I have had a terrible experience at this place not just once but twice. I should had seen it coming that after the first time they messes up that they have no idea what they are doing. I decided to take my puppy there for his vaccines. The first appointment was in August and at that time the doctor “accidentally” injected the vaccine that was supposed to be given orally, after she realize her mistake she again gave him another dose but this time orally. My poor baby was vomiting and couldn’t even stand. I spend 4 sleepless nights with him very ill, that I thought I was going to lose him. The doctor took the responsibility at that time and did all they had to do to make sure my baby started to feel better. Now this week was just the last straw. My puppy broke his leg about 2 weeks ago. As soon as it happened after I got home from the hospital I called to let them know the discharge instructions but also scheduled his appointment for his booster vaccines. This week my family took him to get his vaccines and also get his legged check. They had my family go 3 times that day. The appointment was at 8am the doctor did a terrible job wrapping his leg back again and didn’t do the vaccines. She called me to tell me he would need surgery, I called shortly after to ask what kind of surgery. The girl that answer me looked in the notes and she said she didn’t know but would go ask the doctor, when she came back she told me the type of surgery to them 2 days later find out she gave me the wrong information. After seeing how uncomfortable my puppy was with the splint we called back and asked about the vaccines at that time my family took him back and he had his splint redone and was vaccinated and yet they failed to see that he needs to get pre-medicine like he always has before. As my family was heading home they called to take him back because they forgot to do so. My baby had a bad reaction because of their mistake and didn’t want to walk because they hurt him so bad, I had to take him to the hospital at night. They are not taking responsibility at all for their mistake and I was left to pay the hospital bill that I had because of they aren’t fully paying attention to what they are doing. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PET DONT TAKE HIM THERE, this was the last thing because next mistake they do I’m afraid that they will KILL my puppy.
The vet called me to “apologize” but she then would make bs excuses. I called the office supervisor and she advised she would call me back it had been 4 days and yet I have not heard back. They are extremely unprofessional and even my sister said that. She called regarding my puppy’s health because she was the one that took him earlier in the week and she said they wouldn’t answer her calls and when they would be putting her on hold she would hear all the laugh in the background.

The staff at Animal Care Clinic always provide excellent customer service and friendly, caring veterinary services. I will always give Dr. Paul and Dr. Sharon outstanding reviews as they are just the best Veterinarians. We have been going here for 16 years and have run through regular care, multiple surgeries, orthopedic issues and final visits. I never, ever hesitate to provide a reference to others looking for a new doctor and enjoy giving great reviews. I am very grateful all my Australian Shepherds are healthy and are well cared for at Animal Care Clinic. Thank you to all Staff!!!

They have been taking care of my dogs for over 15 years. All of the vets really care for my dogs. As my dogs have gotten older, they have had more problems. They have been very caring when we had to make difficult decisions. It is easy to make appointments and the entire staff have been very kind to all of us.

I called them at 8:50 on a Saturday morning for a problem area we'd just noticed on my dog's knee. By 9:30 we saw Dr. Carrie and by 11:00 we got a call saying the surgery was done, our dog was fine and we could get him after 1:00. They did a great job and Dr. Carrie displayed confidence in what she was telling us and made us feel comfortable with the whole procedure. We've been taking our dogs here for several years and always have good service.

I have been going to Animal Care of Fox Valley for years now. My pets have seen, Dr. Paul, Dr. Caitlin, and Dr. Cassandra. Each of them have been so kind and gentle with my animals. They have given me options when they have been ill, and so kind when I had to put my cat down due to cancer. They explain in detail, take time and answer my questions with patience. The front desk staff is always kind, courteous and smiling. I would not think of going anywhere else.

I rarely recommend anything, but if you need a great care for your pet ACC is Simply the Best. They take excellent care of my most likely terminally ill cat - she has great quality of life, and Dr. Cassandra I cannot express how grateful I'm for her help and advise. With my other long-hair cat if he sees a brush he will run from me like all hell brake loose, so I figure "Lion's Cut" will be continent, no groomer could handle that wild beast, but Liz at Animal Care Clinic does a great job every-time. My cat doesn't have to be sedated during the procedure, which is great.

