Gave my cat the wrong medicine then called me to bring him in to check him out after i called about his behavior. Then they charged me for the visit, the veterinarians are super nice but front desk help are not friendly that time i went and had my cats species pulled up on computer on the previous visit and still gave me the wrong medication. So front desk is not observant, or aware of their responsibilities their job requires.

I absolutely love the fact they have a Saturday walk-in clinic for those that work through the week. It is so convienant!!

Dr. Collins is the best and my hero! My sweet kitty Charles had swallowed a really long piece of thin burlap from Christmas decorations laying around the house. It was wrapped around the base of his tongue and into his intestines. After several visits since we didn't know what was causing his rapid weight loss, he had surgery and the burlap was found and removed. Dr. Collins called me late into the evening after hours to give me an update and was so kind and caring. I am so thankful for Dade County Animal Hospital and the staff - everyone at the clinic was fantastic!

Dr. Collins and the nurses the are the best, was there just this morning, Dr. Collins always takes time with every dog I take there. When my Baby Diesel got liver cancer I just broke down and just started bawling, he stayed with me and comforted, in stead of running off, Ty Dr. Collins you will never know how much that met at the time. I will always take my babies to see him.
