I honestly cannot stress enough how amazing SAH and all of its staff are. I have a nine year old beagle, Copper, who I’ve had since he was a puppy. In the last few years he developed severe allergies. He was CONSTANTLY scratching and whining and all around miserable. His hair was falling out, he ate/scratched at himself until he bled. It was awful. After two YEARS seeing several different vets, there was no resolution. Everyone pointed to food, despite him being on a hypoalle...rgic food diet for a year with no improvement. The next recommendations was just to keep pumping him with steroids which I was not okay with. Finally after he had a very bad night scratching and bleeding, I took him to SAH as an emergency, recommended to me by a friend. They were so compassionate and helpful. I thought I’d explored all avenues and my poor dog was doomed to be miserable. However, Dr. Craine was extremely positive and insightful. Spoke to me with understanding and respect. Explain things in a very simple way. And helped come up with a treatment plan. Just under a month after coppers first visit, he showed EXTREME improvement!! He’s now almost fully grown all his hair back. The itching has completely stopped and he’s back to be happy and playing. I cannot thank this vets office enough. They are truly amazing. I recommend a million times!! See More

Been meaning to do this for months! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Craine and the staff at SAH. My sweet 14 year old puppers Molly had an extremely large cancerous tumor on her front leg. Another vet in the area's only options were 1. remove the leg or 2. euthanize. We went to Dr. Craine for a second opinion. He was able to remove the tumor and Molly is back to her sweet, happy, energetic wonderful self! I am so thankful for Dr. Craine's advice and surgical expertise, I cannot even express... Thank you THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

We have used Snellville Animal Hospital for 23 years and have never been disappointed!
Dr. Cerijan has taken such good care of our pets, even when we had to let our Sheba cross the Rainbow bridge. He has always given us straight answers for the best care so we trust his judgement.
We have boarded both our Golden Retriever and a tuxedo cat with them. Highly recommend them!

Dr. Craine has been the best veterinarian to all my pets for 17 yrs now. I wouldn't trust my "fur babies" to anyone else. In addition to his personalized care for my pets, the staff is superb from the ladies at reception to the techs that also attend to my pets. My little dog actually enjoys going to the vet and on trips where he needs boarding, he feels like he's been treated to a fun vacation by staying there.

We LOVE this vet. Both vets are so loving and so nice. They actually take their time and do an extensive exam. They listen to your concerns and take their time. I apologized for bringing my puppy up there on such short notice for the 2nd time because I honestly something was wrong with my sweet boy. He told me to not apologize and it is always better to be safe than sorry. They actually care for the animals and are not all caught up with making a dollar. They are absolutely amazing. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!

Had an amazing experience upon my first time visiting with my dog and cat after moving to the area. Front desk and vet assistants were super friendly and helpful, and Dr. Cerjan is fantastic! He took his time coaxing my skittish cat out of her cage, and I found myself astonished at how calm she was as he did the exam. With each of our pets he explained in detail our different options, and what he recommended and why. Good people, good service, good prices.

The team at Snellville Animal Hospital is top notch. I've had pets for my whole life - and haven't ever felt so much like we're "friends" as here. They seem to remember and enjoy each pet that comes in... and clearly know that our furry pals are family too. The prices are very fair and they work to get you in quickly if your pet is sick. We were recommended to the practice when we got a puppy by friends who had their beloved dog cared for there for her whole life. My dog comes here with enthusiasm.

On October 26th I attended Snellville Animal Hospital for the first time. My friend was having her dog of 17 yrs put down and want me to take care of it because it was just too emotional of an event for her to handle. I walk in and the staff was soo attentive, they knew why I was there, they took me back to the room and made Zoie comfortable. Dr. Cerjan came in and explained everything to me and answered all my questions with kindness in his voice, no know-it-all attitude at all like at some vets I have been to. Thank you all for making this a smooth transition for Zoie, her mom and me.

