5424 S Pulaski Road Chicago, Illinois 60632
First off, "THEY ARE NOT A HOSPITAL, THEY ARE A CLINIC SPECIALTY CENTER AND THEY ARE NOT ACCREDITED BY AAHA (AMERICAN ANIMAL HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION)".
This is what certain rude staff members and a irresponsible office manager
have done to my beloved Emotional Support companions and myself. My senior pets were both diagnosed terminally ill. I submitted videos of my observation of the pain they were experiencing towards the end of their life. I had to wait five days to try and get a response on whether it was time to put my girls to sleep. I never received the promised, numerous, "I will return your call after I am done" from the office manager. The videos were viewed and deleted by the office manager at Pulaski Animal Hospital but my concerns were never addressed let alone passed onto my pets primary doctor. And on top of that Dr. Adam Szpindor who happens to be the owner of Pulaski Animal Hospital, abandoned my terminally ill companion and refused to treat her, she passed away. Once you watch my video journal that I kept for myself (I don't keep a hand written journal because I don't have the patience to write), you will rethink trusting this establishment with the care of your beloved pet. I have spoken with an AAHA representative and they have told me repeatedly that they do not accredit Pulaski Animal Hospital and they will begin an investigation that Pulaski Animal Hospital is using their accreditation logo fraudulently. I have also filed a complaint with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulations Bureau. This establishment needs to be called out and the responsible parties terminated from their job positions, "THESE INDIVIDUALS ARE A DANGER TO ANIMALS"! I did not even receive a sympathy card for my one Emotional Support companion and it was Pulaski Animal Hospital who euthanized my sweet little girl. We have been established clients with Pulaski Animal Hospital for over thirteen years.Please pass this on and let them know how you feel about this.

Idk how I feel about this place anymore. In person they seem ok. But over the phone I get alot of "ums" and "I don't know". I was promised a phone call and the emailed results of my dog's test today. The call didn't come in until 7:03 with a voicemail saying they would be done for the day and call tomorrow. and when I tried calling right after, the phone was no longer picked up. Oh and once again was not sent the emailed results of my dog's tests. I can understand that a place that accepts walk ins can get busy. But it's unprofessional to leave your customers hanging because of it. If the place gets overwhelming then maybe they should reconsider having a limit as too how many walk ins they take. I thought I had found the perfect vet but idk

Doctors I’ve experienced seem caring and genuine.
Vet Techs and staff are polite, competent, and super on it with the cleanliness of the place.

This is hands down the best vet I've ever had. I've seen 2 different vets here and both were knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I never felt like I was being talked down to or dismissed. The facility is clean, modern, with up-to-date equipment and technology. The ancillary staff is professional, efficient, and kind as well. The prices are very reasonable for the services rendered. After years of subpar care from other vets, I will never take my pets anywhere else.

Pulaski Animal hospital was wonderful in helping take care of our 2 dogs. They were compassionate, kind, friendly, accommodating and always a partner in helping us with our four legged children. My wife and I are forever grateful to all they did for all of us. I would highly recommend this facility, not just because of the nice facilities and convenient location but because they truly really care, every single employee shares all the same traits. We were blessed when we took our babies to Pulaski Animal Hospital. A big THANK YOU TO ALL AT PULASKI ANIMAL HOSPITAL WE LOVE YOU YOU ALL!

My dog had hurt his nail and it had to get yanked out, anesthesia, pain meds and all. I didn't have the enough amount of money so as I was leaving they asked me how much I had and I told them. They told me that they were going to do it but it wasn't going to cover the pain medicine and I felt so thankful because my dog was clearly in pain. So they took him in and then I heard him cry in so much pain. Well they didn't tell me they were not going to put anesthesia since I didn't give them the full amount. They didn't even put the cone so he wouldn't pick on his bandage they had terribly put on. It was terrible! Clearly they care for your money and not your beloved pets! Never ever will I go there again!

My dog had hurt his nail and it had to get yanked out, anesthesia, pain meds and all. I didn't have the enough amount of money so as I was leaving they asked me how much I had and I told them. They told me that they were going to do it but it wasn't going to cover the pain medicine and I felt so thankful because my dog was clearly in pain. So they took him in and then I heard him cry in so much pain. Well they didn't tell me they were not going to put anesthesia since I didn't give them the full amount. They didn't even put the cone so he wouldn't pick on his bandage they had terribly put on. It was terrible! Clearly they care for your money and not your beloved pets! Never ever will I go there again!

Dr. Bialek is the best! She is very kind, patient and thorough. I've been coming here for years and drive from the far south just to bring my dog. The receptionist staff and vet techs are all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
