Had to update because I no longer come here. Last visit the tech started asking for all the details (breed, gender, age) of my girl dog and it was our 5th visit. My dog started to be upset with the way the tech was talking, so we walked out. Also, on a previous dental cleaning, they charged me for nail trimming that wasn't discussed prior. I am disappointed that we can't come back because the Vet was good... her staff and office organization has failed her!
Dr. Kimber Zahller was kind, gentle, and patient with my not so Vet loving male dog. We warned the office staff that he can be a little grumpy and not so keen with men, so the office assigned us to Dr. Zahller.
She listened well to me, but clearly figured a few things out by observation. The dog was mysteriously not eating, drinking, playing, and acting loopy. She diagnosed the problem as injured shoulders and put him on some anti-inflammatories! He is eating, drinking, and starting to play again.
Thank you Dr. Zahller for not trying to be authoritative with our boy, thank you for listening and helping with your expertise!! Let us know if you fix your office staff and tech staff. Read Less