I've heard about Dr. Craine and Dr. Surjen for years from my pet sitting clients and finally gave them a try today with my two little dogs. I am so impressed and happy! It's laid back, very clean, everyone is friendly and professional and Dr. Surjen spent a lot of time with both of my dogs and talked me through everything. Both the dr and the tech were so gentle and loving to my dogs, I got the warm and fuzzies! The ladies in the front were also very nice, acknowledged my dogs sweetly and also acknowledged me in a very nice and welcoming way. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

After doing extensive research (my kitties are like my children) Dr. Craine came up as well recommended so I made an appointment for my older cat that was losing weight yet constantly eating. I have extremely high standards because of the care I've always seen my father provide firsthand growing up, and was skeptical of another vet being as compassionate. I called to make an appointment on a Tuesday and was seen the very next day. Dr. Craine checked out my girl Maddie and gave me recommendations for treatment (being considerate of her diagnosis and my wallet). I received my blood results the next day from Dr. Cerjan, who was equally as professional. Both doctors spoke to me without overly medical jargon and helped me understand what was going on with my kitty. I SO appreciate them both and am incredibly thankful to find such a fabulous clinic nearby that makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. I highly recommend and will continue going here as long as I'm in Snellville.

My fiancé and I lived in Snellville for only a year but have considered driving our two dogs and cat back to Dr. Cerjan from Charlotte, NC! He is the most compassionate and caring vet out there! We never felt rushed or overcharged. Dr. Cerjan always made sure to take his time taking care of our animals, make sure he did not waste our money if something was not necessary (like so many other vets do), and he always made sure to figure out the best option of care for them. We had an unfortunate situation with our puppy getting parvo and being in the emergency vet for over a week, and Dr. Cerjan called us (on the weekend) to check on how our puppy was doing. The rest of the staff is just as caring and sweet, as well, and they always remembered our animals names. Can't say enough good things about them!

They are the best vets in Snellville. Superb front office staff. They know who you are! I had a very sick dog and I called at 5:30pm to see if they would see him, and they said yes, bring him in. How many vets do that! Most say sorry we are about to close. Once I was taking care of a clients pet and called them that a squirrel bit the little Westie. I couldn't stay with the pup and I felt we need to be sure he would be okay. I called them, they were my clients vet, and they said bring him in and we can take a look at him now. I can't say enough about their service.

Absolutely the best Vet's you will find. They are so caring. We have a Westie, that is known for allergies. We started with Snellville and switched to another Vet, when our pup was out of options. The new Vet would never talk to us but did do some blood work to help with determining the issues. We came back to Snellville when the other Vet gave up on our dog. We were somewhat embarrassed to go back to Snellville, but they were happy to see Barney and he was happy to see them. This is wonderful Animal Hospital. I can't say enough about this place.

My family has taken our animals to Dr. Craine for the last 15 years. We have always been happy with the service we have received and Dr. Craine is very knowledgable and cares about the animals. I have a puppy of my own now, and over Easter weekend I went to visit my parents. My puppy chewed through a plastic cup and plastic bag, and stopped eating or drinking for over 24 hours. I was very worried about him, so I took him to Dr. Cerjan on a Saturday morning and he was able to x-ray him and make sure he would be ok. Dr. Cerjan was kind, knowledgable, and he took as much time as we needed to go over the diagnosis/x-rays/feeding schedule. My puppy is completely fine and I appreciate all of the help we got from Snellville Animal Hospital!

Dr. Cerijan has taken such good care of our pets, even when we had to let our Sheba cross the Rainbow bridge. He has always given us straight answers for the best care so we trust his judgement.
We have boarded both our Golden Retriever and a tuxedo cat with them. Highly recommend them!

Dr. Craine has been the best veterinarian to all my pets for 17 yrs now. I wouldn't trust my "fur babies" to anyone else. In addition to his personalized care for my pets, the staff is superb from the ladies at reception to the techs that also attend to my pets. My little dog actually enjoys going to the vet and on trips where he needs boarding, he feels like he's been treated to a fun vacation by staying there.

We LOVE this vet. Both vets are so loving and so nice. They actually take their time and do an extensive exam. They listen to your concerns and take their time. I apologized for bringing my puppy up there on such short notice for the 2nd time because I honestly something was wrong with my sweet boy. He told me to not apologize and it is always better to be safe than sorry. They actually care for the animals and are not all caught up with making a dollar. They are absolutely amazing. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!

Had an amazing experience upon my first time visiting with my dog and cat after moving to the area. Front desk and vet assistants were super friendly and helpful, and Dr. Cerjan is fantastic! He took his time coaxing my skittish cat out of her cage, and I found myself astonished at how calm she was as he did the exam. With each of our pets he explained in detail our different options, and what he recommended and why. Good people, good service, good prices.

