We have used this clinic for years for shots but we will not be coming back... first of all they allowed us to bring our dog in non fasting knowing they would likely need to do blood work to move forward so... another office visit required. In our opinion, their process should be streamlined--when common symptoms, for common maladies, with common protocols are communicated, they should recommend simple things like fasts, to promote more efficient care. After the initial diagnosis and prescriptions, we payed over $100 for what we assumed was a month's worth of meds and supplements...Us: "So it's going to be $100 a month... EEK" Them: " Yah... " About a week into the protocol we are thinking, "this doesn't look like it is going to last a month..." so we count... only 2 week's worth of meds. After our initial complaint to the Vet, the reply was that the med was a 2 week trial. Let us clarify -- At no time was it communicated that the med was a two week trail. We discovered this on our own. The med itself, for a 2 week supply was $49... so we found it online for considerably less and have literally been given the run around trying to get the written prescriptions ever since. First we called to request the scripts which the office staff said was no problem, but when we showed up, we waited 45 minutes , left with print outs, but once home, discovered they were shot records-- not written prescriptions. At this point we had to return to refill the prescription for the med from them and re-request both written scripts. They said they would call when the scripts were ready. After waiting four weeks for a call that never came, we called the office and spoke to a newer staff member who said she would check into it. At this point we did get a return call within 1 hour (very appreciative) and it was stated that the written scripts would be ready for pick up within the hour; however, there was a $4.25 written prescription fee. We were surprised, as at no time before were we told about the fee, but thought maybe this was why we never received the scripts so we headed to the office to pay for them and pick them up. After paying the fee, we had to wait another 35 minutes, and only received ONE script --beyond frustrating and unprofessional! We are so DONE!!! Read Less
