My experience with VCA (Kapolei, Hawaii) along with their complaint handling were dreadful. They performed IMO a number of unnecessary tests, when I complained, they essentially dismissed my complaint...
My experience with VCA (Kapolei, Hawaii) along with their complaint handling were dreadful. They performed IMO a number of unnecessary tests, when I complained, they essentially dismissed my complaint. When I asked about their testing accuracy, they said false positives happen. I feel they took advantage of me when I was upset.
Save your money and go to another veterinary clinic - I spent over $1,800.

Got my first puppy and they have been nothing but wonderful! Amazing and friendly staff. Conveniently long hours. Clean and comfortable setting. A little pricey but definitely worth every penny.

I trust Dr Bader and the staff here with my dog's care. Everyone is knowledgeable, caring, and skilled. The facilities are always clean, and my dog is expertly cared for each time. The Kapolei office is the best out of all the ones I've visited (Waipahu, Kaneohe, Pearl City). They'll take good care of your animal companion.

LOVE Dr Bader. The staff is also friendly and prompt in getting matters handled. Only 4 starts though because the corporation VCA is very expensive. Not the location's fault though.

I got there 15 minutes early before the time of my appointment but I waited over an hour and a half. And to make it worst, the person without an appointment (a walk- in) got helped first. Very disappo...

I went in with my 3 yr old rescued dog Nugget. She is still afraid of people, especially males. Dr. Bader sat on the floor for awhile and let her get used to him, had treats in hand.... He was wonderf...
I went in with my 3 yr old rescued dog Nugget. She is still afraid of people, especially males. Dr. Bader sat on the floor for awhile and let her get used to him, had treats in hand.... He was wonderful with her and although Nugget was nervous he was able to pick her up and take her for tests. She is in good hands with VCA! Great vets and staff.

I had my first visit last week and is so pleased with the communication with my dog Kaika and with me. They are so thorough, compassionate and understanding and up to date with their computers, right in the room like regular Doctors visits. . I'm so happy I changed Vets after 8 years of going to Animal House in Ewa Beach. I didn't know this excellent service existed. Thank You VCA Kapolei Animal Clinic, Please don't ever change.

The Vets and the staff are very professional. Even when I had to put my baby girl to sleep, they were very thoughtful and kind. I would highly recommend the team at VCA Kapolei.

They have excellent service and always try to make my dog feel as safe and calm as possible. The staff and Dr's are great!!

My experience with VCA (Kapolei, Hawaii) along with their complaint handling were dreadful. They performed IMO a number of unnecessary tests, when I complained, they essentially dismissed my complaint. When I asked about their testing accuracy, they said false positives happen. I feel they took advantage of me when I was upset.
Save your money and go to another veterinary clinic - I spent over $1,800.

I trust Dr Bader and the staff here with my dog's care. Everyone is knowledgeable, caring, and skilled. The facilities are always clean, and my dog is expertly cared for each time. The Kapolei office is the best out of all the ones I've visited (Waipahu, Kaneohe, Pearl City). They'll take good care of your animal companion.

I went in with my 3 yr old rescued dog Nugget. She is still afraid of people, especially males. Dr. Bader sat on the floor for awhile and let her get used to him, had treats in hand.... He was wonderful with her and although Nugget was nervous he was able to pick her up and take her for tests. She is in good hands with VCA! Great vets and staff.
