The doc was ok to my two kittens but very hateful to me. She would tell me how I was doing everything wrong with the kittens. One example was that I should have two carriers for the two different kittens so in case there was a fire, they could put them into two different ones. I thought ok...so I went shopping. Literally spent an hour and came back to her for a follow up and she said it was not the right one. I told her I spent an hour trying to pick the best one that I could afford THEN she said well it is ok. I felt like the two times I went to her I was scolded each time for a "'What if..." Read Less

When I visited this clinic I was not impressed with the treatment my cat and I received. Although the receptionist was amazing and very sweet, the doctor was not. She was not gentle with my cat (I'm pretty picky about this), she freaked out because there were fleas, then treated me like I was stupid for not dealing with the flea problem when I had already explained that I was coming to her to ask about flea meds. Duh. She also made it clear that she thought it was a bad idea to have vaccines done when my cat was spayed at the Spay and Neuter Clinic. I think it's unprofessional to criticize another clinic. I can forgive a vet for not being a people person but I need to be able to ask questions without being criticized. I'm sorry, that's part of her job.Read Less
