Crossroads Animal Clinic

Suwanee, Georgia
General Info
Everything from lobby layout to exam room acoustics is carefully designed and implemented at Crossroads Animal Clinic in Suwanee so that companion animals throughout Georgia do not negatively imprint, but instead form a predictable calmness pathway. The entrance is structured to enhance the experience of slowing down. Pets can stay in the cars if owners decide to while sensory-sensitive animals have the option of using special side entrances. Minimalistic setups allow the animal to get used to the smells and sights. Test procedures only begin when the animal gains basic spatial orientation. Pet owners share stories about how their pets start the day, respond to visitors, and show discomfort in their homes. Crossroads Animal Clinic offers the following services: diagnostics, hydration evaluation, injury monitoring, surgical consultation, cardiopulmonary evaluation, and immune health mapping. The medical rhythm is flexible. In principle, treatment is paused after diagnostics and resumed later in the day or on subsequent days if imprint risk is high. Environmental memory cues relating to the species remain intact in cats, senior dogs, and exotic pets and affect their everyday life. Post-care entails effectively getting patients back to their homes. Select safe places to rest, and decide what methods you will use to suppress pain, such as light and scent. Adjust daily routine accordingly if appetite and mobility levels drop temporarily. The emotional recalibration process is the basis of follow-ups customization instead of mere symptom regression. Crossroads Animal Clinic offers veterinary services that pets in Suwanee and neighboring Georgia communities love to experience as part of their natural routine. Services offered at Crossroads Animal Clinic also include steps and prescription medications. This range of services enables local pet owners in Suwanee and the surrounding areas to receive anything from routine examinations to specialized veterinary procedures. The clinic is a familiar part of the Suwanee community and wants local pets to enjoy long, healthy, and comfortable lives through its services.

Great vet for veterinary services, boarding and baths. My cat and small dog have boarded here several times and I don't worry at all about their care and well-being. Have had vet services with great results. I like being able to drop off my small dog for weekend stays and let her get a bath while she is here. Highly recommend for personal and reasonable services. I love this vet clinic. There are 2 veterinarians, Dr. Light and Dr. Davis. Both are fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they always take excellent care of my pets. Everyone is very kind in their treatment of my pets and considerate when they speak with the people as well. My dog is always happy to see everyone there. What I really like is the thoughtful explanation of my options, which you don't always get from other clinics. They make sure to consider my pet's best interest as well as our lifestyle and budgetary needs. I never feel like I am being overcharged or getting an unnecessary procedure. That feeling of comfort is really valuable to me. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic for anything from vaccines to surgery.Read Less

We've only been going to Crossroads since last summer, but we wouldn't go anywhere else. We love Dr. Oteri, and it's obvious that she and her staff are big animal lovers by the way they take care of our precious kitty, who isn't the easiest cat to handle. Dr. Oteri doesn't try to sell services or vaccines that our kitty doesn't need. The clinic is very clean and we feel very comfortable there. Everyone treats us with respect and shows great patience. We love it there, and we feel that at Crossroads we get the very best for our precious baby. Read Less
