I don't trust the doctor, he seems sketchy and really likes to push you to get things like clipping nails, etc. You can tell he likes getting money. The vet assistants?? Those guys are really nice and helpful. You can tell they love taking care of animals. Read Less

I took my cat to this place. They "treated" her & kept her overnight. They wanted to charge me $400+ to do some testing. I picked her up and nothing had changed. She still had a fever & wasn't felling better. So I took her to her regular vet, Kragness, and she received the proper treatment & was healed in a matter where of days. Recently visited this location for my two Yorkies the for the most part they were clean and friendly for the doctors visit first time wasn't a bad experience but as far as the groomer he is very unprofessional and arrogant and he doesn't like to groom small dogs. everyone has their preference and it's OK but when you are in this profession or just form my personal and professional opinion it's not what you say it's how you say it and show it and the expenses that you make. I took my dog Mercedes for teeth scaling. The staff and doctor was simply Wonderful!!!! The doctor and staff took time to carefully explained the process. Everyone was very compassionate and i felt comfort let leaving her. After the procedure was over, the doctor called me to let me know she was fine. First pet () owner. Took Max in due to a cold plus he needed a check up anyways as I'd only had him for a little over a week. Poor thing got 3 shots & a dose of antibiotics (which he absolutely hated...lol). My plan was to take him to Paws for shots & neuter, but they don't see sick animals, thats how I ended up here & ended up with a $200 bill ... Other than the high ass bill, It was all good. Took my baby for her first shots and also to insert a chip. well within a few hours I noticed her scratching so much. So I'm like okay maybe it's the shots, well nope day 2 still scratching so decided to take her a bath and bamm freakin fuckin FLEAS. I took my dog there for cremation services because he was killed and i did not feel any compassion as he told me to put it on the table. The urn I received looked like a cheap piece of plastic out of dollar tree. I was very disappointed and hurt because my baby deserved better. For $200 u expect at least your dog to come back with some shred of dignity. It was cold and impersonal when I picked him up. He was sitting on a cabinet up front. I will never go back there again. Docter is awesome, Vet is nice and clean, doesn't smell like animals at all. I take all my dogs here. I recommend this place for any one trying to get their dogs vaccines or antibiotics for an affordable price. Read Less
