From the first day I walked into the Cat Clinic Dr. Lebbin and her staff has cared for our cat Lucky as if he was their own!! I walked in without an appointment due to my cat was very sick. I asked where I could find an emergency vet and told them my cat was sneezing blood. Dr. Lebbin staff accommodated us and treated Lucky that day. Very thorough examination and took the time to listen to and address all of our concerns. As well as educate us. Well, 3 weeks and 1 follow up later Lucky is one happy and healthier cat!! Thank you for the exceptional service and care you provide!!

We had to put our beautiful 6 month kitten Blue down last week because she was infected with the incurable wet form FIP. It was one of the most difficult things we have ever had to do. From the beginning Dr. Jennifer Lebbin treated us with care and compassion. She was so saddened by the diagnosis that this small kitten had this incurable decease and her heart bled for us. She gave us such wise counsel. I will never forget how she hugged my 26 year old daughter while she was sobbing. I checked my mail this morning and Dr. Lebbin sent a personalized note to us about our loss. What an amazing vet. I could not recommend her or the Cat Clinic in Flossmoor more highly

What good is a website like this if the business can bully it into taking down unfavorable posts. The staff is rude here, the vet is average at best, their prices are way over the top, and they push for unneeded tests and procedures at high costs. See this while you can, because I'm sure the Cat Clinic will bully yelp into taking it down. See Ashley's and Janice's review if you can. Somehow yelp allowed that to stay up.

Gave deposit of $200. Needed to reschedule. Cat Clinic kept the $200 deposit would not transfer funds to new appointment. Essentially charge $200 for nothing. While service is pretty average, cost and payment procedures are insulting. Would not recommend or return.

VERY poor customer service!!! Save yourself some time and money. I brought my cat here for a visit. Upon arriving, the lady at the front desk did not greet or acknowledge our presence. We sat down for...
VERY poor customer service!!! Save yourself some time and money. I brought my cat here for a visit. Upon arriving, the lady at the front desk did not greet or acknowledge our presence. We sat down for approximately 30 minutes while she had a personal conversation with one of the customers checking out. Upon inquiring as to whether or not the doctors realized we were here for our appt and asking the approximate wait time, she displayed a nasty attitude as evident by smirking to the customer at the desk, and continuing her personal conversation, completely disregarding the question. One would think at that point she would at least ask the staff how much longer or at least say "sorry for the wait", but there was absolutely no mention, nor regard for the fact that we were waiting. I left but decided to come back in to ask for her supervisor or manager to discuss the issue I had with waiting. Instead of giving me the information requested, she claimed she didn't have a supervisor. I will never return here!

Need a specialist? or a second (cat related) opinion? this is the place. Yes, it's expensive compared to other vets in the region, and yes, you have to make appointments days in advance and even leave...
Need a specialist? or a second (cat related) opinion? this is the place. Yes, it's expensive compared to other vets in the region, and yes, you have to make appointments days in advance and even leave a deposit for the appt. if they don't know you.... but if you have a real problem or need a second opinion, this is where to go. This place bought my cat five more years of quality life after my "regular vet" said he had bone cancer. The doc here took good xrays, sent them out to a cat radiologist / bone specialist who was able to determine it was an old injury, aggravated by arthritis. These people know their stuff and have a wide network of know-how to draw on. the regular vets in the south suburbs are just "pet mills" -- they run 'em through and the quality of care varies widely.

This is the ONLY place to take your cat in the south suburbs.The vet, Jennifer Lebbin, specializes in cats and her love for them shows. We have always gotten quick and positive results when we had a problem, and Dr. Lebbin shows a high level of competence in my opinion. She is open to alternative medicine and will show you a variety of options for helping your cat. We have both young cats and an old cat, and she was great with the very different problems faced by each.And the one time we put a cat to sleep, her bedside manner made all the difference in the world in our ability to handle that difficult situation.

From the first day I walked into the Cat Clinic Dr. Lebbin and her staff has cared for our cat Lucky as if he was their own!! I walked in without an appointment due to my cat was very sick. This is the ONLY place to take your cat in the south suburbs.The vet, Jennifer Lebbin, specializes in cats and her love for them shows. We have always gotten quick and positive results when we had a problem, and Dr. Lebbin shows a high level of competence in my opinion.
