Dr Mark and his staff are amazing! We brought in our new rescue dog from the Humane Society for a checkup and he was SO thorough and took extra time to let us ask all our questions and guide us through this new adventure with our fur baby. They are incredible. They will be our vet for life. A+++

We had the worst experience at Paramount. The staff was nice enough until we disputed the charges, then all compassion and kindness was gone. They treated my husband poorly, and were not helpful. My dog was neutered by their staff a few weeks ago, and they don’t stand by their work. Poor boy had his incision area pop open somehow, and they couldn’t have cared less. Not only did they charge us for the follow up visit (when they were the ones who said to bring him in without any mention of a potential charge), and the rescue we got him from said to take him back to the vet if there was an issue with his stitches), they charged us almost $20 for a crappy used e-collar, and charged us for some ointment that they didn’t even give us! I will continue disputing those charges, even if it means dealing with their rude staff. We will never be returning. My dog, and my husband, deserve better than that.

We switched to Paramount after leaving a clinic that started to charge far too much for basic services. Bella does not like to have her nails clipped. Because of that, our previous vet clinic told us they would charge us nearly triple. We decided to make a change and read local reviews and chose Paramount. All we can say is that we wish we'd have done that sooner. Everyone is very caring and compassionate. Instead of doing battle with Bella, they got to know her and earned her trust. While Bella still doesn't like to have her nails trimmed, they don't do battle like before. It gets better each time. Whatever the reason for being there, they treat us and Bella very well and the cost is very fair. Highly recommend Paramount.

I have been very impressed with the care at Paramount Animal Care. From the moment we met Dr. Fineman, he was more inviting and nicer than any other vet I had taken my puppy to. He took good care of my Beagle puppy when she had her broken leg and seemed to genuinely care about every animal who comes into the office. He has given us good tips and advice about training as well.
I very much recommend taking your pet to this place, you won’t be disappointed.

I recently switched to Paramount after a very disappointing experience with my vet I had been with for several years. I saw the reviews here and Im certainly not disappointed. My first few visits have been great. Dr. Mark and his staff are very attentive, kind, and gentle. My little Willy has been treated very well. I feel like Dr. Mark makes sure Im well informed and know what I need to in order to make decisions on behalf of my furbaby, a 16 week old Yorkie. Im extremely relieved and pleased to have found a new vet I trust.

Not only were they given great care, they were upfront and accurate in their quote and he called me a few times throughout the day to keep me updated. Dr. Fineman is an outstanding man and doctor! It's very obvious that he cares about animals and people. He is kind and generous and I feel very lucky to have found such a caring vet. It's been difficult to put medicine in my german shepherd's ear and he has been willing to help with it every day. He even offered to go back to the office after he left for the day! I recommend Paramount Animal Care to anyone who loves their pet.

We took our older cat to see Dr. Fineman for a checkup and dental exam. Our cat is not anything close to a "people cat" which was not an issue for Dr. Fineman. He handled her with care and was able to complete her exam and a dental cleaning in a professional manner.
He recommended several things concerning health issues our old kitty had which have had a great impact on her quality of life. If only he could have prescribed something for her less than sweet disposition. Oh well we love her still.
We would recommend Dr. Fineman and Paramount Animal Care to all those who want a caring and true professional providing care to their pets. We will be back and will spread the word about this excellent new animal care provider.

Dr Mark and his staff are amazing! We brought in our new rescue dog from the Humane Society for a checkup and he was SO thorough and took extra time to let us ask all our questions and guide us through this new adventure with our fur baby. They are incredible. They will be our vet for life. A+++

We had the worst experience at Paramount. The staff was nice enough until we disputed the charges, then all compassion and kindness was gone. They treated my husband poorly, and were not helpful. My dog was neutered by their staff a few weeks ago, and they don’t stand by their work. Poor boy had his incision area pop open somehow, and they couldn’t have cared less. Not only did they charge us for the follow up visit (when they were the ones who said to bring him in without any mention of a potential charge), and the rescue we got him from said to take him back to the vet if there was an issue with his stitches), they charged us almost $20 for a crappy used e-collar, and charged us for some ointment that they didn’t even give us! I will continue disputing those charges, even if it means dealing with their rude staff. We will never be returning. My dog, and my husband, deserve better than that.

