I love doctor Dan... he is so kind and treatable me like an adult which the other two vets before this treated me like a kid.. I love this vet because unlike some other places he only has one doctor. So u know u are seeing the same person every time. When my dog had to get her tooth pulled and she was scared of the cage they were carrying her around making her feel Comfortable. The staff is amazing. I usually go in with my daughter who is a toddler as the dog we have is hers. They talk to my daughter and make her feel at home too! She loves bringing her dog to the vet!!! We LOVE Doctor Dan. I have a very old girl, Sweetheart. Her entire life my uncle was her vet until an unexpected passing a few years ago. She had never been to a vet until we went somewhere else where she was NOT treated nicely.. Taking her to the vet was a process until we found Doctor Dan & his staff.. Now she will go into the rooms and allow Doctor Dan to do what ever he needs to & we come every month on the 8th so that Tara can clip her nails! Her and Tara have formed a special bond and although Sweetheart can't see Tara she knows it's her! In March of 2016 I took sweetheart in to get her nails clipped and afterwards tara and I were talking about therapy for her hips when i suddenly did not feel well, long story short, i threw up and they believe I had a seizure in the office. Tara was AWESOME during it all, she brought me in a garbage, water and got Doctor Dan until the ambulance and my family got there. They never left my side and Dr. Dan was so comforting making sure I was ok. They even called the following day to check up on me and make sure everything was ok. Our first visit occurred when our oldest dog Comso, ruptured his ACL. We were not happy with our former vet and a friend referred us to Dr. Dan.They said they had been coming here for years and wouldn't go any where else. Dr. Dan was very information and helpful. He fully explained the procedure and answered all our questions. The cost were very reasonable. Two months later Cosmo is fully recovered and running and playing like nothing happened. Dr. Dan and ALL of his staff are amazing. He is the only vet I was able to take my last dog to that I didn't have to muzzle and drug. She was able to stay with me for 17 years and I owe a lot of that to him. Since then, I have brought all my animals to him for health care. The entire staff is not only friendly but truly caring. Dr. Dan found a parathyroid tumor and also diagnosed hypothyroidism in my beloved 9 year old Sheltie when it seemed we were going to lose him very soon. He had been being treated at another facility for many months, with his symptoms getting worse but just being told over and over that he had cancer (he does not). HAC was recommended to me and thank goodness we made that appointment! I am thrilled to finally have a good vet I can trust, one that is easy to talk to, explains everything, and makes me certain that my boy is in the very best hands. I wouldn't ever take my animals anywhere but hebron animal clinic!! Dr. Dan and his staff are amazing!! Our dog Ginger has had quite a few issues and he is always up front and open with us and works closely with us so we can get her back on her feet. We love Dr. Dan and all the wonderful people he has on his staff. Our dog Levi does too. Also our severely injured hamster's life has literally been saved by Dr. Dan. She hurt her back, from an accidental high fall when she escaped from her cage at night. Her two back legs stopped working. After a quick x-ray, Dr. Dan said; "instead of putting her down, let's try giving her some medicine to see if it works." So far it's working. She is now moving her back right leg and it's only been 4 days since her fall. We are SO GRATEFUL HamLynn is still with us!
