I have joy in obtaining vet care for my fur babies. We’ve been patients of The Ark since 2001. My fur baby was 9yrs old. We were blessed to have Corey until he crossed the rainbow bridge at 16 years old. Dr. Landini was with me when Corey passed away& I will always appreciate the support. Now three years later a new fur baby blessed me with her 7 month presence. Of course she’s a patient at Animal Ark.

My new kitten was having trouble breathing and had me so stressed out. I stayed up with him all night hopeing his breathing would get better, when i noticed it did not, i rushed him to the closes vet...
My new kitten was having trouble breathing and had me so stressed out. I stayed up with him all night hopeing his breathing would get better, when i noticed it did not, i rushed him to the closes vet near me one morning. This vet wasn't able to easy my mind and i left with a kitten who was still breathing through his mouth and no longer eating. After seeing no improvement in my kitten after the first emergency vet vist to another vet, Worried i called the ark animal hospital later that day and the staff there understood my situation and squeezed me in that night although they were about to close. Dr.Singleton and her staff did all they could to put my mind at ease and help my kitten. They even called the vet i went to in a rush that morning and had my kittens files and xrays sent over to them instead of charging me again, i had already spent close to $500 at the other vet and they were understanding of my finances and situation. They perscribed a antibiotic for my kittens respiratory problems and also injected him with fluids so he wouldn't be dehydrated since he had stopped eating and drinking. Before i left the vet, my kitten was breathing easy. This was such a relief. By the next morning he was eating all the fancy feast cat food and drinking water as if he wa s making up for lost time. He's also playing again. His breathing isnt completely normal but i see constant improvement. His meow hasnt returned but he no longer seems to be in pain. I want to thank Dr.Singleton and her team. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vet for they're furry companions. Thank you guys soo much. The picture is of my kitten who is up playing with his favorite toy at 1 in the morning. Thanks again. Will return for a checkup and hope he continues to improve. You cant go wrong at this Vet!

Highly reccomend! I called beforehand to get an estimate and the front desk was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! It was our first time here and I couldn’t have been happier. Dr. Singleton is excellent! My dog is hyper and a bit weary of new people and she was so great with him. She took her time and was extremely compassionate. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly with him as well. They got him to calm down and did not recommend anything that was not necessary. This will be our new vet for sure!

I brought my cat in after he was acting different and was in obvious pain. Unfortunately I ended up losing my cat after discovering a tumor. The doctor was very clear about my different options, and was very sympathetic when I made my final decision. Everyone, from the front desk to the doctor, was very kind and caring through the whole process. They even sent me a sympathy card in the mail a few days later. I do not have plans to get another cat right meow, but I would recommend VCA Ark Animal Hospital to anyone in the area. Thank you guys for taking care of my little guy while you had him.

Really great service for both my senior cats. The bills a bit high but I don't feel I'm being fleeced or mislead. Vet visits are just expensive in general. It's part of pet ownership. I am really impressed with the quick turn around time on blood work. They were able to diagnose my cat's diabetes the next day and write me a prescription to get him on insulin ASAP. He's like a new cat!

The staff at Animal Ark is the best. You can tell that they love animals and they love what they do. I had them remove a fatty tumor that was growing on the cheek of my 11 yr old Rottweiler mix, Arnie. They performed the surgery in the morning and he was ready to go later in the afternoon. Thanks Animal Ark, Arnie is pretty much back to being his normal self. :)

I'm pretty much over the moon about how patient and kind this clinic was. Animal Ark recommended them to me because I came home to a sick pet and was a bit panicked. They were not only very understanding of me being a crazy animal lady, but gave me an immediate appointment just after Christmas, when I'm sure work is hectic for them. And then they were very sweet to my pig, not to mention nurturing. And THEN they gave me a follow up call the next day, and THEN helped me a few hours later when I had questions about administering meditation. I would (and definitely will) recommend this clinic to all of my crazy animal lady friends.

Animal Ark is the best vet we have ever been to. The doctors are gentle and caring, the staff is so friendly and accommodating and, best of all, they are honest with you and not trying to nickel and dime you! I still take my 13 year old dog to Animal Ark despite moving many miles away because I am so pleased. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Singleton was so compassionate and kind when we were first presented with our dog's heart condition. She could tell that we weren't ready to say goodbye (nor was our dog), so she helped us come up with a regime to help bring him comfort for whatever amount of time he had left with us. She researched and called us on a regular basis to check up, and it was comforting to know that she had our dog's best interest at heart, even when "off the clock." Because of Dr. Singleton, we got to spend over two whole months saying goodbye and celebrating our best friend, and for that we'll be forever grateful. Animal Ark will forever be a part of our family, and we're so happy to have found them.

I have a 70 pounder rescue pitbull mix. My dog is stranger aggressive and not really up for anal or oral exams. He doesn't really know what's good for him , but I certainly do and the trip to veterinarian is a necessity. Dr. Cieply was extremely patient with me and I had detailed conference over the phone with her about Tyson before she even saw us. This clinic is friendly, extremely patient and did i say not judgmental? yes ! wen you come in anywhere with pitbull that is not the best, lest say, with people everyone just want to get rid of you... in Animal Ark you just belong. Thank You also to super staff that helped and definitely was patient with us :) Would I recommend this place? In a heartbeat!

Dr. Singleton is excellent! My dog is hyper and a bit weary of new people and she was so great with him. She took her time and was extremely compassionate. The doctor was very clear about my different options, and was very sympathetic when I made my final decision. Really great service for both my senior cats. The bills a bit high but I don't feel I'm being fleeced or mislead. Vet visits are just expensive in general. It's part of pet ownership. I am really impressed with the quick turn around time on blood work. They were able to diagnose my cat's diabetes the next day and write me a prescription to get him on insulin ASAP. I had them remove a fatty tumor that was growing on the cheek of my 11 yr old Rottweiler mix, Arnie. They performed the surgery in the morning and he was ready to go later in the afternoon. I'm pretty much over the moon about how patient and kind this clinic was. Animal Ark recommended them to me because I came home to a sick pet and was a bit panicked. They were not only very understanding of me being a crazy animal lady, but gave me an immediate appointment just after Christmas, when I'm sure work is hectic for them. Animal Ark is the best vet we have ever been to. The doctors are gentle and caring, the staff is so friendly and accommodating and, best of all, they are honest with you and not trying to nickel and dime you!