We switched to Paramount after leaving a clinic that started to charge far too much for basic services. Bella does not like to have her nails clipped. Because of that, our previous vet clinic told us they would charge us nearly triple. We decided to make a change and read local reviews and chose Paramount. All we can say is that we wish we'd have done that sooner. Everyone is very caring and compassionate. Instead of doing battle with Bella, they got to know her and earned her trust. While Bella still doesn't like to have her nails trimmed, they don't do battle like before. It gets better each time. Whatever the reason for being there, they treat us and Bella very well and the cost is very fair. Highly recommend Paramount.

I have been very impressed with the care at Paramount Animal Care. From the moment we met Dr. Fineman, he was more inviting and nicer than any other vet I had taken my puppy to. He took good care of my Beagle puppy when she had her broken leg and seemed to genuinely care about every animal who comes into the office. He has given us good tips and advice about training as well.
I very much recommend taking your pet to this place, you won’t be disappointed.

I recently switched to Paramount after a very disappointing experience with my vet I had been with for several years. I saw the reviews here and Im certainly not disappointed. My first few visits have been great. Dr. Mark and his staff are very attentive, kind, and gentle. My little Willy has been treated very well. I feel like Dr. Mark makes sure Im well informed and know what I need to in order to make decisions on behalf of my furbaby, a 16 week old Yorkie. Im extremely relieved and pleased to have found a new vet I trust.

He is committed to preventative care and always comes up with a manageable, effective plan for their care. It's clear that he and the rest of his staff are passionate about what they do. Dr Mark is everything I was searching for in a Vet for my dog. He is compassionate about his job and the animals he sees. I would refer him to anyone interested in giving him a try, and see for themselves. He's great. Plus he cares about your animals after hours. You can call the office number after he's closed and he forwards it to his cell phone, just leave a message and he calls u back. This impressed me as well.

They took outstanding care of my pet rat and they took care of ME, too. After several years of volunteering at the Humane Society I started administering my own vaccines. I respect that I'm not a vet, and respect a vet that credits my abilities. Some things I'm capable of handling, a lot of things NOT, lol. It's great to have a vet that really does allow for a partnership! Thank you Dr. Mark

Paramount Animal Care has all the tools and abilities as all other major practices in the valley; however, Dr. Fineman provides a level of service that surpasses all other practices. He has created a superb clinic and is able to offer great one on one care with his patients. He takes the time to get to know your pet and explain to you what is going one. He is very thorough in his examination and makes sure that all your questions are answered. This is all done for a very reasonable and highly competitive price. Not only were they given great care, they were upfront and accurate in their quote and he called me a few times throughout the day to keep me updated. Dr. Fineman is an outstanding man and doctor! It's very obvious that he cares about animals and people. He is kind and generous and I feel very lucky to have found such a caring vet. It's been difficult to put medicine in my german shepherd's ear and he has been willing to help with it every day. He even offered to go back to the office after he left for the day! I recommend Paramount Animal Care to anyone who loves their pet.

We took our older cat to see Dr. Fineman for a checkup and dental exam. Our cat is not anything close to a "people cat" which was not an issue for Dr. Fineman. He handled her with care and was able to complete her exam and a dental cleaning in a professional manner.
He recommended several things concerning health issues our old kitty had which have had a great impact on her quality of life. If only he could have prescribed something for her less than sweet disposition. Oh well we love her still.
We would recommend Dr. Fineman and Paramount Animal Care to all those who want a caring and true professional providing care to their pets. We will be back and will spread the word about this excellent new animal care provider.