Of course I have another great review. Just boarded our dogs and one of our cats. Everyone did well. Animal Care really takes care of our animals, so that I can have peace of mind on a trip. Nothing bad to say about this place. They all are great from front desk to assistants to vets, kennel staff and grooming. I take ALL our four dogs and six cats there. They even take Care Credit. The vets always follow up with phone calls on any blood work or if one of my pets isn't feeling well, or after surgery. I also love that I can see any number of vets, so that I can meet them all and they can all become familiar with our pet family.

Very overpriced. When I came in with my three month old puppy they gave me a list of everything I needed and would not give me a quote until the very last minute. Including shots, preventative care, and spay/neuter I was paying well over $1000. I was continually encouraged to pay for unnecessary tests and misc. items. I will not be back and am much happier elsewhere.

We have taken our pup here since we adopted him. The women vets we have seen are compassionate and thorough. They just love our boy! Recently he had minor surgery and got through it well. The staff is great with him and immediately let us know when he was out. It can be a little pricey, but knowing how competent the people are here keeps us coming back.

We have been clients of Animal Care Clinic of Fox Valley in Algonquin for many years. We are always pleased to recommend them to our friends. Their doctors are excellent, they always try their best with each animal giving you as much information as possible. Their staff is also very warm and ready to give a helping hand. We feel comfortable with yearly vaccinations, and relieved when there is a problem as they will go to great lengths to help you and your pet including recommending other other alternatives such as specialists and alternative medications.

I called this morning because Maximus threw up and was not acting right. I need a second opinion after his hospital stay for pneumonia. Dr. Paul and the staff took the time to examine Maximus and really paid attention to him. All of my questions were answer with full explanations. I did not feel rushed or like a was a bother. I am pleased and will be returning for regular visits!

I love love love these Vets. Not only did I have my own four dogs, now five, I also own a small dog rescue and I trust NO ONE but Animal Care Clinic.
The great thing is they have about 5-6 different Vets, so you can find a personality that suits your needs. My two fav's are Dr. Sharon and Dr. Paul. They don't ever overcharge or over service or make you bring your pet in with every sniffle or what have you.
They are caring, patient and truly care about your animals. They are just really good people that would you want looking after your loving pets!
I also love Vicky, Nicki, Brittany, Eden, to name a few that work the reception desk.

We always get an appointment for times we request and even for an emergency on a Saturday we only waited around 10 minutes in their waiting room until a vet could help us. They take the time needed to explain and answer all of our concerns, questions and treatment. When I had to come in on a Sunday because our dog decided to rip apart her bandage, I was only charged for the material, not for the office visit. It is a convenient location for us, in my book the prices are fair and, as said, all staff is always very attentive and caring. Couldn't be happier!

Dr. Caitlin Goeres has been wonderful in treating our dog Juno who is a 2 year old Beagle for severe separation anxiety. She has even called our home to check up on Juno to see how she is adjusting to things such as a crate, as well as how her medication is helping her. Juno was a rescue from a shelter who has severe separation anxiety with a crate, as well as when I leave the house with my husband and grown sons! There is a good possibility that the previous owner might of used the crate for punishment for her or something really bad happened to her in one, that has brought all of this one. Dr. Gentile took the time to evaluate her and listen to what I was explaining to her when I took Juno in for a visit, after destroying carpeting from a anxiety issue inside of the crate, when the tray underneath came out from under her. With the help of Dr. Gentile and medication as well as dog obedience classes things are getting better for our dog. She still has a long way to go, but I know we are on the right track with the proper treatment for her. We can't thank you enough Dr. Gentile!

