Danny Borders is an incredible healer and is very kind and compassionate. We have worked with Borders Equine Clinic for a number of years and he is always available when you need him; Weekends, middle of the night and even on holidays. I know a lot of great vets in the valley but Danny will always be our first pick for horse care and emergencies. We highly recommend Danny and Borders Clinic.

Dan is the worst most uncompassionate vet I have ever encountered!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!! He has zero people skills and no emotion my friends stallion had a horific injury and he lite...
Dan is the worst most uncompassionate vet I have ever encountered!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!! He has zero people skills and no emotion my friends stallion had a horific injury and he literally did not even say a word just stabbed it in the neck with the medicine to put it down, the stallion fell hard smacked it's head was thrashing around, grunting, in obvious huge amounts of pain! Dan did not give him enough medicine to die peacefully, he did not ease him to the ground, he on purpose let him fall hard!!! The owner is a fragile 70 year old who was bawling her eyes out. This is the most horrific experience of my life!!! Never in my life have a encountered such an awful person!!!!!! He refused to say what clinic he worked for simply just stated "my own" I was there helping my friend so I didn't know what vet she called. After the stallion stopped thrashing he came back out of his truck where he had walked off to after stabbing it with the needle and opened his eyes and said "yup it's dead." If you really hate an animal then call Dan he will ensure it suffers!!!

Danny Borders is an incredible healer and is very kind and compassionate. We have worked with Borders Equine Clinic for a number of years and he is always available when you need him; Weekends, middle of the night and even on holidays. I know a lot of great vets in the valley but Danny will always be our first pick for horse care and emergencies. We highly recommend Danny and Borders Clinic.
