I had to put my dog of 19 years asleep. The doctor and staff handled the situation with such dignity.....it did not take the pain away, it made it bearable.
Just when I am feeling like I missed my old friend, I received a condolence card from the staff (with thier signatures) and my dog's paw print. I am tearing up as I write this and I know some people may say that's just a dog.

Preventative care has been very effective. Conditions and treatments are completely explained. Treatment is affordable. Hours are reasonable.

Receptionist was very rude. She had no patience as I attempted to explain the reason for my call and to give my informatieon. The office visit fee is overpriced. Kragness wants $50 and I found a very good vet that only charged $20. The groomer did a terrible job on my pet but they discounted the service so at least there admirable for that particular incident but I wouldn't recommend this place.

It's a decent animal hospital but VERY expensive in my opinion. Dr. Kragness is a very nice doctor but the staff is kinda iffy. My dog gets nervous and hostile whenever he's there but they did a great job of treating his ailment. He had trouble hobbling on his hind leg. They had to treat it on 2 separate occasions by giving him pills which were very expensive but worked perfectly. I plan to take him back soon to get his checkup and find out more about his condition with his leg. But I may still decide to take my business elsewhere to ensure my dog feels more comfortable and to avoid higher costs.

It's a decent animal hospital but VERY expensive in my opinion. Dr. Kragness is a very nice doctor but the staff is kinda iffy. My dog gets nervous and hostile whenever he's there but they did a great job of treating his ailment. He had trouble hobbling on his hind leg. They had to treat it on 2 separate occasions by giving him pills which were very expensive but worked perfectly. I plan to take him back soon to get his checkup and find out more about his condition with his leg.
