Great vets here never had a issue with any of my Boston check ups. I will always take my dogs with you guys, I know they are great hands. The only thing I would’ve change is the whole phone thing maybe if you can check in online or an app the front desk wouldn’t be bunched up with phone calls. Have some one always on the app too check in with real times.

Having to put down your best friend of 13 yrs was extremely difficult and I loathed the day it would ever happen. When that difficult and emotional time came, the CVC team was very professional and understanding throughout it all and I will be always grateful for the care they provided over the years. After discussing cremation concerns of my friend, the team guaranteed me that my friends cremated remains would be solely his. Upon picking up his ashes, the staff at CVC genuinely expressed their sorrow for my loss and their cremation service was amazing. The contents within the bag from the Crematorium that held his ashes also included a cast paw print, sympathy card and Rainbow Bridge poem. Thank you for not only being very qualified Doctors, but for being human and having hearts for your patients and their owners!

They are really good with my birds nail and wing clipping. The older one is blind but fiesty and they handle him with great patience. I wish it was possible to arrange appointments as my birds are nervous around large dogs. But all in all I really like it here.

Stay away. I took my pet in for an inner ear infection. Angela Johnson did not treat him with an oral antibiotic so he did not get any better. I took him back 2 days later and now he has a ruptured ea...
Stay away. I took my pet in for an inner ear infection. Angela Johnson did not treat him with an oral antibiotic so he did not get any better. I took him back 2 days later and now he has a ruptured ear drum. He had to go on 5 medications and still waiting to see if he will fully recover. Never once got a call to see how he was doing. Really sad. Never going back again and beware of your treatment since you really can't trust them. an inner ear always needs an oral antibiotic-Vet School 101. So upset

Having to put down your best friend of 13 yrs was extremely difficult and I loathed the day it would ever happen. When that difficult and emotional time came, the CVC team was very professional and understanding throughout it all and I will be always grateful for the care they provided over the years. After discussing cremation concerns of my friend, the team guaranteed me that my friends cremated remains would be solely his. They are really good with my birds nail and wing clipping. The older one is blind but fiesty and they handle him with great patience. I wish it was possible to arrange appointments as my birds are nervous around large dogs. But all in all I really like it here.
