The only reason I give this place ONE star is because the websites makes me.I HONESTLY have no words for the way my animal was treated by the doctor on schedule at the time. First let me say that I never leave reviews, no matter the service and I feel bad honestly for leaving this one, but being an animal owner, I wouldn't want anyone like this man to be held responsible for any life other than his own. So I mustMy BELOVED 3 year old Chihuahua is literally the best thing in my life outside of my son. They say a dog is a mans best friend, so I am sure that any pet owner will vouch that it would kill them if they lost them. Today, I faced the fear of losing one of my best friends. ANYWAYSI moved to Warner Robins, GA a few weeks ago from North Carolina, and with the excitement of the move Xena started to not feel well almost from the beginning. Naturally I thought that she was just adjusting and would feel better soon. Her nausea would come and go every few days, some days worse than others. However, today when she puked up yellow fluid 3 times, shaking uncontrollably even while being held and comforted, and worse of all having trouble breathing, I immediately called TOWN AND COUNTRY ANIMAL CLINIC IN WARNER ROBINS, GA and told them what was going on.Seeing that the nurse on the phone told me to bring her in immediately, I grabbed her and my phone ( I had taken videos of her actions that day ) and got there within 10 minutes. Now I am going to explain what happened and let you form your opinion from there. As a DISTRESSED pet owner of a dog that is clearly sick in some way and that being the reason the lady I spoke with on the phone told me to rush her in, I felt and still feel that I (or my dog, rather) was considered an emergency. And I say this knowing that I spoil my animal on every level more than any person in their right mind, however, seeing my dog in this state I was obviously in a million pieces upon arrival, and was told that I would be the LAST to be seen.At first, I reluctantly sat down with my shaking dog who was breathing ok at the moment. Staring at the sign that stated the order of which they would see animals, EMERGENCY was #1, however, my 4 pound shaking dog would be seen even after a dog that was there for a nail clipping.Let me say that I respect the time of others and would never "jump" in front of someone who had been there and waited before me, however, I am sure that any of the pet owners there would have given me their spot in a heartbeat. And I just know this because I was clearly in a state of emergency. My MAIN PROBLEM lies in the fact that this man, a veterinarian who has probably dealt with more patients in my sitaution than can be counted, stood there looking me in the face and put a nail trimming before my dogs life.I will humbly say that I apoligize for telling this man in front of other customers that he was an a$$, to go on with his NAIL TRIMMING and that I would take her to a vet that gave a damn.I wouldn't even let this man TRIM my dogs nails, to say the least. Thankfully, she is ok, TREATED by another vet, and resting. To some, I know, I sound petty maybe. In my opinion, I just played the mommy role today as I would with my child, because in the end, lets face it, she is my child. And sorry for the book of a review I left. Trust me, I wanted to say more. Read Less
