Scarlett was not feeling well, not herself. She had a breathing attack that scared her and us. Called the next morning and they were so busy but Kim found some time for us. The whole staff was great and thoroughly took care of Scarlett. He had Phenomia, was going blind in one eye and found out she also has an enlarged heart which was contributing to her being tired. We just had her there in Sept for her yearly check up and she was fine. I tell everyone this to show the time they all spent to make sure what was going on with her to to decide on a treatment plan. I recently brought in my dog and had shown up fairly early to the appointment, I was going to wait because I knew I was ahead of time but The staff brought us right in, no waiting. I have been going to this clinic for 15 years. The staff is friendly, helpful and caring. They know me and my pups very well. I can easily schedule apts as needed, they work with online retailers to fill prescriptions and accept care credit. Highly reccomend. Read Less

I have been taking my animals to Bethalto Animal Clinic for 4 years. Not only are the prices reasonable, but the kind, caring way they interact with not only me, but my animals are Superb!! In one of the saddest times of my life when our sweet Tallie's kidney's were failing, Dr. Dan and Christy were there for her even on their off time. I have been going to Bethalto Animal Clinic for a very long time, and I love them! Dr. Dan and the staff are always available when I have a question, and they give me great advice instead of rushing me in the door for an office visit. They always reach out to me the next day to check on me and my dog, and they will squeeze me in to the office if I need to be seen quickly. Their customer service is awesome, and Dr. Dan truly cares about his patients and their human parents. An added benefit is that they are a local business, and I can keep my money in the community.
