Great service. The vet and staff are friendly. Location is tough to find if you're not familiar with Manoa. The Care Club is a great plan to take care of your pets.

Made an appointment for puppy x-rays. Showed up and waited, waited. Not sure why their time is more important than mine. Then was told that since my dog had eaten breakfast, can't do the anesthesia for the x-ray. But they never told me that before hand. Left with nothing but a waste of time. I have only been going to VCA a short time. I had my first visit and was given great attention and my animal was well cared for. On my next visit, I was taking in my pet I lost to sudden illness for cremation. Though the circumstance was unpleasant, the care I received from the staff was amazing. I called when I was on my way and they had a room already set up when I arrived. They treated me with compassion and sympathy and my vet even sent a personalized sympathy card with specifics about my pet that she remembered from his first visit. Highly recommend the staff and hospital for all types of visits. Read Less

Of all of the VCA locations this one is the least cooperative with the rest of them. However... Revised the rating because while the interconnectivity leave much to be desired, the staff is friendly and helpful. Once all the hoops are jumped through and the technology cooperates everyone wins. I'm sure this is a wonderful clinic and if I only ever had to work this one vet I'd have nothing but praise for them. Read Less

After reading the negative reviews below, I really wanted to cancel my appointment for a check-up for my dog. I'm glad I didn't! The office is nice and clean; the staff are friendly; the vet tech was great! And the vet was really thorough and personable. The overall vibe of the office and people (other customers/pets, included) seemed pleasant and calm/mellow. It was a nice experience, and the pricing was fair--what I'd expect to pay at any vet's office. I'm glad we found them. :) Read Less
