Suwanee, Georgia
General Info
Every aspect from lobby design to exam room acoustics at Crossroads Animal Clinic in Suwanee is meticulously crafted to prevent negative imprinting so companion animals throughout Georgia learn to associate veterinary care with predictable calmness. Pet owners recount their animals' morning routines and responses to guests alongside how they show home discomfort—all factors influencing the day's visit plan. Crossroads Animal Clinic provides services for diagnostics, hydration evaluation, injury monitoring, surgical consultation, cardiopulmonary evaluation, and immune health mapping. The medical rhythm is flexible treatments may pause after diagnostics resume later in the day or be distributed across multiple days if imprint risks are high. Environmental memory cues specific to species remain intact for cats, senior dogs, and exotic pets which demonstrate prolonged retention of these associations. Post-care guidance emphasizes the process of returning individuals to their home environments. Selecting rest spaces and methods to use light and scent for calmness while adjusting routines when appetite or mobility face temporary disruptions. The process of emotional recalibration serves as the basis for customizing follow-ups instead of relying solely on symptom regression. Great vet for veterinary services, boarding and baths. My cat and small dog have boarded here several times and I don't worry at all about their care and well-being. Have had vet services with great results. I like being able to drop off my small dog for weekend stays and let her get a bath while she is here. Highly recommend for personal and reasonable services. I love this vet clinic. There are 2 veterinarians, Dr. Light and Dr. Davis. Both are fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they always take excellent care of my pets. Everyone is very kind in their treatment of my pets and considerate when they speak with the people as well. My dog is always happy to see everyone there. What I really like is the thoughtful explanation of my options, which you don't always get from other clinics. They make sure to consider my pet's best interest as well as our lifestyle and budgetary needs. I never feel like I am being overcharged or getting an unnecessary procedure. That feeling of comfort is really valuable to me. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic for anything from vaccines to surgery.Read Less

We've only been going to Crossroads since last summer, but we wouldn't go anywhere else. We love Dr. Oteri, and it's obvious that she and her staff are big animal lovers by the way they take care of our precious kitty, who isn't the easiest cat to handle. Dr. Oteri doesn't try to sell services or vaccines that our kitty doesn't need. The clinic is very clean and we feel very comfortable there. Everyone treats us with respect and shows great patience. We love it there, and we feel that at Crossroads we get the very best for our precious baby. Read Less
