She was professional til she thought she hung up the phone is all i will say. She thought she hung up before she started talkin horrible about people who call about animals and dont have money. I actually called her back about it and gave her a chance to fess up. Im really dissapointed after i was told to call this place.

I actually called her back about it and gave her a chance to fess up. Im really dissapointed after i was told to call this place.

Best vet clinic hands down! When my 3 year old male dog cut his paw so bad that he needed a lot of stiches I did not have the $$ as the doc would have to put him under and he would be in a boot it was...
Best vet clinic hands down! When my 3 year old male dog cut his paw so bad that he needed a lot of stiches I did not have the $$ as the doc would have to put him under and he would be in a boot it was expensive but she worked out if I was will ing to neuter him she would just sew the paw while he was under. I had been looking to get him cut cuz he had a thing for the dog next door. It cut the price in half! And when my roommates 10 Year old cat developed a tumor I suggested DR. S at Cleveland pet hospital she told my roommate the hard truth; it would be expensive and not in the best care for her cat to go through kemo and suggested to give him the best last days he could have. The best part was Dr.S came to the house to put him down when it was time giving the care and compassion needed for both my roommate and her cat.

I strongly recommend this vet Cleveland Pet Hospital & Health Center. My male Pit Bull was in a horrible accident on a Saturday Afternoon. After driving to every Vet Clinic, Cleavland Pet Hospital answered and redirected us to an Emergency Hospital In Boise. After getting my dog the emergency care he needed we went to the vet that had seen my dog since he was a puppy. Which was a horrible decision. His main Vet told recommended us to put him to sleep because Pit Bulls are aggressive. We ended everything to do with that clinic and never went back. We went to Cleavland Pet Hospital for treatment for my dog. The receptionist was amazing and welcoming. We had informed the Vet of what the other Vet has recommended us and she was in shock. From the begining my dog and my whold family were treated with care. The vet then informed us that it would be a long and expensive journey. The Veterinarian sat down to explained what procedures had to be done.

Dr. Slurink is very knowledgeable We have been going to the Cleveland Pet Hospital with Dr. Els Slurink for the last five years. We really did a lot of research trying to find a really great veterinarian. I was having a hard time with our first Dachshund, Daniel making decisions for his health. I called and Dr. Slurink spoke to her on the phone ( for over 30 minutes) and explained to me exactly what we needed and why. She then got me in right away and took her time with me and Daniel. I was so nervous and she treated us like her own family. The Hospital and Health Center are immaculate, very impressed. We now also have 2 young Dachshunds Lilly and Benny. They just make their selves at home, they are a calm as can be and love Dr. Slurink. The staff is wonderful!!

I am a long haul trucker driver from Canada and at the last minute with no notice required Veterinarian services. I called this clinic and was told to come down, it was NOT an emergency at all but they would accommodate me when I arrived. I received amazing service by a very friendly staff and a business like but very kind Veterinarian. Thank you Dr.Slurink for the kindness you showed Ever and I today. If I lived in Caldwell you would 150% be my Veterinarian of choice! A VERY happy Canadian client!

This place is beyond skeevy, deplorable and dirty. Our pet went here for a routine shot and they made us leave it there to be kenneled for no real reason, stating they were busy and would be able to fit the pet in better to their schedule this way. Which they charged us for, of course. Upon getting our poor unsuspecting pet back, it ended up contracting an intestinal parasite and mange from this place! Our pet never goes anywhere and is mostly an inside pet, besides running around, supervised, in our fenced yard which is millions of miles from any other living animal. There's no possible way it could have gotten these things elsewhere and it was in perfect health before bringing it to this disgusting facility. This is the second time this clinic has infected one of our beloved pets with something disgusting. There will not be a third. Never ever going here again. This place should be shut down! So beyond angry with them. Thanks to this clinic, not only has a routine shot become ridiculously expensive, but also time consuming and uncomfortable for everyone in our family. Thanks a lot, Cleveland Pet Hospital. Not to mention the gal at the front counter having a huge blister on her mouth and trying to kiss our pets! We are absolutely appalled with this place.

This is a wonderful caring place to take your pet(s). I met Dr. Slurink and Liz in early fall 2008 when we moved to Caldwell from Boise. They are the most warmhearted and loving office I have ever met that I have taken my pets too. Dr. Slurink is truly doing what she loves! This is a wonderful caring place to take your pet(s). I met Dr. Slurink and Liz in early fall 2008 when we moved to Caldwell from Boise. They are the most warmhearted and loving office I have ever met that I have taken my pets too. Dr. Slurink is truly doing what she loves!
