I take my dog here and they do amazingly well with her and they answer any question i have with no time restraints. They are not a get you in and out as fast as possible type place and thats why I like it. The only down side is it does seem kinda pricey but its very helpful that I can set up payments if there was an emergency and I didnt have all of it up front Read Less

We go to the Rock City location and I have never had an issue! Prices are very reasonable and all of the staff is super friendly. I rescued my GSD mix from a stop sign in-30 weather. I called New Hope and they got me and my little guy in right away. He was malnourished, had really bad flaking skin, and just looked miserable. He was only 12 lbs at roughly 3 months. Dr. Ann was and always is AMAZING. Today my "little" guy weighs 100 lbs and is as healthy as could be. I had just called Germany Valley location on 11-14-2014 to ask a question and was treated very unprofessional by the receptionist with sarcasm. My husband and I went in the same day to pick up a new tag for our dog and the receptionist was not friendly did not greet us just asked what do we want. Did not make conversation very rude. This is the second time we have counteract with her and she is very inconsiderate of a time last year with heavy snowfall when we had appointment to come in with our dog because he was in pain and we arrived a little early. This was a day that snow was coming down heavy roads are bad. She was the same receptionist told us that it's not time for your appointment you shouldn't be in here, wanting us to wait outside. Told us that there doesn't look like there is nothing wrong with your dog. I lashed out at her, told her there are chairs here for waiting and we are not going back outside and my dog is in real pain otherwise we wouldn't be here. Finding out out dog had dislocated his back legs. This lady was a short heavy set lady that greeted us and if this is how a great reason why I am looking to go somewhere else because of the rudeness we get makes us feel uncomfortable and not welcomed. But on the other had the vets are great but the receptionist needs be fired as there is an older lady receptionist is very nice and welcoming.Read Less