We recently received some horrible news about our dog Hank. Everyone at Animal Care Clinic were very professional yet extremely sympathetic to the tough decision we had to make. The day we said good bye to Hank was extremely hard for both my husband and I but the entire staff helped us through it. Not only the day if but then we get a card in the mail today. Thank you for taking care of us and most importantly, Hank. Hank's Story He was part of Sadie's litter and hand picked by me after we saw that he was the only tri-color. We quickly noticed that he was beyond breed standards but never did we think that definition would go past his actual size. His official AKC name is Hard Hunting Hank and that he was. He will be missed but there are no regrets. He gave us many memories and we gave him our hearts. We have many memories...with pictures to prove it. We have hunting stories...with birds to prove it. We love him...with tears to prove it.

Dr. Christine is amazing, everyone here is amazing! I had to to my puppy down yesterday and they were extremely helpful in ensuring that we were making the right decision and we had done everything we could for him. The staff here is amazing and I couldn't be more happy than I am for taking him there- he was in good hands from the get-go. Thank you for all your support in the hardest decision my husband and I have ever had to make. Thank you again, Dr. Christine and staff!

Awesome staff and service. They are so good with our doodle and always give us great feedback on what we can do better at home. Paid a bit more than the place closer to us, but they didn't do as good job -- trimmed the hair on her one paw too close.

They have been taking care of my dogs for over 15 years. All of the vets really care for my dogs. As my dogs have gotten older, they have had more problems. They have been very caring when we had to make difficult decisions. It is easy to make appointments and the entire staff have been very kind to all of us.

I called them at 8:50 on a Saturday morning for a problem area we'd just noticed on my dog's knee. By 9:30 we saw Dr. Carrie and by 11:00 we got a call saying the surgery was done, our dog was fine and we could get him after 1:00. They did a great job and Dr. Carrie displayed confidence in what she was telling us and made us feel comfortable with the whole procedure. We've been taking our dogs here for several years and always have good service.

I have been going to Animal Care of Fox Valley for years now. My pets have seen, Dr. Paul, Dr. Caitlin, and Dr. Cassandra. Each of them have been so kind and gentle with my animals. They have given me options when they have been ill, and so kind when I had to put my cat down due to cancer. They explain in detail, take time and answer my questions with patience. The front desk staff is always kind, courteous and smiling. I would not think of going anywhere else.

I rarely recommend anything, but if you need a great care for your pet ACC is Simply the Best. They take excellent care of my most likely terminally ill cat - she has great quality of life, and Dr. Cassandra I cannot express how grateful I'm for her help and advise. With my other long-hair cat if he sees a brush he will run from me like all hell brake loose, so I figure "Lion's Cut" will be continent, no groomer could handle that wild beast, but Liz at Animal Care Clinic does a great job every-time. My cat doesn't have to be sedated during the procedure, which is great.

Of course I have another great review. Just boarded our dogs and one of our cats. Everyone did well. Animal Care really takes care of our animals, so that I can have peace of mind on a trip. Nothing bad to say about this place. They all are great from front desk to assistants to vets, kennel staff and grooming. I take ALL our four dogs and six cats there. They even take Care Credit. The vets always follow up with phone calls on any blood work or if one of my pets isn't feeling well, or after surgery. I also love that I can see any number of vets, so that I can meet them all and they can all become familiar with our pet family.

Having been going to Animal Care Clinic since 2006 and the vets especially Dr. Sharon and Dr. Paul treat pets and their humans with compassion and respect. They are up to date on current treatments and are open to different approaches. My entire family has been blessed to have these vets in our dogs lives as well as our own!

Very overpriced. When I came in with my three month old puppy they gave me a list of everything I needed and would not give me a quote until the very last minute. Including shots, preventative care, and spay/neuter I was paying well over $1000. I was continually encouraged to pay for unnecessary tests and misc. items. I will not be back and am much happier elsewhere.

We have taken our pup here since we adopted him. The women vets we have seen are compassionate and thorough. They just love our boy! Recently he had minor surgery and got through it well. The staff is great with him and immediately let us know when he was out. It can be a little pricey, but knowing how competent the people are here keeps us coming back.

