We take all of our animals there. We have had to me instances that are hit or miss. Most of them are awesome.. I have no complaints. We once had a situation where they wanted to put one of our cats do...
We take all of our animals there. We have had to me instances that are hit or miss. Most of them are awesome.. I have no complaints. We once had a situation where they wanted to put one of our cats down and she ended up living another 5 yrs. But over all they are very attentive to the animal needs and the owners who want to give every animal a chance to give it once last fight. We don't just go to them due to proximity but, that they know what they are doing and don't run an animal hospital like a turn-style establishment.

IF there was minus stars I'd give them -5. NEVER have I ever been so screwed over. I usually pay 600 the most for my pets dental and they get one every year. I signed up for the care club because I thought it would be better to pay monthly....so a total of about $130 to start with. They took out 23 of my dogs teeth....almost all of her freaking teeth!!! they didn't call me to tell me this, they just did it and notified me when I went to pick her up. A whooping $500 dollars extra....! FREAKING REALLY?Why am I going to pay 80 dollars a month for now? that's a total of more than $1500 for a dental. WHAT RIP OFF IS THIS? To cancel the service is $600....what?
My Dog has been so upset since that day and I am more than offended by how I got ripped off. HECK NO I am not letting my other dog even step through those doors. SHAME ON YOU VCA...you only want money and all the fraud websites have your name all over it-- I should've read all of that before I went!!!

When I got there for my appointment, they were ready to see my puppy before the staff at the front desk was done taking my information. I am very happy with how they treated my puppy, and that means more than the wonderful way they treated me.

I have a large mix breed dog that I got from a shelter several years ago. I took our dog for a weekend boarding to VCA. When he got home he was so lethargic. He stayed in his bed for 2 days and slept....
I have a large mix breed dog that I got from a shelter several years ago. I took our dog for a weekend boarding to VCA. When he got home he was so lethargic. He stayed in his bed for 2 days and slept. He did not want to go out at all. His nails on front paws were scraped to the flesh. And 2 of his nail on hind paws were bloody. He had problems walking for couple days. His belly and underside had rash on due to the chemicals they probably used on the floor. But what flipped me over was that his neck was red and raw from the thin leash the staff use on the animals. I will never bring our dog back. I do not want to see our dog being abused like this.

I have always brought my dogs here even though it's a bit far from home. I took my dogs to another vet closer to home thinking that it would be more convenient, but it was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made! I immediately switched back to VCA Falcon Village because they are the best in Gwinnett and I only trust them to care for our animals!!

Recently took my cat here for follow-up after an emergency vet visit. They did blood work to rule out an infection, FIV, feline leukemia, etc. Thankfully the FIV and feline leukemia came back negative...
Recently took my cat here for follow-up after an emergency vet visit. They did blood work to rule out an infection, FIV, feline leukemia, etc. Thankfully the FIV and feline leukemia came back negative - however the other portion of the lab results were "lost" by the lab. I spoke to the office manager who apologized and refunded us the portion of the lab. What was almost a 1 star review changed to a 4 star due to them actually caring and making it right. We will be going back...hopefully just for a routine check-up this time.

Have been going to Falcon Village for many years. I always felt my cats are well taken care of. When it came time to help our cats transition, they were always very compassionate and sensitive to our sorrow and loss. We even received condolence cards signed by staff members and one time a final paw print in clay that is special to me. Even though they seem more expensive than other places, I recommend Falcon Village.

We take all of our animals there. We have had to me instances that are hit or miss. Most of them are awesome.. I have no complaints. We once had a situation where they wanted to put one of our cats down and she ended up living another 5 yrs. But over all they are very attentive to the animal needs and the owners who want to give every animal a chance to give it once last fight. We don't just go to them due to proximity but, that they know what they are doing and don't run an animal hospital like a turn-style establishment.

I signed up for the care club because I thought it would be better to pay monthly....so a total of about $130 to start with. I took my dogs to another vet closer to home thinking that it would be more convenient, but it was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made! Recently took my cat here for follow-up after an emergency vet visit. They did blood work to rule out an infection, FIV, feline leukemia, etc. Thankfully the FIV and feline leukemia came back negative - however the other portion of the lab results were "lost" by the lab.
