Dr. Roller and the vet techs at Boise Cat Clinic are absolutely amazing. She was very thorough in diagnosing our cats ailment and suggesting the best course of action while being upfront with the costs and potential risks. We could tell she had a genuine concern for our cat’s health and this completely put our minds at ease. We are very grateful to have a healthy cat again and a vet that we trust.

I also enjoy that they only do cats at this clinic, it keeps the focus on one type of animal but opens the door for more knowledge and ideas in that area.

The staff and veterinarians at Boise Cat Clinic have been more than just great for my cat, but also for me when we found out are cat has a lot of different health issues to work through. They have went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected out of a vet clinic. They have checked on how I was doing throughout the process, day and night, to answer any questions or concerns. They also have been great about helping to find ways to save us some of the financial strain that this would be otherwise. I wish I could give more than five stars because they are hands down the best vet clinic I have ever taken a cat to.

We have been going to the Boise Cat Clinic for 3 years. All of the staff are incredibly caring. They are transparent with treatment plans and pricing. Dr. Roller and Dr. Vekman are so patient even with my kitty that does not do well at the vet or in stressful situations. They do such a great job of making vet visits as low stress as possible for our kitties.

I brought my cat Pharoah in because of some respiratory issues and he was extremely unhappy to be there. He's an 18 pound cat and they were great about handling him and his fussiness. The entire office, from reception staff to the vet, were all amazing. You could tell they actually loved the animals they saw there. And to top it all off, a couple of days later I got the sweetest note signed by everyone in the office. The entire staff is great and I've made this my official clinic for him!

As a first time customer, I called the Boise Cat Clinic today in absolute distress about my injured cat. Though they had no openings, they were still able to squeeze us in. Upon arriving, I discovered that my cat was so traumatized by the car ride over, he had urinated in his cat carrier. :( The staff quickly cleaned out the carrier AND they cleaned up my cat, as his paws were soaked and he was visibly uncomfortable. To say that I was impressed with the clinic and the compassionate, gentle demeanor of the staff is an understatement. In addition, Dr Roller was the most kind, compassionate and knowledgeable veterinarian I have ever met. She was able to transform a very scared and apprehensive cat into a purring sweet ball of fur within moments of examining him. Without a doubt, Dr Roller has secured us as a customer for life.

Dr. Roller has been consistently reliable and pays attention to detail; I know my cats are in good hands. The facility is always clean, with modern technology. They also help various cat charities with different events, many of which have been fun to participate in.

So, so, so wonderful!! I am a new client and had an end-of-day appointment, but was escorted to a room and seen by the vet right on time. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I loved that Dr. Roller explained everything that she was doing and noted things out loud rather than just writing in the chart. I never felt like anything was being pushed on me--I was given options and the pros and cons were explained, and then she let me decide what I wanted to do. The vet techs and helpers were fantastic, as well--so gentle and sweet with my cat when she was being examined and getting vaccines. The clinic was also very clean and had thoughtful features like a cat carrier shelf in the waiting room. I am so thrilled with my experience and will definitely be a return client.

Thank You so much Dr. Roller for taking care of my very sick cat Elliot. Dr. Roller took the time to try to medically treat my cat before needing to perform a procedure under anesthesia. She called with frequent updates and sent us home with very thorough instructions, I feel my cat received excellent care, and for that I was very grateful. He is home and is hanging in there, I don't know what the long term situation will be for him, but I have had some great times with him this week. Thank you again for all you did. They were very gentle with my injured kitty and careful to tell me what they were doing at every step on his physical. I was given a complete list of options for his treatment, the doctor didn't try to push the most expensive option like other vets. A few days after his treatment the clinic alled me to check on his progress and see if I had any questions. Then a bit later I received a card in the mail from them, hand-signed by every staff member. I will be recomending the Boise Cat Clinic to everyone I can.

