeding. They gave me some herbal supplements and he now does a laser treatment to help with his arthritis. At first I seemed skeptical but it is amazing how well he responded after just one treatment. Now I take him on a routine basis. The staff there is amazing as well. They go above and beyond to make sure they take care of you and your pet and recognize us every time we walk in the door. Couldn't ask for a better service or care!

After being turned away from Gwinnett Co. Animal Control and price gouged by Eastside Animal hosp., Gwinnett Animal Hospital was willing to put down a severely injured cat for us at a discounted rate as I do not currently have an income. After I explained the situation, the very pleasant receptionist spoke with the doctor and they agreed to help. Unfortunately, the cat passed away within minutes of our conversation. It is a shame that this cat had to suffer as long as he did at the hands of Animal Control and Eastside Animal hosp. Gwinnett Animal Hosp. has always done a great job with my own cats and I would recommend them with the highest of praise. They are kind and compassionate and put the animals needs first.

My family has been taking our pets to this veterinary office for years. We have had a cat, three dogs, and a ferret, and all of our animals have been treated well. Unfortunately, we have had to put down our ferret and cat, and Gwinnett Animal Hospital was very respectful of our family and helped through the grieving process by doing little things like mailing a condolences card and offering the option to take a clay imprint of the animal's paw. Dr. Harris is one of my favorites for our dogs because he makes them more comfortable by getting down on their level, sitting on the floor, petting them, and talking to them. He is very knowledgeable about canine health, and he offers treatments/suggestions that won't break the bank. Overall, this office is a good choice if you are trying to find a trustworthy vet.

Our dog was diagnosed with allergies by our previous vet, but I was not happy with their treatment. I spent over an hour with Dr. Zaidspiner and she explained allergies, their testing, and treatment. She gave me options and offered a range of treatment options including dosages for multiple over the counter meds, so I could treat our dog at home. She was informative, thorough and gave me complete control of treatment. Ultimately, I learned that the food the previous vet prescribed was one of the main allergens for our dog! I would highly recommend Dr. Zaidspiner for every-day treatments and check-ups as well as hard to diagnose conditions.

This is the best, most knowledgeable, caring and experienced group of vets I have ever encountered. We've taking our pets here for about 10 years after having tried 3 other vet practices in the area and are always pleased with the thoughtful and insightful care our pets receive here. Every one of the doctors will explain whatever you should know about your pets' conditions and needs, will answer your questions and will listen to what you say about your pet. They will phone you personally with results and follow up to see how your pet is doing between visits. They have diagnosed and successfully treated or improved our pets' lives for years, and also incorporate valuable holistic methods in their treatment and recommendations. Veterinary costs are never cheap, but this practice will work with you in that area. There is very little turnover in vets, so your pet will get a continuum of care and you can request a specific vet if you want. You just can't top this veterinary practice.

WOW- I don't post alot, but I have to speak up regarding the last poster! I was actually there in the office to drop my cat and dog for weekend boarding when the angry poster was there (it HAD to be her) SCREAMING (couldn't help but hear her!) about her defective foster dog that noone would adopt and that she was considering taking back to the pound! I personally saw both the doctor and one of the staff (don't know her name) offer her rescue information which she refused to even look at (I remember her saying that she wasn't willing to make a bunch of phone calls to rescue groups!). As for the snow/ice storm, I was thrilled that they cared for my pets for an additional 3 days AT NO CHARGE until I thawed out enough to get there on Thursday- when I asked how they were able to get in to care for the boarders, I found out that 2 staff members live close enough to walk, and did so! Since your profile says you live in Snellville, why was 40 minutes not enough for you to get to the clinic- even on bad roads- Snellville is not that big! Oh, a shout out to Dr. Zaidspiner- I've been bringing my fur-babies to her for almost 12 years now- she and the rest of the GAH gang are great!!

