Over my lifetime, my family has taken their pets (at least 13 of them) to Limestone Companion Animal Hospital. From regular check-ups to standard procedures like spaying to unexpected ones like emergency tooth extraction, we have always been treated with genuine care. We have had sub-par experiences with other vets, and I have chosen to come to LCAH exclusively because in over 20 years I have had nothing but positive interactions with their staff. I cannot speak highly enough of this facility.

You have to call the office for everything, very inconvenient especially when I would call to schedule appointments for my pets. Two times I was put on hold for a long time, then asked for my number so they could call me back and then never called me back. They don't text, email or have online scheduling. Ridiculous. One of the vets said my cat needed teeth cleaning done, but when I asked about it the next visit, she asked me why I would get it done. She was the one who said it was necessary! I could give example after example of the many reasons why I stopped taking my pets here. Do not recommend.

Very caring vets and staff! We had a very sick puppy and they were able to accommodate our working schedules to see her and didn't charge us an arm and a leg for the visit! The vet was awesome and was able to treat her illness without the need for expensive testing. They even called the next day to make sure that she was feeling better and didn't need any further medication. Highly recommend this office!

We love Limestone Companion Animal Hospital! With 2 large dogs & 3 cats we keep them busy. They're always very nice, helpful and the doctors are terrific! They did our German Shepherd's torn ACL repair surgery a year ago and after just a short few days it was as if he never had an ACL problem. I would highly recommend them!!

Our family is very grateful to have Dr. knaak as our veterinarian! He is from Limestone Companion Hospital in Bartonville Il. He has been w our family for most of our two cats 17 years of life and both cats today are still doing great at their older age. He has always provided the most accurate diagnosis and best quality of care for both of them. I can't forget about our lab. We got her almost a year ago and she also receives the best quality of care as well. THANK YOU Dr. Knaak for all that you have done and do for our family and so many others to keep our furry babies healthy and happy and w us in our lives for so many wonderful years!!!!! We appreciate everything that u have done for us!

Over my lifetime, my family has taken their pets (at least 13 of them) to Limestone Companion Animal Hospital. From regular check-ups to standard procedures like spaying to unexpected ones like emergency tooth extraction, we have always been treated with genuine care. You have to call the office for everything, very inconvenient especially when I would call to schedule appointments for my pets. Two times I was put on hold for a long time, then asked for my number so they could call me back and then never called me back. They don't text, email or have online scheduling. Ridiculous. Very caring vets and staff! We had a very sick puppy and they were able to accommodate our working schedules to see her and didn't charge us an arm and a leg for the visit! The vet was awesome and was able to treat her illness without the need for expensive testing. They even called the next day to make sure that she was feeling better and didn't need any further medication. Highly recommend this office!

He has been w our family for most of our two cats 17 years of life and both cats today are still doing great at their older age. He has always provided the most accurate diagnosis and best quality of care for both of them. I can't forget about our lab.
