Not a animal hospital!!! Our puppy was bit on the top of his head and they wouldn't look at him because he wasn't an existing patient??? All he needed was some oral antibiotics.

I would avoid Near North Animal Hospital completely. I have been taking my dog to Dr. Henderson for awhile and her customer service and follow up is awful. Actually it just does not exist. I had to fo...
I would avoid Near North Animal Hospital completely. I have been taking my dog to Dr. Henderson for awhile and her customer service and follow up is awful. Actually it just does not exist. I had to follow up three times on test results that she said were fairly urgent (and expensive). I got them a week after she said she would provide them to me. My dog is also on a prescription she recommended and I have asked her to look into another option that someone recommended (a vet friend that lives out of state). It has been 2 months and I have called/showed up 5 times. Each time the receptionist claims to give Dr. Henderson my note and she has never once called me back. These meds are suppose to be much easier on dogs than what I have now so I really wanted an answer back.While everyone is good with my dog, the unprofessionalism I have seen from Dr. Henderson means I will be taking my dog somewhere else.

Dr. Henderson is a dream veterinarian. We absolutely love her, but more importantly, so does our dog. We recently adopted our dog, and Dr. Henderson has been so wonderful and professional helping all of us adjust-- treating our dog's stubborn worms, and answering our unending questions. She has also called to follow up on our dog's progress. The rest of the staff we have met are friendly, prompt and helpful. The prices are reasonable, and we are always seen on time. The space is small but inviting. We cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.

My two dogs- Jake & Remington- loved going to the vet to see Dr. Henderson! When they would see her on the street they would run up and say Hi. I have always received great service with Near North....
My two dogs- Jake & Remington- loved going to the vet to see Dr. Henderson! When they would see her on the street they would run up and say Hi. I have always received great service with Near North. The staff is great and attentive. I would highly recommend Near North to anyone!
