My pup came from an adoptive home, and the agent gave us a certificate for free immunizations at an animal hospital way out in Glenn Elyn. As much as I like free, that's too far of a haul in case of an emergency. I was looking for a vet closer to home. Well for me, this place fits the bill. Not even a five minute walk from the house. When I called to set up an appointment later in the week, the staff was very accommodating on the phone. They even had appointments that day, if need be. We got in the day of the appointment about fifteen minutes early, due to some paperwork that needed to be filled out. The paperwork took all of two minutes to complete. Lo and behold, next thing you know, we are sitting in a room waiting for the vet. Not to get too disgusting, but we noticed a little worm problem with our pup. The first thing they did was an on-site testing of the poop, and came up with tapeworm. They gave her a vaccination for that, along with her rabies shot, and a heart worm one. I was very impressed with the staff here. From the vet to the technicians to the office personnel. They were all very friendly, and answered any questions I had. My pup loved them because she got a treat out of the deal. The animal clinic itself is housed in a strip mall, and the office itself is rather, old, so to speak. If you're looking for shiny and new, this is not the vet you want to visit. But if you are looking for basic care for your pet, they do a fine job in that sector. Read Less
