Helpful service. We brought our new kitten here by recommendations from multiple friends. They seem very nice and trustworthy. Our first visit we had to wait a while to see the doctor, but I think something had happened unexpectedly. Our next visit was very quick. Make sure you communicate clearly and ask questions, as is the case with most vet hospitals. They know what things are and are quick at their job, but you might not understand. Don't ask them to trim claws unless you are okay with paying $16! I assumed it was included as some others vets have done it for me as a courtesy. Nope. But they do listen if you speak up. I have Weim, a cat, and two horses. I used this clinic in all the time we lived in southern Illinois, and I absolutely loved it. All my animals were seen here and I wouldnt change it for the world. Staff was amazing and doctors were amazing as well. Top notch outfit! Read Less

we have come to dr. rusell many times over the years. sometimes because of distance we went somewhere else. he has always helped us willingly with hard to deal with cases. he and his wife angie always seem to come up with an idea that saves our pet. he is friendly, professional and a very caring man.Read Less

I have two dogs and I'll never go back to AnRus again, I took my dogs in for shots and nail trim and they trimed my pugs nails so short she would not stop bleeding there was blood all over not to mention the pain she was in and then they had the nerve to charge me $15 for the butcher job she did, I've never had this happen anywhere and would have least expected it from the Veterinarian herself. Meanwhile two hundred something dollars later after my dog stopped bleeding all over. This place is over priced, unfriendly, and can't even trim nails? I won't be putting my animals through this kind of torture again! Read Less