They may even threaten to sue you, if you speak up! It is truly as in the Irish expression, beyond-the-beyonds with these people. It must have all begun last fall, when I found I was being pursued to cover a billing error?no explanation. Then the phone calls began. It took months for the realization to dawn--they believe I spotted a large expense was not included in the invoice at the long-ago checkout, and I deliberately concealed it in order to cheat them! I did not. So I resolved to find another vet, but hadn?t. Then my foster dog had a sudden problem. I had the misfortune to encounter a vet there I never met before. She blamed me for not being able to find the rescue dog a home, launched into a tirade about what was wrong with me, spouted trite pop psychology, and made petty gestures of temper. There was certainly no screaming on my part! This is a hyperbole. The vet?s approach was very depressing and unhelpful to me. Other helpful staff gave me one point of contact to help find a home for the dog, whom I did contact, but who never replied. It is not true I was offered the famous ?27 page? list of rescue groups, though it is true, it was featured in the vet?s jeremiad against me. I was exhausted, and needed to board the dog for the weekend. I was then accused of trying to force them to find the dog a home for me! Again, completely untrue. I began to wonder if they always impute the worst motives. Why? And to just me, or others? I had come feeling discouraged, and I left deeply discouraged. I had a dream of rescuing other urgent cases from animal control, but no more. You might want to seek another place. Oh, the others are just fine, the staff is more than helpful, although you might find the reckoning leaves you light in the wallet. However, what if you run into this temperamental vet on a bad day? You?ll just have to weigh the risks.

My pack is on raw food, which helped eliminate some issues the pack was having, but the eldest was experiencing arthritic conditions. He is a retired working dog, trained for patrol, and can be very intimidating to employees at vet offices. The staff just treated him like a big old sweet puppy and he fell in love them instantly.This office is simply amazing. Dr. Churchill discovered his entire spine has fused, and he has arthritis in one hip. The spine meant no chiro could be done, but the laser acupuncture has already improved his health a lot.My rottie pup (a rescue) was very nervous about vet visits since I got him. I brought him here on an urgent care visit (he saw Dr. Diehl) and they really worked hard to make him love the office. They offered that I can bring him any time for a "happy visit" so we can get him really loving the docs. He came back to see Dr. Churchill about possible hip dysplasia and there was already a marked improvement. He loves everyone here :)In a separate event, where we thought a pack member had ingested some ammonium chloride/copper sulfate, Dr. Harris went the extra mile and helped me figure out with poison control what the best method was to handle it and what to watch for. If you're looking for a raw friendly or holistic vet, this is the place to be. Incredible staff, incredible doctors, and chiro/acupuncture is affordable and tremendously helpful.I'll be bringing the rest of the pack in as they need it. I have to question the previous entry as I know most of the staff at Gwinnett Animal Hospital and have for many, many years. They are always VERY accomodating to their clients and thier only interest is high-quality medicine for their patients. I also know that although Dr. Connolly has reduced his hours, he is not ready to retire. He still has a strong presence there and probably always will. I would guess that for the previous situation to have occurred, there's more to the story!

I had been a client of this practice for over 25 years and received a phone call today asking me to seek vet care elsewhere. The office manager stated that I was perceived as unhappy with the practice and ""always"" had an issue when I was in the office. I set high standards of care for my animals which Dr. Connolly and Dr. Harris have always exceeded. Until the last 4 months, I have had 7 animals in this practice. I lost my lab of 15 years 2 weeks ago. Excellent timing on their part. Dr. Connolly is moving into retirement. Sad for this practice as he is no longer in charge.

I am VERY picky about where I take my dog. I always take her to a holistic vet and decided to try Gwinnett Animal Hopsital after being disatisfied with my previous vet. This visit was wonderful. She was patient and explained all of our silly questions. Didn't pressure us into a pricey ""senior blood work"" for my 10 yr old dog. She explained all costs ahead of time. I couldn't be happier with our new vet. Dr. Zaidspiner practices conventional medicine but there are other drs on staff that do chiropractic, homeopathy, etc. Highly recommended.