When I got my kitten a year ago, I scoffed at the idea of a dedicated cat hospital. Surely he'd be fine at my dog's all-animal vet clinic! But because of their convenient location, I ended up taking him by the Boise Cat Clinic, and my cat and I both LOVE this place! - Dr. Roller is incredible. She's so calm and gentle, and she's wonderfully knowledgeable and informative about their mysterious and/or crazy habits.- Every single staff member, from the receptionist to techs, is so friendly, happy, and kind. They go out of their way to ensure the comfort of cats and owners.- I really appreciate that this clinic has Saturday hours.- Everyone focuses on making the clinic a clean, calm, and welcoming environment for cats. My cat marches around the clinic rooms like he owns the place- a true sign of comfort. - Prices are affordable compared to my previous larger, "fancier" clinic.

We brought our first adopted cat there for a check-up, and received a very kind note in the mail a week later with all the staff's signatures, thanking us for entrusting care of our kitty to them. They are knowledgeable and friendly, and gave us a same day appointment when we found and adopted a different lost kitty that needed surgery. They also took questions of mine over the phone and emailed me information that I needed regarding diet and care. Boise Cat Clinic is truly excellent and worthy of meeting all your cat needs! Highly recommended!

When our black Manx, Wheezer, quickly became very ill, I searched the Internet for a new provider that I could hopefully have more overall confidence in. It was thought that Wheezer may have bladder cancer after her initial exam, tests and X-ray. Dr. Roller did not want to jump to any conclusions without further testing and went over all the options to include projected costs. Wheezer (my 17 yr old daughter's cherished Christmas present when she was 4 yoa) is a family member so cost wasn't our main concern but I appreciated seeing things broken out with a recommended diagnosis and treatment plan. I was very emotional at the time and also appreciated the empathy, professionalism and expertise of Dr. Roller and staff. After further testing, treatment and follow-up over a couple months, Wheezer is back to being her adorable self and we had one very sick kitty! This is a wonderful full service facility for those serious about quality cat care.

We found Dr. Roller when our 7 year old, grey tabby, Georgie, had gotten a bad cold for the 3rd time in 6 months. Knowing this was unusual and not wanting to just be given antibiotics again by our other vet, we brought her in. She quickly diagnosed Georgie with FeLV and mast cell cancer and has been there every step of the way through Georgie's treatment. Georgie has now had her spleen removed and while the cancer is not gone, her white blood cell count is up, the FeLV is in remission and she is feeling very frisky and happy. Dr. Roller and her staff have shown my family and all 3 cats such care and compassion, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else to have them taken care of because I know they will be treated with love, respect and excellent care. Boise Cat Clinic is our vet home in Boise!

My first impression was that the facility was clean and welcoming. I was beyond impressed with the Boise Cat Clinic and Dr. Roller in particular. I went there on a whim solely based off of their online reviews since I am fairly new to this area and my cat has been in good health up until this past week. They got me an appointment ASAP and took such great care of my kitty Karl. I was given full, detailed updates multiple times during his 2 and a half day stay so that I never had to wonder how he was doing. Upon discharge we were given all of the materials needed to keep Karl healthy for the next two weeks throughout his recovery including food and medication as well as follow up calls the next day. If you do not have enough money to spare up front to keep your kitty healthy I would recommend applying for the care credit program. He is happy and at home now doing great thanks to these wonderful ladies. If you are needing a clinic for your kitty where he or she will receive the attention and care that they deserve by a compassionate staff this is the place to go.

Dr. Roller has treated both of my cats in the past, one of whom wouldn't have made it without her expert advice and treatment. Sadly, my cats and I don't live in Boise, but I had a chance to visit her clinic when I was in town.The clinic itself is spotless, with a welcoming and beautiful waiting area. Staff know what they're talking about, and how much they care about cats is obvious when they are speaking to clients. I love the cat art that lines the walls and each examination room! The exam rooms themselves are very 'warm' for lack of a better word, and feel less clinical and cold, which means less stress for both the cats and their owners. I've also never seen a 'quiet' recovery area, for kitties who need to get their rest and not be disturbed or stressed while healing. I've been to veterinary clinics all over the place, and the Boise Cat Clinic is the one clinic I've seen where the patients are truly the top priority, in both appearance and service.If you're in the Boise area, this is where your kitties should be!!

