So sad to hear that the last day of this place is April 30. This was a nice, close place to take my birds in case of an emergency. I miss Dr.Lutrell as she has saved my animals so many times. I wish they would let her go to the Joliet or Downers Grove location. I can't believe they are only giving customers 3 weeks notice regarding this! Poor decision made by higher management! Makes me want to find a different company to take my birds to

We are new to the area and we have taken all three of our dogs to the Channahon VCA. This is a great location! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They always take the time to answer our quest...
We are new to the area and we have taken all three of our dogs to the Channahon VCA. This is a great location! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They always take the time to answer our questions and we never feel like we are being rushed out of the exam room. Great customer service all around!
