Very professional staff that is friendly to both me and my pet. They run a pretty tight ship here and get you in and out as fast as possible, which I appreciate seeing as my cat does not like going to the vet and making the experience as short and painless as possible for him is my main priority (this is not to say they rush you through the appointment, they are very thorough and make sure you don't have questions on anything, but you aren't sitting there for 20 minutes past your appointment time waiting on them to do something).
Vets are never a fun experience for our furry friends, but the staff here makes it as painless as they can for everyone involved: highly recommended.

I have taken my animals to Misener Holley since the 90s. We are currently seeing Dr. Baldwin and she is friendly, warm, l easy to talk to, has a way with animals, and has been very helpful in the health of my feline senior citizens.
The other day, while waiting to see the vet, I was sitting in the waiting room while one of the receptionists took a call. It was clear the caller had just lost their pet. Claudette repeatedly expressed condolences and was very empathetic. When she finally hung up the phone, she turned to the other receptionist and told her which animal it was and both of them were upset and teary eyed. Witnessing that moment made me feel like I was taking my animals to the right place for healthcare.

Stay away here. Brought our cat to this vet twice, and each time, they tried to tell us that we needed multiple visits to address the issues. Basically trying to upsell us on things we really didn't...
Stay away here. Brought our cat to this vet twice, and each time, they tried to tell us that we needed multiple visits to address the issues. Basically trying to upsell us on things we really didn't need. Honesty is questionable here, as care for animals seems to come secondary to money-making.

Choose another location... although I have been taking my dog here for the past 8 years and for the most part liked the veterinarians, they no longer will quote you a price for ANYTHING except the initial visit price. Who does this... why a mystery??? They say because if things change during the visit they don’t want people to have the wrong information....so give me the right information to start with or even a range where the price could be.
They send me a post card stating what my dog needs to have done, yet they won’t give me a price.
What are they hiding? Why should their prices be such a secret.
I received this information from one of the veterinarians that is also in charge.
Poor business model ... there are other choices where you don’t have to feel like your pets health is a secretive game.

My dog had facial swelling and these morons told me she needed 10 teeth pulled. Got her teeth pulled for $2000 and the swelling never went down. Took her to another vet and it turns out the dog has a ...
My dog had facial swelling and these morons told me she needed 10 teeth pulled. Got her teeth pulled for $2000 and the swelling never went down. Took her to another vet and it turns out the dog has a tumor and needs to be put down. Basically got robbed by these gypsys for $2000. Do not go here

Been here twice. The two vets we had take a look at our dog were very professional and congenial. However, many of our interactions with front desk staff regarding their unwillingness to be transparent in their pricing and their standoffish attitudes when they erred will be why we will not be back in a city with many choices in pet healthcare.

I saw a different doctor every time I have taken my cat there and it didn't seem like the best thing for her continuity of care. Also, one of the vets, Dr. Garza, made me feel very pressure to get an expensive test for my cat. Also, the services are on the expensive side it seems. I do like how their records are very clear and they were able to email me results of the tests, and the fact that they communicated with the emergency vet I took my cat to as well. In addition the vets took time to speak to me on the phone about symptoms and options.

Great doctors and staff. With VCA being a big network it is easy to relocate. Also if you have a complaint there is someone higher to complain to. However, there are some downsides such as upselling products and services but this location is usually honest about your pet needs.

Ridiculous Price Gouging. They wanted to charge $1500 for removing my cats tooth. A tooth! The doctor seemed knowledgeable, but pricing stuff that much is ridiculous. Plus, they kept changing the price on vaccinations for my cat. Ended up going elsewhere for half of the price they charged for their half off special.

The staff took fantastic care of our cat, Thom. He needed extensive dental surgery and several rounds of antibiotics due to all of the damage he did to his teeth and gums as a stray. They answered all of our questions and made follow-up appointments a breeze. Now Thom is a happy, healthy cat with a long life ahead of him!

We've been bringing both our cats here for a few years, one of which has a chronic condition. Really caring, wonderful staff and great doctors. Definitely pricey. My only complaint besides cost is that sometimes I feel like they push things that aren't really necessary, so we always ask what's really necessary.

Very professional staff that is friendly to both me and my pet. They run a pretty tight ship here and get you in and out as fast as possible, which I appreciate seeing as my cat does not like going to the vet and making the experience as short and painless as possible for him is my main priority (this is not to say they rush you through the appointment, they are very thorough and make sure you don't have questions on anything, but you aren't sitting there for 20 minutes past your appointment time waiting on them to do something).
