It's not the same since Dr Bone retired and sold the practice. We were clients for over 20 years. Irecently called on a Tuesday about 3 hours before closing time because the meds prescribed for my cat (15 year patient) were not working. I was told they could get me an appointment on Thursday. I said I don't think the cat will survive until Thursday. Reception offered to have the vet call me. The vet never called. I called the next morning. I was told I could get an appointment on Thursday. I again said I don't think the cat will make it until Thursday. I was told that was the next available appointment. I called Dundee Animal Hospital (the cat was not a patient with them) and they got the cat in within a half hour. The cat was euthanized. He had been diagnosed by TriCity with a thyroid issue. He had cancer. I will never go back to Tri City. Dundee Animal Hospital is my new veterinarian.

First time at Tri-City. It was a good experience for us. Andi (our 7+ year old pup) had a bleeding cyst. The office staff and doctor were great. Took her in quickly, handled the treatment competently and the actual cost was less than the quote. Plus I got a senior discount, which always makes me feel good about getting old. But seriously the doctor and staff did an excellent job. I'll try and add a pic of Andi with her Easter bonnet on the first day, the second day the bonnet is pretty beat but it only has to last a little longer. Thanx Tri-City!

I've been a Tri City client for over 9yrs my experience with each individual Dr.s and staff has been nothing but consistently outstanding and so much care for my furry friends. They're very compassionate with the handling care of my pets from nail trims,vaccines and treatment etc... I recommend all of my furry friend owners to visit and make them your primary vet. They have wonderful promotions periodically month to month great offers:)

The doctor is friendly and professional she took care of my cats. the prices weren't bad either i will definitely be going back. She can take care of my animals anytime.

I've been a customer there for 36 years. Never again. They gave me an estimate to have a cyst removed and teeth cleaning for my 12 year old dog. When I made an appointment, I told them that I did not want the teeth cleaning. On the day I took Ellie in for her surgery, they called me to say that it would cost $100 more to NOT have the teeth cleaning than it would to do both. Why? Because it was a package. Subtract a procedure and add $100. Nonsense Notice the dates on the other reviews.!

Saved my dog! Very helpful, we're 100% on top of the surgery that was needed. Didn't give a 5 star only because upon exit one of the vets, not our original surgical vet, was a negative or kind neglige...

My cat got really sick all the sudden, I don't think he would be here today if it wasn't for Doctor Pietschmann! No cause was ever found for his ailments, but they did they could to help him! She was amazing, she did everything she could for him. She even called me on her days off just to ask how he was doing. I've never been to a vet where they show how much they genuinely care and go above and beyond! Thanks to Tri-City he's back to his healthy self

Great doctors, awesome people. They really love animals, I've been taking my dogs here since they were puppies, I tried other place (so called specialist) but they just cared about money... Spent over $5000 trying to save my French bulldog in an animal hospital in carpentersville and they still wanted me to keep spending more... I spoke with the doctors at the tri city animal hospital (they knew my dog better than the specialist) they had taken care of my dog since he was 7weeks old, and at age 11 they told me the truth... No matter how much money I spent trying to keep him around he wasn't going to enjoy the stay anymore... Sometimes that's what you need to hear... To let go...

Tri-City Animal Hospital is a friendly place and they took good care of my dog. I dealt with Dr Lewis who was very friendly and helpful. However, I brought my dog in because she was vomiting and was not eating, I thought she had a case of the flu. It was discovered her platelets were low so they ran some tests to determine the cause. When all was finished they did not determine the cause of my dog's illness and it cost me over $550.00. After looking at the bill it appeared i was charged for every single action taken and two seperate blood tests. They will treat your pet fine but I believe their prices are high

It's not the same since Dr Bone retired and sold the practice. We were clients for over 20 years. Irecently called on a Tuesday about 3 hours before closing time because the meds prescribed for my cat (15 year patient) were not working. I was told they could get me an appointment on Thursday. Took her in quickly, handled the treatment competently and the actual cost was less than the quote. Plus I got a senior discount, which always makes me feel good about getting old. But seriously the doctor and staff did an excellent job.