I cannot say enough about how much I love Boise Cat Clinic and the entire staff. Each of my kitties has been a stray that has decided to become a member of our household. This, of course, means that they each have lots of medical challenges. My kitties don't even mind going to the doctor! When my kitty, Jack, was mortally injured, Dr. Roller and Hailey took care of everything. It was a very sad time, made a lot easier by the Boise Cat Clinic staff. We will not go anywhere else.

The staff and veterinarians at Boise Cat Clinic have been more than just great for my cat, but also for me when we found out are cat has a lot of different health issues to work through. They have went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected out of a vet clinic. They have checked on how I was doing throughout the process, day and night, to answer any questions or concerns. They also have been great about helping to find ways to save us some of the financial strain that this would be otherwise. I wish I could give more than five stars because they are hands down the best vet clinic I have ever taken a cat to.

Dr. Roller and Dr. Vekman are so patient even with my kitty that does not do well at the vet or in stressful situations. I brought my cat Pharoah in because of some respiratory issues and he was extremely unhappy to be there. He's an 18 pound cat and they were great about handling him and his fussiness. The entire office, from reception staff to the vet, were all amazing. You could tell they actually loved the animals they saw there. And to top it all off, a couple of days later I got the sweetest note signed by everyone in the office. The entire staff is great and I've made this my official clinic for him!

As a first time customer, I called the Boise Cat Clinic today in absolute distress about my injured cat. Though they had no openings, they were still able to squeeze us in. Upon arriving, I discovered that my cat was so traumatized by the car ride over, he had urinated in his cat carrier. :( The staff quickly cleaned out the carrier AND they cleaned up my cat, as his paws were soaked and he was visibly uncomfortable. To say that I was impressed with the clinic and the compassionate, gentle demeanor of the staff is an understatement. In addition, Dr Roller was the most kind, compassionate and knowledgeable veterinarian I have ever met. She was able to transform a very scared and apprehensive cat into a purring sweet ball of fur within moments of examining him. Without a doubt, Dr Roller has secured us as a customer for life.

So, so, so wonderful!! I am a new client and had an end-of-day appointment, but was escorted to a room and seen by the vet right on time. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I loved that Dr. Roller explained everything that she was doing and noted things out loud rather than just writing in the chart. I never felt like anything was being pushed on me--I was given options and the pros and cons were explained, and then she let me decide what I wanted to do. The vet techs and helpers were fantastic, as well--so gentle and sweet with my cat when she was being examined and getting vaccines. The clinic was also very clean and had thoughtful features like a cat carrier shelf in the waiting room. I am so thrilled with my experience and will definitely be a return client.

She called with frequent updates and sent us home with very thorough instructions, I feel my cat received excellent care, and for that I was very grateful. They were very gentle with my injured kitty and careful to tell me what they were doing at every step on his physical. I was given a complete list of options for his treatment, the doctor didn't try to push the most expensive option like other vets. A few days after his treatment the clinic alled me to check on his progress and see if I had any questions. Then a bit later I received a card in the mail from them, hand-signed by every staff member. I will be recomending the Boise Cat Clinic to everyone I can.

When I got my kitten a year ago, I scoffed at the idea of a dedicated cat hospital. Surely he'd be fine at my dog's all-animal vet clinic! But because of their convenient location, I ended up taking him by the Boise Cat Clinic, and my cat and I both LOVE this place! - Dr. Roller is incredible. She's so calm and gentle, and she's wonderfully knowledgeable and informative about their mysterious and/or crazy habits.- Every single staff member, from the receptionist to techs, is so friendly, happy, and kind. They go out of their way to ensure the comfort of cats and owners.- I really appreciate that this clinic has Saturday hours.- Everyone focuses on making the clinic a clean, calm, and welcoming environment for cats. My cat marches around the clinic rooms like he owns the place- a true sign of comfort. - Prices are affordable compared to my previous larger, "fancier" clinic.

