Probably the most unreliable and unprofessional business I've had the displeasure of working with. The representative Casie was not only rude on the phone but misinformed. She stated it was hard to find people to pet sit on fort benning because it was 45 minutes away from Columbus. Fort Benning is less than 8 miles (appx 15 minutes) from Columbus. To top off the experience she had a pet sitter call me who didn't even have transportation. WOW! Terrible experience all the way around, I do NOT recommend this company to any pet lover who wants peace of mind while they're out of town that their pets are being well cared for. If the company cant even provide good service on the front end it doesnt speak well for how the entire experience will be.Read Less
