Underwhelming. They were pretty good with the cats. My old vet used to do blood work, trim nails, give treats with the annual exam. They just do a temp, updated vaccines, and done. They didn't seem to know what I had discussed with the person I made the appointment with and no one was familiar with the records I had sent over from previous vet. Read Less

We just took our 2 rescue dogs to Les Boi and boy were they fantastic. Not only were they patient and understanding with our thrashing/howling dogs that aren't too fond of the vet, but they knew exactly what we needed to travel to Canada. This is where we take all of our pets. The vets and assistants are all very kind. Will size pills for smaller animals, and Wil make sure you are well taken care of in regards to medicines, finding good prices. It can be busy sometimes. Make sure you schedule your appointment! I am not a huge fan of the Hills science diet, which they will recommend. Maybe for some dogs and cats it is fine, or if you need a food to work around a specific problem or something. Read Less

They were all very sweet and understanding of my situation. My poor little guy tore up the pads on his feet and could barely walk. I got an appt right away and they promptly took care of him and gave him lots of love and treats. You pay for everything immediately after they appt but they didn't charge a lot like some places do. Les Bois has been my veterinary clinic since 1976. They have treated a total of  12 of my cats since then.  They have done yearly checkups, treated the cats for minor and major problems, performed surgery, and helped me make the hard but always informed decision about ending a cat's life. When getting a new puppy we asked all our friends and interviewed many area vets to make sure they were familiar with the breed. We settled on Les Bois based on three friend's recommendations. We've now been taking both our dogs there for over four years. Once on an emergency, Dr. Bob cleared his afternoon appointments to do a quick ear surgery on our older dog. His handywork saved her an infection and made her ear look good as new. We were allowed to wait for her and take her home right then. Les Bois has always explained everything to us and helped us make informed decisions regarding the care of our kids. They know our dogs by name even though they only see them once or twice a year.