We brought our first adopted cat there for a check-up, and received a very kind note in the mail a week later with all the staff's signatures, thanking us for entrusting care of our kitty to them. They are knowledgeable and friendly, and gave us a same day appointment when we found and adopted a different lost kitty that needed surgery. They also took questions of mine over the phone and emailed me information that I needed regarding diet and care. Boise Cat Clinic is truly excellent and worthy of meeting all your cat needs! When our black Manx, Wheezer, quickly became very ill, I searched the Internet for a new provider that I could hopefully have more overall confidence in. It was thought that Wheezer may have bladder cancer after her initial exam, tests and X-ray. Dr. Roller did not want to jump to any conclusions without further testing and went over all the options to include projected costs. Wheezer (my 17 yr old daughter's cherished Christmas present when she was 4 yoa) is a family member so cost wasn't our main concern but I appreciated seeing things broken out with a recommended diagnosis and treatment plan. I was very emotional at the time and also appreciated the empathy, professionalism and expertise of Dr. Roller and staff. After further testing, treatment and follow-up over a couple months, Wheezer is back to being her adorable self and we had one very sick kitty! This is a wonderful full service facility for those serious about quality cat care.

We found Dr. Roller when our 7 year old, grey tabby, Georgie, had gotten a bad cold for the 3rd time in 6 months. Knowing this was unusual and not wanting to just be given antibiotics again by our other vet, we brought her in. She quickly diagnosed Georgie with FeLV and mast cell cancer and has been there every step of the way through Georgie's treatment. Georgie has now had her spleen removed and while the cancer is not gone, her white blood cell count is up, the FeLV is in remission and she is feeling very frisky and happy. Dr. Roller and her staff have shown my family and all 3 cats such care and compassion, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else to have them taken care of because I know they will be treated with love, respect and excellent care. Boise Cat Clinic is our vet home in Boise!

My first impression was that the facility was clean and welcoming. I was beyond impressed with the Boise Cat Clinic and Dr. Roller in particular. I went there on a whim solely based off of their online reviews since I am fairly new to this area and my cat has been in good health up until this past week. They got me an appointment ASAP and took such great care of my kitty Karl. I was given full, detailed updates multiple times during his 2 and a half day stay so that I never had to wonder how he was doing. Upon discharge we were given all of the materials needed to keep Karl healthy for the next two weeks throughout his recovery including food and medication as well as follow up calls the next day. If you do not have enough money to spare up front to keep your kitty healthy I would recommend applying for the care credit program. He is happy and at home now doing great thanks to these wonderful ladies. If you are needing a clinic for your kitty where he or she will receive the attention and care that they deserve by a compassionate staff this is the place to go.

Dr. Roller has treated both of my cats in the past, one of whom wouldn't have made it without her expert advice and treatment. Sadly, my cats and I don't live in Boise, but I had a chance to visit her clinic when I was in town.The clinic itself is spotless, with a welcoming and beautiful waiting area. Staff know what they're talking about, and how much they care about cats is obvious when they are speaking to clients. I love the cat art that lines the walls and each examination room! The exam rooms themselves are very 'warm' for lack of a better word, and feel less clinical and cold, which means less stress for both the cats and their owners. I've also never seen a 'quiet' recovery area, for kitties who need to get their rest and not be disturbed or stressed while healing. I've been to veterinary clinics all over the place, and the Boise Cat Clinic is the one clinic I've seen where the patients are truly the top priority, in both appearance and service.If you're in the Boise area, this is where your kitties should be!!

I cannot say enough about how much I love Boise Cat Clinic and the entire staff. Each of my kitties has been a stray that has decided to become a member of our household. This, of course, means that they each have lots of medical challenges. My kitties don't even mind going to the doctor! When my kitty, Jack, was mortally injured, Dr. Roller and Hailey took care of everything. It was a very sad time, made a lot easier by the Boise Cat Clinic staff. We will not go anywhere else.