The team at Snellville Animal Hospital is top notch. I've had pets for my whole life - and haven't ever felt so much like we're "friends" as here. They seem to remember and enjoy each pet that comes in... and clearly know that our furry pals are family too. The prices are very fair and they work to get you in quickly if your pet is sick. We were recommended to the practice when we got a puppy by friends who had their beloved dog cared for there for her whole life. My dog comes here with enthusiasm.

On October 26th I attended Snellville Animal Hospital for the first time. My friend was having her dog of 17 yrs put down and want me to take care of it because it was just too emotional of an event for her to handle. I walk in and the staff was soo attentive, they knew why I was there, they took me back to the room and made Zoie comfortable. Dr. Cerjan came in and explained everything to me and answered all my questions with kindness in his voice, no know-it-all attitude at all like at some vets I have been to. Thank you all for making this a smooth transition for Zoie, her mom and me.

This place is always so good to my pup. He had a hurt paw and the doctor was able to figure out it was just a bug bite or sting. He could have ordered expensive X-rays and what not but he told us that there were some simple things we could do to help my buddy. That alone has earned them my business for life.

I've heard about Dr. Craine and Dr. Surjen for years from my pet sitting clients and finally gave them a try today with my two little dogs. I am so impressed and happy! It's laid back, very clean, everyone is friendly and professional and Dr. Surjen spent a lot of time with both of my dogs and talked me through everything. Both the dr and the tech were so gentle and loving to my dogs, I got the warm and fuzzies! The ladies in the front were also very nice, acknowledged my dogs sweetly and also acknowledged me in a very nice and welcoming way. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

After doing extensive research (my kitties are like my children) Dr. Craine came up as well recommended so I made an appointment for my older cat that was losing weight yet constantly eating. I have extremely high standards because of the care I've always seen my father provide firsthand growing up, and was skeptical of another vet being as compassionate. I called to make an appointment on a Tuesday and was seen the very next day. Dr. Craine checked out my girl Maddie and gave me recommendations for treatment (being considerate of her diagnosis and my wallet). I received my blood results the next day from Dr. Cerjan, who was equally as professional. Both doctors spoke to me without overly medical jargon and helped me understand what was going on with my kitty. I SO appreciate them both and am incredibly thankful to find such a fabulous clinic nearby that makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. I highly recommend and will continue going here as long as I'm in Snellville.

My fiancé and I lived in Snellville for only a year but have considered driving our two dogs and cat back to Dr. Cerjan from Charlotte, NC! He is the most compassionate and caring vet out there! We never felt rushed or overcharged. Dr. Cerjan always made sure to take his time taking care of our animals, make sure he did not waste our money if something was not necessary (like so many other vets do), and he always made sure to figure out the best option of care for them. We had an unfortunate situation with our puppy getting parvo and being in the emergency vet for over a week, and Dr. Cerjan called us (on the weekend) to check on how our puppy was doing. The rest of the staff is just as caring and sweet, as well, and they always remembered our animals names. Can't say enough good things about them!

They are the best vets in Snellville. Superb front office staff. They know who you are! I had a very sick dog and I called at 5:30pm to see if they would see him, and they said yes, bring him in. How many vets do that! Most say sorry we are about to close. Once I was taking care of a clients pet and called them that a squirrel bit the little Westie. I couldn't stay with the pup and I felt we need to be sure he would be okay. I called them, they were my clients vet, and they said bring him in and we can take a look at him now. I can't say enough about their service.

Absolutely the best Vet's you will find. They are so caring. We have a Westie, that is known for allergies. We started with Snellville and switched to another Vet, when our pup was out of options. The new Vet would never talk to us but did do some blood work to help with determining the issues. We came back to Snellville when the other Vet gave up on our dog. We were somewhat embarrassed to go back to Snellville, but they were happy to see Barney and he was happy to see them. This is wonderful Animal Hospital. I can't say enough about this place.

My family has taken our animals to Dr. Craine for the last 15 years. We have always been happy with the service we have received and Dr. Craine is very knowledgable and cares about the animals. I have a puppy of my own now, and over Easter weekend I went to visit my parents. My puppy chewed through a plastic cup and plastic bag, and stopped eating or drinking for over 24 hours. I was very worried about him, so I took him to Dr. Cerjan on a Saturday morning and he was able to x-ray him and make sure he would be ok. Dr. Cerjan was kind, knowledgable, and he took as much time as we needed to go over the diagnosis/x-rays/feeding schedule. My puppy is completely fine and I appreciate all of the help we got from Snellville Animal Hospital!
