took my pug Tosha in for a check up and shots up to date ,worst decision of my life dr suraya haldeman seen her and asked me if I wanted to give her a new shot that just came out plus rabies and some others I really don’t know what they all were because they only gave me the rabies slip and tag , but I do know it was to much at once for an older dog ,she went blind in a couple of weeks and then def and was having visual seizures and a difficult time standing and a hard time breathing she died three months later after suffering a lot in the last day she couldn’t breathe and was suffocating she ended up dead with a clear and bloody substance coming out her mouth ,my opinion is vets should know better than giving an older dog all that just to make more money I’m not the professional you guys are I will never give any shots other than puppy shots that’s all she had before I took her to you and she was perfectly healthy all her life until the day I took her to dr k’s I am devastated that I even thought it was the right thing to do for her I have no doubt she would still be here with me today if I didn’t take her in

My Soft Coated Wheaton Terrier Shasta had a very large cancerous growth that other vets said could not be removed. Within two days, Dr K had lab results and did immediate surgery. Just put her down this week after 4 more wonderful years with her!! She lived to be 14. There was no recurrence of the cancer. Dr K, I can’t begin to tell you enough how I appreciated your timely care with compassion and education. She never had pain and the charges were too reasonable for what you did!! God bless you!! he came to the office and took care of LB...
Our cat "LB" was really not doing well and we even said our "goodbye"s to him.
Dr. K took the time on a weekend when he had personal business to attend to yet
he came to the office and took care of LB.
After giving him surgery, transfusion and days of recovery, LB is still with us and doing
fine. This has been about 5 months now. I wanted to wait before making a review.
Their office is very professional, clean, and as everyone says very compassionate.
Dr. K is very knowledgeable and saved LB's life.

I have been taking my animal's here for the last 17 years. Recently we had to put our old dog to sleep. We were heartbroken and didn't know what to expect. The room was really nice and they explained everything so well before hand. It was very peaceful and they let us sneak out the back door afterward.
We have always been very well taken care of at Dr. K's and I want to thank them for the compassionate care they have always given us. 😁

Been going here for a few years but after my last visit definitely will not be coming back. The female vet first time having her treated my husky as if she was an aggressive dog and put a muzzle. In 5 years I’ve never had my dog needing a muzzle and the staff was rough and caused my dog tons of anxiety. Not all the staff is bad but there’s a few employees who need retraining or should not be there at all. My dog also has hip dysplasia and during the check up was really rough where my dog yelped. Very disappointed I recommend going elsewhere to a staff who knows how to handle animals in a calm state of mind.

In April I had to let my baby girl go see heaven and never have i had a Dr come in and sit down to consul my wife and I. Dr K is an amazing vet and takes time to actually descibe what is going on and the staff present the bill prior to doing anything with your loved one

His bedside manner was extremely cold and unfriendly. We took our dog in there for hip problems. He prescribed her an anti-inflammatory medication. They charged me 20 bucks for a week's worth. When we...
His bedside manner was extremely cold and unfriendly. We took our dog in there for hip problems. He prescribed her an anti-inflammatory medication. They charged me 20 bucks for a week's worth. When we figured out that she was going to have to be on it long term we looked into alternative places to get medication. We found an online pharmacy that charged 30 bucks for a 2 months supply. In order to do it this way, they said they had to give us a written prescription and it would cost $10 just to write a prescription. The online pharmacy only needed an oral confirmation from the dr over the phone. They refused to do so. They said it was illegal to do it any other way, which is not true. We needed the medication asap and I would have had to mail the prescription and wait another week for the meds to get there. They simply suggested paying for two weeks worth in the meantime. Basically, they expected me to pay $50 for 2 weeks worth of meds and a script until the others could be mailed. Obviously they care more about money than their patients.

took my pug Tosha in for a check up and shots up to date ,worst decision of my life dr suraya haldeman seen her and asked me if I wanted to give her a new shot that just came out plus rabies and some others I really don’t know what they all were because they only gave me the rabies slip and tag , but I do know it was to much at once for an older dog ,she went blind in a couple of weeks and then def and was having visual seizures and a difficult time standing and a hard time breathing she died three months later after suffering a lot in the last day she couldn’t breathe and was suffocating she ended up dead with a clear and bloody substance coming out her mouth ,my opinion is vets should know better than giving an older dog all that just to make more money I’m not the professional you guys are I will never give any shots other than puppy shots that’s all she had before I took her to you and she was perfectly healthy all her life until the day I took her to dr k’s I am devastated that I even thought it was the right thing to do for her I have no doubt she would still be here with me today if I didn’t take her in

My Soft Coated Wheaton Terrier Shasta had a very large cancerous growth that other vets said could not be removed. Within two days, Dr K had lab results and did immediate surgery. Just put her down this week after 4 more wonderful years with her!! She lived to be 14. There was no recurrence of the cancer. Dr K, I can’t begin to tell you enough how I appreciated your timely care with compassion and education. She never had pain and the charges were too reasonable for what you did!! God bless you!! Dr. K took the time on a weekend when he had personal business to attend to yet
he came to the office and took care of LB.
After giving him surgery, transfusion and days of recovery, LB is still with us and doing
fine. This has been about 5 months now. I wanted to wait before making a review.
Their office is very professional, clean, and as everyone says very compassionate.
Dr. K is very knowledgeable and saved LB's life.

The room was really nice and they explained everything so well before hand. It was very peaceful and they let us sneak out the back door afterward.
We have always been very well taken care of at Dr. K's and I want to thank them for the compassionate care they have always given us. 😁

Been going here for a few years but after my last visit definitely will not be coming back. The female vet first time having her treated my husky as if she was an aggressive dog and put a muzzle. In 5 years I’ve never had my dog needing a muzzle and the staff was rough and caused my dog tons of anxiety. Not all the staff is bad but there’s a few employees who need retraining or should not be there at all. My dog also has hip dysplasia and during the check up was really rough where my dog yelped. Very disappointed I recommend going elsewhere to a staff who knows how to handle animals in a calm state of mind.

His bedside manner was extremely cold and unfriendly. We took our dog in there for hip problems. He prescribed her an anti-inflammatory medication. They charged me 20 bucks for a week's worth. When we figured out that she was going to have to be on it long term we looked into alternative places to get medication. We found an online pharmacy that charged 30 bucks for a 2 months supply. In order to do it this way, they said they had to give us a written prescription and it would cost $10 just to write a prescription. The online pharmacy only needed an oral confirmation from the dr over the phone. They refused to do so. They said it was illegal to do it any other way, which is not true. We needed the medication asap and I would have had to mail the prescription and wait another week for the meds to get there. They simply suggested paying for two weeks worth in the meantime. Basically, they expected me to pay $50 for 2 weeks worth of meds and a script until the others could be mailed. Obviously they care more about money than their patients.
