Bailey and I love Dr. Willard. She is the best veterinarian I know in the South Suburbs! She has taken good care of all of my dogs and has a great delivery no matter what the news.

My dog was bleeding from his nose we called ahead and still had to wait over 30 mins while cleaning the floor of his blood. He ended up dying of rat poisoning. I feel like they stole time from us

I love this place.
I'm a first-time dog owner and rescued a dog from a near by shelter. She was spayed and I picked her up the same day. I was like a new mom worrying about her. One trip to see Dr. Willard and she instantly eased my mind the moment I met her. She was so sweet and caring and explained everything to me.

This animal hospital is one of my favorites. They truly care and are so compassionate to my animals. They have quick customer service and greet you as soon as you walk through the door. Dr. R is amazing and requests the best care about your pets and educates you on proper care. She really is amazing and loves what she does! Thanks Dr. R!!!

best animal doctors around. Everyone here is super nice, and the doctors are incredible. This was the place that my 15 year old best friend was put down. The staff and doctors were so gracious and supportive. The doctor sat on the floor with us and explained very clearly what she was doing, and that my Molly wouldn't feel a thing. I got a card from them about a week later with Molly's paw print, and a note that they made a donation in Molly's memory.
Needless to say I bring my other two dogs here exclusively. All it will take is one visit, and I have no doubt that you will never take your pet anywhere else either.

I love this place! The staff is friendly and helpful. They are patient and answer all of my questions. Even the guests bringing in their pets are friendly and helpful. Plus I never have to wait very long for my kitty to be seen.

Have been bringing my dogs here for 20+ years. Compassionate and friendly staff. They treat your animals as if they were their own. Clean facility. The doctors are very knowledgeable, truly love animals and listen to what you have to say as well as what your animal can't say. However far I've moved I make the drive. My dogs love going to visit the vet. I can't say enough good things about the staff & doctors.

I've been a customer of Flossmoor Animal Hospital for many years, and they have been mediocre at best. But, now they have gone from meritocracy to down right awful. They poked my dog in the eye while grooming and never told me. It wasn't until I got home and realized that her eye was running and she could barely open it. In addition, the customer service is so unprofessional and I don't get the sense that they "really" care about me or my dogs. Needless to say, I am in search of a Animal Hospital that cares about me and my doggie babies.

I have 2 dogs. One is a rescue that had MAJOR problems in the beginning and the other is a large, stubborn dog. They have surpassed all of their issues with total professionalism. We had to board the larger, more stubborn dog for 6 months because of a moving issue. We visited him as often as possible and he also looked happy and "played with". I recommend these guys to anyone. The only big issue is that they are a bit pricey. Just recently got shots and heartworm medicine for both...$600.00.

best animal doctors around. Everyone here is super nice, and the doctors are incredible. This was the place that my 15 year old best friend was put down. The staff and doctors were so gracious and supportive. The doctor sat on the floor with us and explained very clearly what she was doing, and that my Molly wouldn't feel a thing. I got a card from them about a week later with Molly's paw print, and a note that they made a donation in Molly's memory.
Needless to say I bring my other two dogs here exclusively. All it will take is one visit, and I have no doubt that you will never take your pet anywhere else either.

I've been a customer of Flossmoor Animal Hospital for many years, and they have been mediocre at best. But, now they have gone from meritocracy to down right awful. They poked my dog in the eye while grooming and never told me. It wasn't until I got home and realized that her eye was running and she could barely open it. In addition, the customer service is so unprofessional and I don't get the sense that they "really" care about me or my dogs. Needless to say, I am in search of a Animal Hospital that cares about me and my doggie babies.

I have 2 dogs. One is a rescue that had MAJOR problems in the beginning and the other is a large, stubborn dog. They have surpassed all of their issues with total professionalism. We had to board the larger, more stubborn dog for 6 months because of a moving issue. We visited him as often as possible and he also looked happy and "played with". I recommend these guys to anyone. The only big issue is that they are a bit pricey. Just recently got shots and heartworm medicine for both...$600.00.
