We just returned home from spending a couple of hours after closing with Dr. Crawford and his son. They met us ASAP following a phone call concerning our aging shepherd. Words can't express our gratitude.

BEWARE: I came here willing to pay much more than I would pay at the Hwy. 19 place because I had so many terrifying problems at Thomaston Animal Hospital. Here, as expected, the service was top notch, as expected; extremely prompt and I wouldn't know how to improve on it. But for some reason, every vet seems to feel compelled to put that one person at the front desk who thinks it's all about her and the customers are cockroaches who need exterminating. I went specifically ...to get an antibiotic prescription. I went in around 9:30. By 4:30 the prescription still was not ready yet. So I called the vet to see if it had even been called in. They wouldn't even check! Damn customers. The response was that it was "probably" called in. Then I was very firm - still polite, not abusive or out of line in any way - and I said I really need to get that done. It's a freaking phone call, not a move to a new building. And the Millennial girl got very snotty with me. Extremely rude, condescending, and snotty. She has no clue that place does not run to make her happy and we, the customers, pay the bills. The vet was awesome. Everybody else was awesome. It's just that one piece of s**t that every vet seems to feel compelled to put somebody up front who has no business being there; who has absolutely no concept of how to treat the customers. When there is an unhappy customer, you listen to WHY they are unhappy and you handle the problem. You DO NOT get all snotty with them like it's all about YOU and would they please get the HELL out of your hair. Things will only get worse and problems will accumulate if this prima donna is left in front. The place won't close down tomorrow but people will remember and dog owners always talk amongst themselves. She is a problem. A very big one. Be warned: if you have an issue (which is probably very rare at this place), talk to ANYBODY but her or you might regret opening yourself up to the abuse. My prescious Petey died this morning.. ran under the tire as we pulled in our drive. In the grief stricken hope that his death might be avoided, we quickly drove to the office and ran in. They've never seen us before but ran us straight to the back and came running in to check on our baby. When there was no life to be found, we grieved. I was so touched by the love and compassion the staff showed us... Not knowing anything about us but that we were hurting. Tissues and hugs and all the time we needed. We are lucky to have such a wonderful veterinarian office and doctor. 'Thank you' isn't enough. We will see you for all our babies.

I can't say enough about Dr Crawford and his staff. He has been there for us many times- weekends and nights for all our babies and baby's babies. Our recent loss of our girl Emma was devastating on my family but with Dr Crawford's caring and gentleness Emma's transition to heaven was given with much felt love. He took time from his evening to come to our house to lay to rest our beloved girl. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. All of you have such a loving spirit. Many thanks for all you do.

Stay away from here, Run don't walk. They KILLED MY 3 month old puppies. They are profiting from the people of this county under false pretenses and need the Georgia Department of Agriculture and the Investigative services of the Veterinary Practices to come in and close these doors. They will also take down the ACO if I have my way, who is in with them. I have documentation to prove the puppies were vaccinated by the ACO the day before he ordered them taken to the vet without my knowledge to be PARVO tested, then gave orders to put them down right away. I will get justice for the fallen babies. We have been trying for 14 days to get them to my rescue and each day he lied and came up with excuses to not release them to my 501c3 Rescue. Then he secretly has them killed. We have photos and documents to prove all of this. RUN and spread the word this practice is in bed with this man. Dr.Crawford, Dr. Rozell and Web Smart ACO Upson County Animal Shelter are all doing whatever they want in a small rural town. The county commissioners are burying there heads to the goings on here. These babies will not have died in vain.

Our recent loss of our girl Emma was devastating on my family but with Dr Crawford's caring and gentleness Emma's transition to heaven was given with much felt love. He took time from his evening to come to our house to lay to rest our beloved girl. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. All of you have such a loving spirit. Many thanks for all you do.

We took our dog Sophie to see Dr. Tori about two weeks ago. Sophie was very lethargic and scratching herself raw. After out visit it only took about two days and she was back to being the happy contented dog we rescued. Stay away from here, Run don't walk. They KILLED MY 3 month old puppies. They are profiting from the people of this county under false pretenses and need the Georgia Department of Agriculture and the Investigative services of the Veterinary Practices to come in and close these doors. They will also take down the ACO if I have my way, who is in with them. I have documentation to prove the puppies were vaccinated by the ACO the day before he ordered them taken to the vet without my knowledge to be PARVO tested, then gave orders to put them down right away. I will get justice for the fallen babies. We have been trying for 14 days to get them to my rescue and each day he lied and came up with excuses to not release them to my 501c3 Rescue. Then he secretly has them killed. We have photos and documents to prove all of this. RUN and spread the word this practice is in bed with this man. Dr.Crawford, Dr. Rozell and Web Smart ACO Upson County Animal Shelter are all doing whatever they want in a small rural town. The county commissioners are burying there heads to the goings on here. These babies will not have died in vain.
