Told my parents their dog has Addison disease and have her on toms of medication. We got the dogs file and they never did a test for Addison. The medication they gave her is a dangerous high doesage and the 2 medications shouldn't be mixed. Also weren't given a prescription for the 1 medication and was selling it directly at a 40 percent mark up. I will be contacting the vet association and their will be an investigation into this dangerous place!

We took our German shepherd to Sibley Animal Hospital in Calumet City, Illinois. It was the most amazing visit, They were very helpful and caring. My dog loved everyone at the clinic. The best visit we had and he got his shots also. He was very relaxed while we were talking to the vet and the technician.

Staff was nice yet I feel like there were test ran that was completely unnecessary considering when I arrived with my 8 mo Labrador that was showing signs of panosteitis that was brought to my attention by a guy at illiana boarding immediately. To have to pay 542.50 and be told what I already came into the building inquiring about was very disheartening. Then to receive a call saying it was confirmed and her hips are great. Really???? I'll never return. Very unsatisfied and I feel all they cared about was getting was money.

I must say I'm very disappointed with this place. My doggy got loose and somehow ended up at this place. No one bothered to scan his chip and contact us but yet when we reach out to try and find him we were slammed with a bill. Not to mention the rudeness of the receptionist. Never have I've been so disappointed in their action. To have a receptionist raise her voice at a customer then hang up the phone in your face. Yes warning a lawsuit is coming soon concerning my dog.

Spike broke his dew nail was in a lot of pain. I called and they took him In right away, got to the office was greeted and was taken care within minutes. The room was clean and the workers are professional and polite. Pam was very pleasant and seems very passionate about the job. I'm so glad this clinic was close to the house and spike is back to himself and happier. I would recommend this clinic to all animal parents.

They were wonderful to my cat. She is only five but hates to groom herself. They didn't give me any guilt about allowing her fur to get so bad; they just said they could help her. They were so gentle that my cat did not even need to be sedated to shave her. My kitty has never been happier. She loves her new haircut. And I love the text message reminders for appointments.

I have been bringing my pet to Sibley Animal Hospital since I got her as puppy. No matter what our concerns are, all staff has been helpful and friendly in all our needs. Every time I call, I'm given an appointment on the day I usually need and the time that works for me. Moe and Jasmine are awesome!! My fur baby can be very feisty but they always stay so calm and loving with her! You guys are great!

Dr. Davis and the staff at Sibley Animal Hospital are informed, intelligent and caring people. They were so compassionate and caring during my dog's final days. I didn't have to think twice when it came to bringing our new dog here. Malcolm is a very nervous little guy, but Dr. Davis took the time to let him adjust to the environment of the office, which made it so much easier on him. The hospital is kept immaculately clean. My pets are like family to me, so I want only the best for them. That's why I will continue to come to Sibley Animal Hospital for all their needs.

I was nervous and they assured me they would take good care of him. They are also very AFFORDABLE! Great place!UPDATE - 8/2013 the owner is extremely rude and does not care about customer service. I boarded my dog here several times. I'm a repeat customer. I received a coupon which stated board more than 5 days receive 2 free days. They did not want to honor their coupon! She had me wait over 1 hour to discuss the issue only to tell me I'm lucky she's keeping my dog. Very rude and treats you like she is doing you a favor.Update: In response to the their comments. Like I said in my original review...they were rude and there's nothing for yelp to verify...my experience was exactly how I stated above. I was not rude, mean, or demanding. There's nothing inaccurate about my review...that was my experience. Just because you don't like what I have to say doesn't mean it's inaccurate. A review is just that...my review if YOUR business.

Spike broke his dew nail was in a lot of pain. I called and they took him In right away, got to the office was greeted and was taken care within minutes. The room was clean and the workers are professional and polite. Pam was very pleasant and seems very passionate about the job. I'm so glad this clinic was close to the house and spike is back to himself and happier. I would recommend this clinic to all animal parents.

They were wonderful to my cat. She is only five but hates to groom herself. They didn't give me any guilt about allowing her fur to get so bad; they just said they could help her. Dr. Davis and her staff are very professional and friendly!Whenever I am there, I am greeted with a smile. They offer boarding, dental work, and so much more. My cats love going there and so do I!

Dr. Davis and the staff at Sibley Animal Hospital are informed, intelligent and caring people. They were so compassionate and caring during my dog's final days. I didn't have to think twice when it came to bringing our new dog here. Malcolm is a very nervous little guy, but Dr. Davis took the time to let him adjust to the environment of the office, which made it so much easier on him. The hospital is kept immaculately clean. My pets are like family to me, so I want only the best for them. That's why I will continue to come to Sibley Animal Hospital for all their needs.

I live in the south loop of Chicago, but any time I travel, I will bring my dog here! The staff was great! I boarded my 5 month old shih tzu (spelling???) here for 4 days. I was nervous and they assur...
I live in the south loop of Chicago, but any time I travel, I will bring my dog here! The staff was great! I boarded my 5 month old shih tzu (spelling???) here for 4 days. I was nervous and they assured me they would take good care of him. They are also very AFFORDABLE! Great place!UPDATE - 8/2013 the owner is extremely rude and does not care about customer service. I boarded my dog here several times. I'm a repeat customer. I received a coupon which stated board more than 5 days receive 2 free days. They did not want to honor their coupon! She had me wait over 1 hour to discuss the issue only to tell me I'm lucky she's keeping my dog. Very rude and treats you like she is doing you a favor.Update: In response to the their comments. Like I said in my original review...they were rude and there's nothing for yelp to verify...my experience was exactly how I stated above. I was not rude, mean, or demanding. There's nothing inaccurate about my review...that was my experience. Just because you don't like what I have to say doesn't mean it's inaccurate. A review is just that...my review if YOUR business.
