I love this place and everyone who works here. That said please don't recommend the postfalls emergency pet care for after hours!! Can't stress this enough. For emergency care go to prairie animal hospital. The other place would just as soon put your pet down if you don't pay their outrageous fees. Dr. Roscoe is seriously the best vet I have ever met. He has the biggest heart for animals and genuinely cares about the health of your pet and not just making a buck. He has become a part of the family over the years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with the care of my fur children. The vet techs and receptionists are also very nice and helpful. The are able to get my pups in very quickly if needed. They always offer me coffee and the wait times have always been short. As a Disabled Veteran of the Cold War, I am blessed to share my life with my companion Husky. Kona is my fourth rescue in 20 years. They have kept me engaged with life. Besides baseline labs and guidance for a good life, Dr. Roscoe has treated Kona twice for dog bites from viscous dogs running at large. His empathy and conservative treatment will keep me coming back. I wish Justin could be my physician. My experience at Animal Medical Center has only been the best place to take my 3 Chihuahua's. They give the best care to your pet as if they were their own pet. I will never go to another place to take my 3 Chihuahua's for care! All of the Staff are polite, they offer, coffee, tea, water as you wait to see Dr. Roscoe. Your waiting time is very short. I have never met a Veterinarian that takes his time to show that he really care for you pet as if it was his pet. Most Veterinarian you go to they are so distant. You don't see the Dr put out blankets in the boarding area & cuddle with your dogs. Dr. Roscoe is a unique Dr he really does care for your pet. Dr. Roscoe rocks and his staff are superb! Dr. Roscoe has taken wonderful care of both our dogs. We have an accident prone 1.5 year old lab/blue heeler and a senior heeler/Aussie mix, and have had a positive experience all around. Everyone that works here is amazingly friendly! They gave my puppy excellent care. Dr. Roscoe quickly ran the stool sample I brought in and it turned out he didn't have any parasites or worms and no need for medication! My puppy's first trip to the vet was not scary at all.
