Dr. Wyatt is the most compassionate, thoughtful, and caring veterinarian in the world - human medicine doctors should learn from her (I am not joking). Can you find cheaper veterinarians, sure, but you will not find a better one. She has never tried to push a procedure that wasn't medically necessary and is always willing to make sure you completely understand what is happening. I switched all of my animals to this vet when my old vet proved to me he didn't know how to properly treat my ferrets and barely knew what he was doing with dogs. I have dealt with almost all of the doctors here so far with my ferrets and my dogs and I have absolutely no complaints. All of the vets and techs have been wonderful and caring. They take all of my concerns about my animals super seriously and do all of the testing that needs to be done. Their facility is extremely... clean and nice looking every time I go. They also have all of the up to date imaging equipment they need to diagnose and don't have to refer me anywhere else for x-rays and such. If you bring in a stool sample or they have to take blood, they can test it there! And they usually have the results by the end of the appointment. This is a great place. We had taken our animals to many vets in the area and hadn't been satisfied with any until we came here. Our large breed 8 year old female had both ACLs go out in her hind legs and Dr Wyatt and staff took care of her. I have been using The Animal Doctor for about 6 years. I switched my vet for convenience and my neighbor reccomended Dr. Wyatt. Dr Wyatt is compassionate and very thorough in caring for my dogs. The staff is warm and compassionate also. When I come in I feel like a friend and I know my fur- baby will get the best possible care. At times I have seen the other Doctors and am comfortable with them all. I highly recommend this Veterenary practice to anyone seeking the best care for their pet. I cannot say enough about this clinic.  I was so impressed with the care Dr. Wyatt and her staff showed not only my Pit Bull Smoke but me as well.  They were so informative about everything they were doing while they examined my dog.  They took their time to make Smoke feel comfortable.  At other vets I have felt that they rush through to get to their next patient but that was definitely not the case here. Before leaving they made sure all of my questions were answered.  Dr Wyatt called the following evening from her cell phone on her way home with Smoke's blood draw results.  She spent time explaining the results and what I should do to help Smoke with his issues.  Thank you Dr. Wyatt.  You have a new client that will be back whenever a vet visit is necessary. My dog Zoey is a new patient to Animal Doctor and I wish I had found them before she had to have emergency surgery at another veterinary clinic. 3 weeks after her surgery I made an appointment with the Animal Doctor and had the pleasure of getting Dr. Daus. I did not know how I was going to be treated since they did not do the surgery and I was surprised by the amount of time and care the she spent with us explaining her lab results and going over her treatment plan. I am really surprised more have not yelped about The Animal Doctor.  I have nothing but POSITIVE remarks for them.  Very very nice facility and very professional doctors/staff.  I recently boarded my cat, Morty, for 9 days.  He is 16 years old and has never been boarded before but due to him having diabetes now, he needs constant care.  He was very well taken care of and seemed very happy upon pick up.  Unfortunately, he bit an assistant while there and even though I don't know his/her name, I'd like to apologize on behalf of Morty.  He received excellent care from the owner, Dr. Wyatt, while he was there.  My husband and I spoke with her in length when picking Morty up and she explained everything in detail about his stay and his diabetic condition.  I have no hesitation about boarding Morty here again!!  :)  I also wanted to give very positive remarks about Dr. Schmidt.  She is Morty's doctor and was completely professional and caring about his condition.  Samm, one of the assistants, was great upon checking Morty in and when I called midweek, Diane was super on the phone letting me know how Morty was doing.  Fantastic place. Love love love the animal Doctor. Dr Daus is the main vet I see and she is awesome! Always so caring and concerned about my dog, who I've had for a year and been in to the vet every month I've had her. She always talks to me about what's going on so I can understand. But I've also seen dr Wyatt and Dr Scmidt and they're all awesome! They have gone out of their way to help me out numerous times; called me after hours, on weekends, and squeezed me in to come in on an emergency when my dog wouldn't walk. That following day was a Saturday and they were all booked but I had to go in to check her platelets because they were severely low and squeezed me in anyways. I can not say enough good things about them! The front desk ladies are also very nice and helpful! They are a little pricey but it is worth knowing they care and are willing to go out of their way when you need it. Highly recommend this office! Read Less

Dr Garr has helped me with two of my dogs. I like how she takes time to talk to me about my dogs' health. She prescribed Chinese herbs which helped extend the life of my elderly dog who had a brain tumor and thyroid condition. This gave my dog a better quality of life than if we had done surgery.