We have been clients of Animal Care Clinic of Fox Valley in Algonquin for many years. We are always pleased to recommend them to our friends. Their doctors are excellent, they always try their best with each animal giving you as much information as possible. Their staff is also very warm and ready to give a helping hand. We feel comfortable with yearly vaccinations, and relieved when there is a problem as they will go to great lengths to help you and your pet including recommending other other alternatives such as specialists and alternative medications.

The entire staff is very helpful and friendly. They always get us in the day we call and the doctors always call the next day to check in with us. The doctors take their time and answer every single question and the staff makes sure you have everything you need before leaving. I recommend this place to all my friends and family who are looking for a life long vet.

I called this morning because Maximus threw up and was not acting right. I need a second opinion after his hospital stay for pneumonia. Dr. Paul and the staff took the time to examine Maximus and really paid attention to him. All of my questions were answer with full explanations. I did not feel rushed or like a was a bother. I am pleased and will be returning for regular visits!

I love love love these Vets. Not only did I have my own four dogs, now five, I also own a small dog rescue and I trust NO ONE but Animal Care Clinic.
The great thing is they have about 5-6 different Vets, so you can find a personality that suits your needs. My two fav's are Dr. Sharon and Dr. Paul. They don't ever overcharge or over service or make you bring your pet in with every sniffle or what have you.
They are caring, patient and truly care about your animals. They are just really good people that would you want looking after your loving pets!
I also love Vicky, Nicki, Brittany, Eden, to name a few that work the reception desk.

We always get an appointment for times we request and even for an emergency on a Saturday we only waited around 10 minutes in their waiting room until a vet could help us. They take the time needed to explain and answer all of our concerns, questions and treatment. When I had to come in on a Sunday because our dog decided to rip apart her bandage, I was only charged for the material, not for the office visit. It is a convenient location for us, in my book the prices are fair and, as said, all staff is always very attentive and caring. Couldn't be happier!

Dr. Caitlin Goeres has been wonderful in treating our dog Juno who is a 2 year old Beagle for severe separation anxiety. She has even called our home to check up on Juno to see how she is adjusting to things such as a crate, as well as how her medication is helping her. Juno was a rescue from a shelter who has severe separation anxiety with a crate, as well as when I leave the house with my husband and grown sons! There is a good possibility that the previous owner might of used the crate for punishment for her or something really bad happened to her in one, that has brought all of this one. Dr. Gentile took the time to evaluate her and listen to what I was explaining to her when I took Juno in for a visit, after destroying carpeting from a anxiety issue inside of the crate, when the tray underneath came out from under her. With the help of Dr. Gentile and medication as well as dog obedience classes things are getting better for our dog. She still has a long way to go, but I know we are on the right track with the proper treatment for her. We can't thank you enough Dr. Gentile!

We recently received some horrible news about our dog Hank. Everyone at Animal Care Clinic were very professional yet extremely sympathetic to the tough decision we had to make. The day we said good bye to Hank was extremely hard for both my husband and I but the entire staff helped us through it. Not only the day if but then we get a card in the mail today. Thank you for taking care of us and most importantly, Hank. Hank's Story He was part of Sadie's litter and hand picked by me after we saw that he was the only tri-color. We quickly noticed that he was beyond breed standards but never did we think that definition would go past his actual size. His official AKC name is Hard Hunting Hank and that he was. He will be missed but there are no regrets. He gave us many memories and we gave him our hearts. We have many memories...with pictures to prove it. We have hunting stories...with birds to prove it. We love him...with tears to prove it.

Dr. Christine is amazing, everyone here is amazing! I had to to my puppy down yesterday and they were extremely helpful in ensuring that we were making the right decision and we had done everything we could for him. The staff here is amazing and I couldn't be more happy than I am for taking him there- he was in good hands from the get-go. Thank you for all your support in the hardest decision my husband and I have ever had to make. Thank you again, Dr. Christine and staff!
