They were friendly but it also took over an hour before they called us back for my dog to be seen and we had an appointment time that I was 15 minutes early for so it really was frustrating. I asked one of the other people waiting and they said that it's normal to have to wait for that long so it struck me as very unprofessional. Also I understand that it's a vet and that there will be some animal smells but the entire place including the waiting area reeked of urine. It made me sick and because we had to be there for hours it was made even worse. Getting to the doctor and helpers they were very nice but the doctor could be gentler with the animals. I'm not a vet so I could be overacting here. They were very nice and did seem to genially care and feel for the animals they treat. If only the were somewhat prompt and the place didn't smell so awful.

Dr. Boyce is passionate about his care for animals. He truly cares about our fur babies. Prices are very affordable. However, the receptionist/front office lady and some of the techs can be rude at times. It is understandable though they are always crazy busy. I still recommend for the care and price.

Very helpful. We had a ewe lambing and he even came to our farm after hours in freezing rain. God bless Dr Boise! And God bless his wife for being so, understanding. He once even had us come in early on a Sunday morning with our Australian shepherd who need emergency stitches. We felt so bad having to call him on Sunday.

Do not take your pets here. Our dog is going to lose his leg because they kept him untreated for three weeks. They didn’t answer our calls for three weeks. We were told they couldn’t perform surgery because they break was on his growth plate. We took him to another vet and was told the break was not on his growth plate. Absolutely ridiculous.

This man killed my dog. Took Cooper in for a pre surgery appointment. The vet said they got a cancellation and could do the surgery that day. After the surgery they left Cooper alone for an hour and he died. The vet said the testicular tube slipped out of the sutures. Now this place won’t even respond to my emails. DON’T TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!!!!

Dr. Boyce is awesome & would work for free if he didn't have bills to pay. We have brung all 5 of our pets to him for years. He takes walk ins with no problems or calls & doesn't charge ridiculous prices like other places. You might wait a while but he'll get you in even if he has to stay hours after closeting time. The animal world will loose a GREAT vet & man when he is gone from this world.

I have taken my dogs to Dr. Boyce for many years. He is very thorough and is wonderful! They do not charge outrageous prices and they take great care of my animals. Yes, the wait is usually long but well worth it to get the great care my dogs have received over the years.

They were friendly but it also took over an hour before they called us back for my dog to be seen and we had an appointment time that I was 15 minutes early for so it really was frustrating. I asked one of the other people waiting and they said that it's normal to have to wait for that long so it struck me as very unprofessional. However, the receptionist/front office lady and some of the techs can be rude at times. It is understandable though they are always crazy busy. I still recommend for the care and price.

Do not take your pets here. Our dog is going to lose his leg because they kept him untreated for three weeks. They didn’t answer our calls for three weeks. I have taken my dogs to Dr. Boyce for many years. He is very thorough and is wonderful! They do not charge outrageous prices and they take great care of my animals. Yes, the wait is usually long but well worth it to get the great care my dogs have received over the years.
