Very satisfied with the service received! A couple of weeks ago, our dog was very sick, in pain, and would not stop crying. The doctor and staff were able to see us the same day, and were very thorough when examining her. The doctor took his time to explain what was wrong with our dog, and what tests we needed to get. Most importantly they were extremely KIND, PATIENT, and genuinely CARED about our dog. After giving her the medications prescribed, she is back to being a happy, and active dog. Absolutely love the fact that I can pop into the office (without my dog), and they remember and ask how my dog is doing. When we had our first dog, we went to another vet only that vet was rude and decided to go elsewhere. We came to Dunkin Vet and they were extremely nice. A few years later, our dog passed away. Mind you we had another dog but what I really loved was that they still remembered our former dog. What I love about them is that they know our dogs and ask abou them when we take them in. They care about them and help you anyway they can. I’ve noticed that they’ll help you in anyway they can. I also love how they remember their clients!! When we go in the ask about our other dog and how they are. I will extremely recommend them!! I wouldn’t trust them with any other vet. And I thank them for everything they have done. i brought my cat in here once before when he ate something poisonous. The Vet and his staff here were very friendly & informative, they provided me with many different solutions that was within my budget. So when I noticed my dogs had lumps, I took him there for a check up. Barely even "examined" our dog. Looked at him said he is old and that he is sick and wanted to put him down. Didn't even do tests or tell us what he thinks he could have. Decided to leave and got charged for basically walking in this horrible place. Would not take any loving pet here. Seems like they just want money money. 4/27/17 So far I have a good feeling about this place.My cat is not eating and hardly drinking water.Dunkin wants my rent money(lol) to pay for her bills to get her back to normalI'm going to try their credit card payments and hopefully she gets better after the treatment5/3/17my cat is showing more signs of jaundice but i am very happy with dunkin vet because they do not charge me for extra visits, only what i take home (not more than $60)they show that they really care for my cat, they have one themselves (i think) and they even thank me and my husband for helping them get our cat to cooperate. i recommend this place for basic needs like diagnosing and shots Read Less

Dr. Neel and his team are outstanding! They show such compassion and love for my fur babies and Dr. Neel keeps on top of what is new in the field of veterinary medicine so I am 100% confident that he knows exactly what is right for my furkids and the best way to treat them. More importantly, when he doesn't know, he researches the condition extensively and has called us on weekend evenings. I just discovered Dr. Neel's office and after so long i can finally say i have reached a vet who is well worth going to. He has helped my dog Bella dearly. I saw all their great reviews and decided to go here and have had the best experiece. Their ways of working are good, they are very welcoming and knowledgeable. They help you along the process, explain everything to you and care for you and your pet. I had a great problem with Bella which was that she kept having multiple problems like vomitting but the doctor was able to recognize a problem no one else did. He asked me if my dog had ever eaten baby food and Bella had 10 years ago and i was truly amazed how he could recognize this as it happened years ago but he recognized this problem because of his experience, no one else was able to recognize a problem and had given up. My Bella is all better now and i have been going back for vaccines and everything and for me they are truly well worth it! I visited Dunkin Veterinary Hospital for the first time yesterday for my dogs annual vaccines and wellness exam and my overall experience was great! I'm very picky when it comes to choosing a vet for my dog because I used to work at a Vet's office growing up and he was an amazing vet. This made it really hard for me trying to find a vet who measured up to my expectation and also wasn't scared or intimidated by my dog. My dog is a 130lb mastiff and we adopted him about 1 year ago. I was originally taking him to Animal Hospital on Route 66 but that vet seemed scared of my dog because of his size. Dr. Neel immediately made me feel at ease because he was not scared of my dog and he felt comfortable around my Thor which made Thor feel comfortable too! Dr. Neel seems to have a ton of experience working with all types of breeds and shows that he genuinely cares about your pets wellbeing. The staff is very nice and polite and explain what services your are receiving. Overall this was a great first experience and I'm confident that my search for a vet has ended with Dr. Neel. Let me start off by saying I can't imagine going any where else for my pet health care needs. Dr. Neel & staff have been the best care givers for all my senior pets over the years. Dr. Neel has taken the time to explain everything to me and my family. The whole staff is always well informed on procedures, vaccines & medicines; they will be able to inform you on things as well. Dr. Neel and his staff are truly wonderful. I just lost my Bebe a couple of months ago and they were truly loving. Dr. Neel knows how we feel about all our pets and how much they mean to us. Our Butchie needs some ortho surgery and they have worked with us to get weight loss for him as well as his thyroid under control. Butchie is very scared of the doctors office and Dr. Neel has brought that all under control. We will be having them do the surgery as I would not trust anyone else to do it. The doctor has helped our dogs longevity of life with excellent care and preventive medicines to keep them healthy and happy. I would recommend their services to anyone. I also appreciate when I call them with questions about my dogs and cats and they are always willing to answer questions or concerns and we currently 5 cats and 2 dogs and we have alot of questions about their care. Very helpful Dr. and very helpful staff. They know exactly what they're doing. Very calm staff, they told me detail by detail what my pet needed. I was told of prices and asked for authorization before proceeding, not like other places where they do the stuff and hand me a hefty bill. I will keep coming back and upon reading some other reviews on here, no doctor would give a medication not intended for its rightful purpose. Some other places i go to really try to bad mouth other clinics by saying they don't give the right stuff, however, dunkin vet doesn't do that and they don't offer any opinion on other clinics. Dr. Neel has helped my dog champion so much during his infection. He stayed after hours without charging me extra. He called me for 3 days to ask me how the infection was getting better. I Highly recommend pet lovers to bring their furry family here. I take my chow chow here and this breed is very hard to handle, because of their loyal, yet stubborn personality. The vet and staff are very patient, caring and make sure both you and your beloved pet are comfortable. They never rush you and I feel comfortable asking as many questions I need answers to. My chow, Nena has had trouble in the past with other vets because they wouldn't know how to calm her down, but here the vet allows her to walk a little to calm down and try again. Shady looking building. Staff seems friendly but they do try to upsell to you. Thats a major pet peeve for me. I thought this might be cheaper compared to some other more modern vet clinics but it is not...Vet could use some english classes.Also vet prescribed heart worm pills before testing my dog. I didn't find out until later that this can kill my dog.Edit: I am a real person- 20 reviews vs 2 reviews. Whose more likely to be fake?I want to be more specific. I brought my dog here telling them I already had most vaccines for my dog and told them specifically which ones it had. The young man assistant then proceeded to tell me on no more than three occasions on the same visit, despite me declining his first and second offer, to sign up for their puppy package which was around $200 up front for vaccines and wellness exams including some most dogs dont really need such as bordatella and lepto. Also the heart worm pills my dog took were pushed on me without testing for heartworms at all and in the dead of winter. Flea prevention was also attempted to be sold to me- again in the dead of winter.If you don't believe me go and find out for yourself. Read Less
