This is the office we trust with our pet's health. We bring both our dog and our kitten there. We really like this office compared to a few others we have tried. Dr. Courtney is very knowledgable and conservative in terms of treatment. I personally appreciate this because he doesn't immediately jump to surgery or extreme and expensive treatments as other vets in the past have. He has our pets best interest in mind. The value is also great, they are cost conscious and always lay out all options for us.

Just left this doctors office. Dr Sullivan is a good nice doctor. But I will not be returning to this place.I’ve been here twice and each time I’ve had to deal with the front/checkout desk there absolutely rude! They do not know how to talk/work with people. I was standing waiting to pay and no one wanting to help and then one lady looked at me as if I’m crazy. They don’t write prescriptions so be ready to pay a lot for antibodies. Thanks front desk staff! It’s because of you I will not be returning! Thanks and btw whoever answers the phone needs to wake up and do their job and not sound as if I’m bothering them to make an appointment! Unhappy staff!

I took my daughters dog to see Dr. Brian Courtney today and I must say, I was so impressed. He actually explain things to me where I could really understand. He had some great suggestions of things that I really think are going to benefit Maya. The staff was super wonderful and even the other patients were super nice. You can tell that everyone there really cares about the animals they take care of.

These people are amazing & caring. We found a cat outside at Hyatt Rosemont. Cold, hungry and so skinny. These people helped get him back on his way to health. He had a chip, but owners didn't want him. So I'm now fostering his 5 pound sweet soul. He's so thankful to be in a warm house. Thank You for giving him such loving care.

Took my cat there and Dr Schaele said she needed a teeth cleaning. Had that done and they did multiple extractions. On follow-up and after complained she was still not right and Dr said it takes time....
Took my cat there and Dr Schaele said she needed a teeth cleaning. Had that done and they did multiple extractions. On follow-up and after complained she was still not right and Dr said it takes time. Seen in August and had to put her down in October due to mouth cancer that if was caught my cat could've been saved but she suffered instead. Staff has an awful attitude. Don't go there please!

We have been taking our Staffie sisters there for going on 9 years and have never had a problem. The facility is never dirty that I have noticed just the opposite, especially the exam rooms. Staff is friendly and the Doctors are experienced and take their time with questions. "our" vet came from a former practice and took us a while to find him there why we stopped going to the former mega clinic and like the small friendly atmosphere here so much better, and will continue there as long as we live in this state.
