Super caring and they love all animals! We were stationed her 5 yrs ago and they cared for our dog then. We've since moved back and will continue to go to them!

It's been 14yrs since our last dog Sweetheart had passed away from old age, Anyway my sister slways new I wanted a small dog that make small poops so she recently got me a ShiChi puppy & we named her "EHU GIRL" & DECIDED Koolau Animal will be her physician also, she LOVES IT, She jus went for 2nd visit on the 17th of october....

I have been bringing my current and previous pack of dogs here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I feel strongly that better vets do not exist, and I guarantee personalized, loving, and thorough care of your beloved pets here. I'm VERY picky and selective when it comes to my dogs, and I suggest if you want the best , you need to come here. From puppies to seniors, they treat all animals as if they were their own.

I've been coming here with numerous dogs, for numerous years. Very personalized vet care with two awesome doctors. Both doctors here are amazing, and Dr Zane is our primary doctor. I'm very pleased with the care, follow up, and service. My dogs are never traumatized when they come here, and all my dogs are treated really well and seem to enjoy it. The vet techs are fantastic as well. They really seem to care. I would highly recommend this office for your furry friends.

I've been to more than just a few veterinary hospitals, clinics, and veterinarians. I have also been to the two worst vets in the State. Ko'olau Animal Hospital has been the best by leaps and bounds. ...
I've been to more than just a few veterinary hospitals, clinics, and veterinarians. I have also been to the two worst vets in the State. Ko'olau Animal Hospital has been the best by leaps and bounds. The staff and doctors there are compassionate with the animals, loving even. They have treated my entire family so well, respectful of our feelings, accommodating with our wishes, and extraordinary with the care of our pets. I have a hug for the docs everytime we leave. And when I had to put my 17-year-old dog to sleep, I chose to go to their office for this event. They loved him as much as we did, and he loved going there, sometimes refusing to leave with us! He wasn't afraid to be there, and when an animal can sense goodness in people, to me, that means SO much.
I am extremely happy with Ko'olau Animal Hospital, so I have no idea what could have gone wrong with the other reviewer's experience, although I have my suspicions.
