They have been amazing with my dog and her health issues. I took my dog in for a check up , the front office staff treated her like a Princess. They gave her water and even offered to put ice in for her . I could not ask for a better place who treats my pets like one of their own .

I have been coming here since they were actually at the Town Center of Mililani. The vets & the staff here are so amazing with all of the animals that come in. My fur babies and I usually see Dr. King...
I have been coming here since they were actually at the Town Center of Mililani. The vets & the staff here are so amazing with all of the animals that come in. My fur babies and I usually see Dr. Kingery or Dr. Okano. My dogs are usually weary of new people but they absolutely love them. We see them for regular check ups and even surgeries when needed!I love how I am able to call them and schedule appointments very quickly! They are really accommodating! The waiting room has a few benches, a TV, a food display and my dogs favorite...the fish tank. Usually I carry them and we just watch all the fish swimming and the little shrimp cleaning. Lots of ample parking and there is lots of places to walk your doggies so that they can go to the bathroom and get out some energy before visiting their favorite people!

Mililani Town Center Pet Clinic is a wonderful place to take your pet. We've tried other vet services, and nothing beats here. The staff makes you and your pet feel welcomed. Dr. Kingery is very friendly and knowledgeable. She has helped us on multiple occasions with our dog Haole Boy. I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking for a new vet. :)

The people at the vet clinic were very professional, nice and to the point while also being able to make small talk. The price was affordable and the only reason I m rating 4 stars is because I went in for a annual vet checkup and to see if my cats had worms. The worms came back negative and the next week I found a rather large worm on my cats butt. Other than that fantastic clinic and hope to get the situation resolved quickly.

I can't say enough about how much we love this office! Dr. Sakaino and his staff are very friendly and always make us feel comfortable with our dog Buddy. Office is very clean and Dr. Sakaino was very thorough with our first exam. He was very kind and loving to our dog! We had to return a couple of times since for a hot spot and testing/removal of a benign mass, and they are always extremely accommodating. We feel very comfortable having our fur child in their care!

From Day 1, the staff and Dr Sakaino has answered all of my questions and phones class with professionalism and care. The level of service and care is awesome. The knowledge of Dr. Sakaino is superb!!! He talks in a manner where you understand what is going great on, why, and the recommended treatment. Recently, my dog was diary with a heart condition. Until the very end, Dr. Sakaino and his staff cared for Rusty and myself in a very kind and understanding manner. They even called me on a SUNDAY (They are closed on Sundays) to check up on Rusty. Unfortunately, Rusty heart condition worsened and we decided to euthanize him. Even after Rusty's passing I got a phone call from Dr. Sakaino and a card from the office staff. I will definitely be returning once I get another dog!!!!!

They have been amazing with my dog and her health issues. I took my dog in for a check up , the front office staff treated her like a Princess. They gave her water and even offered to put ice in for her . I could not ask for a better place who treats my pets like one of their own .

I have been coming here since they were actually at the Town Center of Mililani. The vets & the staff here are so amazing with all of the animals that come in. My fur babies and I usually see Dr. Kingery or Dr. Okano. My dogs are usually weary of new people but they absolutely love them. The people at the vet clinic were very professional, nice and to the point while also being able to make small talk. The price was affordable and the only reason I m rating 4 stars is because I went in for a annual vet checkup and to see if my cats had worms. The worms came back negative and the next week I found a rather large worm on my cats butt. Other than that fantastic clinic and hope to get the situation resolved quickly.

I can't say enough about how much we love this office! Dr. Sakaino and his staff are very friendly and always make us feel comfortable with our dog Buddy. From Day 1, the staff and Dr Sakaino has answered all of my questions and phones class with professionalism and care. The level of service and care is awesome. The knowledge of Dr. Sakaino is superb!!! He talks in a manner where you understand what is going great on, why, and the recommended treatment. Recently, my dog was diary with a heart condition.
